Customer-facing grid performance measures consultation

We are redeveloping the way we measure and set targets for grid performance to sharpen the focus on what performance matters to customers.

We have published a proposal for consultation. We also plan to meet small groups of customers around the country over a five week period in October and November to discuss ideas and gather feedback. The paper sets the scene for the more detailed discussions on the measures and targets with customers.

We welcome feedback from our customers or consumer representatives.
