Welcome to the second episode of TradePaperCast!

~What is the TradePaperCast?

It's a monthly comic book podcast where we take a look at a collection of comic books (often referred to as "Trade Paper Backs.") and give our thoughts, analysis, and have an in depth discussion about them. It's basically a book club for comics!

For our second issue we're going to be talking all about Seconds by Bryan Lee O'Malley which is a self contained graphic novel! It revolves around a woman named Kaity, and her restaurant "Seconds," where a bunch of weird stuff goes down! Read and then listen along as we discuss the plot and go in depth with everything from the comic!

BUT DON'T WORRY if you haven't read the comic! We start each episode off with spoiler-free impressions, and announce next months issue during the break (September's book: bit.ly/tradepapercast3) then go full spoilers after that with plenty of warning!

Welcome to the inaugural episode of the TradePaperCast Podcast!

What is TradePaperCast? It's a monthly comic book podcast where we take a look at a collection of comic books (often referred to as "Trade Paper Backs.") and give our thoughts, analysis, and have an in depth discussion about them. It's basically a book club for comics!

For our very first episode we will be covering Afterlife with Archie: Escape From Riverdale Vol. 1 written by Roberto Aguirre-Sansosa and illustrated by Francesco Francavilla!
This Trade collects issues 1-5!

This comic is about what would happen if zombies took over the classic, wholesome town of Riverdale!

We start off the podcast introducing ourselves and asking each other if we would recommend it, this is spoiler free, and then after our short break around the 11min 30sec mark we go full spoilers. We discuss the plot point to point, and talk about our favorite pages, scenes, and characterizations from the story! After all of that we discuss the future of the show, and announce Issue #2 that will release on August, 13th!

Welcome to the first episode of the TradePaperCast Podast, a podcast for comic lovers and noobs alike. For this introductory episode we go over just exactly what this podcast is about! Each month we select a collected Comic Book (often referred to as a "Trade Paper Back) and discuss, analyse, and go in depth with the story, themes, artwork, characters, etc.
We will tend to not focus on too many more "popular," series, but it's not off the table for future or even bonus episodes. Give the episode a listen, and leave us feedback for the show at
