4HR TF - False break-out to the upperside , dash High TL will act as resistance once new 4HR CS form once market open this MON .

We can say if price manage to break this TL we can set target recent highest as target.

Most likely scenario I think price will retrace to downside ..Retracement down to Fib 50.0 (pink) expected where my projection MA 4HR100sma will act as support from price further falling and if this MA give away I would expect lower TL(pink) will act as next support. If retracement to downside we will have oppurtunity to SELL when price breach Lower High TL (dark purple) with TP Fib 50.0(pink) and next TP will be Lower TL(pink).
For BUY setup , we should wait till price reach Fib 50.0 pink BUY from there.
My gut felling which always wrong will say price will fall till lower TL (pink) where we will have nice BUY oppurtunity with TP recent high...

Confirmed Break-Out.

BUY oppurtunity - normally I will use 5SMA to timing my entry.
In this case we should wait till price retrace to 4HR 5SMA or near to that and open position.. Price may not retrace in current CS but we may wait on the next CS as normally price will retrace to 5SMA.

If we missed then just let it miss as we will have next oppurtunity once appear.
TP we can set on 13/11 highest @ 0.8662 .

I will look into 1HR chart and have redraw upper TL.

I'm still very much in yesterday trade.
Expecting price will retrace down to Fib 50.0 or 61.8 where we can BUY from Deep (BFD) .. The lowest she can go would be Fib 76.4 I think - beyond that we might have reversal to down-side with confirmation when breach Higher Low TL.

The Concept of Martingale.

Support and Resistance.

Support and resistance is one of the most widely used concepts in trading. Strangely enough, everyone seems to have their own idea on how you should measure support and resistance.
Let’s just take a look at the basics first.

Look at the diagram above. As you can see, this zigzag pattern is making its way up (bull market). When the market moves up and then pulls back, the highest point reached before it pulled back is now resistance.
As the market continues up again, the lowest point reached before it started back is now support. In this way resistance and support are continually formed as the market oscillates over time. The reverse of course is true of the downtrend.

Plotting Support and Resistance

One thing to remember is that support and resistance levels are not exact numbers. Often times you will see a support or resistance level that appears broken, but soon after find out that the market was just testing it. With candlestick charts, these "tests" of support and resistance are usually represented by the candlestick shadows.

Notice how the shadows of the candles tested the 2500 resistance level. At those times it seemed like the market was "breaking" resistance. However, in hindsight we can see that the market was merely testing that level.

So how do we truly know if support or resistance is broken?

There is no definite answer to this question. Some argue that a support or resistance level is broken if the market can actually close past that level. However, you will find that this is not always the case. Let's take our same example from above and see what happened when the price actually closed past the 2500 resistance level.

In this case, the price had closed twice above the 2500 resistance level but both times ended up falling back down below it. If you had believed that these were real breakouts and bought this pair, you would've been seriously hurtin! Looking at the chart now, you can visually see and come to the conclusion that the resistance was not actually broken; and that it is still very much in tact and now even stronger.

So to help you filter out these false breakouts, you should think of support and resistance more of as "zones" rather than concrete numbers. One way to help you find these zones is to plot support and resistance on a line chart rather than a candlestick chart. The reason is that line charts only show you the closing price while candlesticks add the extreme highs and lows to the picture. These highs and lows can be misleading because often times they are just the "knee-jerk" reactions of the market. It's like when someone is doing something really strange, but when asked about it, they simply reply, "Sorry, it's just a reflex."
When plotting support and resistance, you don't want the reflexes of the market. You only want to plot its intentional movements.
Looking at the line chart, you want to plot your support and resistance lines around areas where you can see the price forming several peaks or valleys.

Other interesting tidbits about support and resistance:

When the market passes through resistance, that resistance now becomes support.
The more often price tests a level of resistance or support without breaking it the stronger the area of resistance or support is.

Daily Outlook: The weekly candle for last week has a nice long wick, which looks bullish at a glance, but the body is a bit too big for a hammer. Coupled with that is the fact that we opened the trading this Sunday with a bullish gap (the opening price was almost 60 pips above Friday's closing price). In the short term I see Friday's high (and this morning's low) as the key support level to watch: a break to the downside could open up a re-challenge of 1.3350 and 1.3260 while a bounce to the upside opens a re-challenge of 1.3475 and 1.3560. The blue lines on today's charts are the key support and resistance levels that I am watching and looking to trade off of.

Sunday Afternoon- EST

I usually like to do my beginning of the week analysis on Sunday afternoon’s and occasionally trading opportunities will present themselves! One of these opportunities is a gap that occurs during Sundays Market open.

GAP Defined: A gap occurs when price jumps from one bar to another with a considerable amount of price distance in between the bars. The most likely cause of gaps is due to a lack of liquidity, volume, and market participants. One of the nice things about Forex trading is that typically you will not see gaps on charts. Disallows the Forex trader to take advantage of all market moves. The only time that this usually happens in the Forex market is when the markets are reopening on Sunday afternoon/evening EST (Monday’s Open)

The Gap Strategy: in a Nutshell is that when you have a gap it will be filled. The opportunity for this strategy occurs more often in the stocks, equity, and futures world due to the fact that those markets open and close on a daily basis with several hours in between. The reason why gaps rarely occur in the Forex world is due to its 24 hour, highly liquid nature. So when a genuine gap is posted on Forex chart. It’s time to take notice.

There could be legitimate reasons for a gap to occur, such as a geopolitical, economic, or natural disaster type of event that takes place before the institutional traders begin taking their seats again.

Carrying a Trade Over the Weekend: These gaps also highlight the potential risk of carrying a trade through the weekend. In the event that there is a legitimate reason for a gap, price may move hundreds of pips and never come back to fill the gap for quite a long time. Perhaps even months! This can obviously be detrimental to any account. So it is always wise to judge the level of risk before the weekend, and possibly readjust your trade. Try to calculate how wide your stops should be for minor and major gaps. You might even consider closing trade and reopening with a new position on Monday.

Example: Looking at the chart that I have posted – we have a nice gap that occurred Sunday October 29, 2006 on the GBPUSD. Friday’s close was at approximately 1.8975 and Sunday afternoons open was approximately 1.8955 That’s s a gap of about 20 Pip’s! In this example on the three-minute chart, you can see that price coiled very nicely back up to fill the gap.

More importantly: you should notice that Friday’s close had created a resistance level that held for several hours. Price was repelled from the resistance zone twice at approximately 20:00 in the course of six minutes. At 21:30 the gap was filled and then continued up to 8985, which would have allowed for almost 30 pips, if you would have participated in the entire move.

Be Careful: Now don’t just take the trade before you do a little bit of research. Determine if there is a logical reason for the gap. Check the other "Majors" to see if they are all gaping. If they are then check the news quickly to find out what may be the cause. You may want to go with the Gap. if everything basically looks the same as Friday afternoon fundamentally, and there’s no real surprises, then you can probably expect that this gap will be filled within a short/reasonable amount of time.
So that’s a quick lesson for today, as gaps could be a great way to start your week!
