         &lt;p&gt;We are redeveloping the way we measure and set targets for grid performance to sharpen the focus on what performance matters to customers. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We have published a proposal for consultation. We also plan to meet small groups of customers around the country over a five week period in October and November to discuss ideas and gather feedback. The paper sets the scene for the more detailed discussions on the measures and targets with customers.&lt;/p&gt;
