I had warmed up, began running and I didn&#8217;t feel like doing it &#8230; at all. So after 15 minutes I became aware that this will not be my running day and if I will continue to exercise I have to do something. So I have decreased the speed from 9 kmh to 6.5 kmh and increased the incline from 0 to 10-12%. After that I was able to do another 25 minutes of incline walking!</p>
<p>In whole I have walked/ran 45 minutes, 4.4 km and burned 460 calories.</p>

Nothing feels better that to look back and feel good about your achievements. I remember back in the week #12 I had a similar stats, but I felt much more tired. I hope I will manage to continue with this kind of exercise - maybe more running and not incline walking. I&#8217;ll try to make 5-6 exercises a week, each about 60 minutes.</p>
<p>Well the stats for the week #30 are: 385 minutes (6h and 25 min), 40,5 km and 4173 burned calories - hmm thats actually  one pound of fat <img src='http://www.treadmill-weight-loss.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Yesterday I was too tired to do my exercise and I have decided to rather go to sleep and rest my body and mind. So I planned to exercise in the morning. Getting up at 7 a.m. and getting on the treadmill required a little bit of strong will. But I made it and worked out for 45 minutes:</p>
<ul>
<li>15 minutes of warming up by incline walking</li>
<li>15 minutes of running at 8.k km/h and no incline</li>
<li>10 minutes of incline walking and</li>
<li>5 minutes to cool down</li>
</ul>
<p>Altogether I have burned 429 calories and walked/ran 5 km.</p>
<p>Maybe I will do another exercise in the evening. By the way I still feel sleepy &#8230; and a bit tired &#8230; I would like to go bacy to bed and not behind laptop. But work needs to be done.</p>
<p>I have also started to weigh myself in the mornings - kind of keeping control on my weight.</p>

I usually run in the evening and I write all the data (calories burned,  the distance and time) on one post-it note. But now it has been over a month and I have a pile of post-it notes and no blog entries. I&#8217;ll try to catch up.</p>
<p>In this last month I have also been on vacation in Paris - beautiful city - and I got sick again - the second I got back to work! So now I&#8217;m back in shape doing mostly incline walking and riding a mountain bike.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ll keep you posted and I promise I&#8217;ll put online some of the latest exercises.</p>
