Welcome to 2011! May you discover colorful gems this year! Color is light made visible. Light is a fundamental factor of nourishment. Light is existence and colors are frequencies of light waves. The natural world relies on color to attract, repel and conceal. Humans are influenced by color too. Depending on its frequency, or hue, colors affect different areas of the brain and cause various emotional responses. Colors play an important role in our daily lives and can help us understand our connection with nature. Look around and feel the way colors affect you, the more attention you pay to them, the more powerful their affect on you! - I am open to all colors of the spectrum, even those my eyes cannot perceive. - Color reflects my brilliance, it plays a role in my healthy, balanced lifestyle. - I invite color to teach me, heal me and move me.
