While in Philippines the ideal way to enjoy is to just learn to rest, relax and get rejuvenated with increased vigour. This is a greatly famous travel destination for those who seek to get some historical travels, adventurous escapades, cultural know how and general recreation experiences. An immensely beautiful locale, this is a place which has the locals as vibrant and interested as tourists. One can find the locals also swarming the place with equal keenness and energy here.

There are innumerable things that one could do when they reach a place called Philippines. For this is the land of exciting events and interesting memories.

Go to Cebu and see this island come to life with its past history. With innumerable tales to relate and tonnes of cultural background, this is the oldest city in Phillipines. See the Magellan Cross symbolizing the birth of Christianity here and enjoy the past history of the fort San Pedro which revels in its ancientness and splendour. Then you have the basilica Del Santo Niño which is incidentally the oldest Christian church in this part of Philippines.

Cebu also has other interesting areas around such as the famous Chocolate hills in the island of Bohol. This is so called because of its chocolaty look in the centre that it gets especially in the summers, due to its dry condition. The entire hill becomes brown and looks like a huge chocolate. A natural setting, this is a great intrigue for all tourists who come here. Here you have lot of beach resorts providing you with the best kind of accommodation and giving you the ultimate travel adventures. Enjoy scuba diving here and also snorkeling in the shallow wagers and just get lost in this world of colorful reefs.

Then another must see spot here in Philippines is the St.Paul Subterranean River National Park which lies in Puerto Princesa, in Palawan. This lies in the northern coast of the island and the river which is around 8.2km underground is also the longest in the world today. The tourists’ tour includes only around 1.3km of the river. One interesting fact that intrigues all tourists is that this river flows directly into the China Sea. The Underground River here is in fact a World Heritage site and considering the lovely and fascinating rock formations here, it is no wonder that this is one of the most spectacular sights in this part of the world.

Then there is Manila, the capital of Philippines which forms a major travel attraction here. One of the greatest South East Asian cities, Manila is entirely built on the borders of the manila Bay which is also a natural harbour. Lying in the central island of Luzon, this is also the northernmost Philippine Island. A major hub of commerce and finance this is also a great educational centre today.

Visit Makati which is another beautiful region with the River Pasig in the north, the Pasig city in the northeast, the Pateros and Taguing municipalities in the southeast and the Manila city on the northwest. With interesting sights, and lovely travel attractions, this is a great Phillipines travel destination.

Then you have the Subic Bay lying on the Luzon Island. This is around 110 km to the northwest of Manila city and is a great zone of tourist pleasures.

Luzon is another interesting island group here which is also the largest and the most fascinating of all islands here in Phillipines. This is also the fifteenth largest island in the world and has all the best attractions which make it a wonder destination in Phillipines travel.

Come to this land of Himalayan ranges, exotic jungles, verdant valleys and virgin surroundings. Come to the land of Nepal and to the hub of wildlife, tradition and culture. Come to the land of Mount Everest and the birthplace of the great Buddha. Come to Nepal!

This is the only Hindu kingdom of the world and, the whole country is rectangular in shape strangely and is a landlocked country with the countries of China and India bordering it from all sides.

With elevation levels of 8848 to even lesser, the terraced valleys, snow clad peaks, and deserts at great height forming the main landscape of the region, the wildlife and flora here remain the major attractions. So watch the rhinos and the tigers here along with the unique snow leopard at certain barren spots.

The geography of Nepal is divided into various areas – the Himalayan Region, the Annapurna Region, the Terai region and the Hill Region. The Everest and langtang and some remotes areas form a part of the Annapurna Region, the Kathmandu Valley, Gorkha, Tansen and Pokhara form a part of the Hill regions. Janakpur, Royal Bardia national Park, Lumbini Chitwan form a part of the Terai region.

The capital of the country is Kathmandu and tourists conme to see the temple here where they have a glimpse of the Kumari, and then proceed to let their shopping juices flow in the local markets selling items from vegetables to higher stuff. So head for these markets and stuff your travel kitty with the best kinds of beads, necklaces and other stuff.

Then visit Patan which is also known as the city of fine arts. The other name for this place is Lalitpur which is the oldest city in the entire valley. This city of the Buddhists has been founded by the great Emperor Ashoka sometime in the 3rd century BC. A great haven of arts and architecture, this is a great centre of other traditions of the region. There are around 55 temples and 136 courtyards or bahals here.
