Chapstick Addiction!?

You may not know this but there is such things as a Chapstick Addiction! Weird right!? Anyways it has everything to do with someone who has an obsession with lip balm. This may happen dew to the fact that somebody becomes overly obsessed with keeping their lips soft. There are cases where people would wake up in the middle of the night searching for it, and spends hundreds of dollars a year on Chapstick. Lip balm is always useful to have of course, just don't get carried away.

It is always nice not to have chapped lips and that they stay smooth. You can find many different kinds of chapstick and lip balm all over the place. Almost every grocery store out there has some somewhere. Also there are many different flavors that you can choose from.

Thankfully there really aren't any health risks from overdosing on lip balm besides maybe having an upset stomach. How do you tell if you have a chapstick addiction? If you notice yourself constantly making sure you have it with you, spending excessive money on it and having it constantly on, even at night.

Some ways that you can get over your addiction is, going cold turkey. this may be hard of course because it will drive you crazy to have dry chapped lips all the time. But after a while you will get use to it. When this happens you can put more lip balm on this is okay as long as you don't do it excessively.
