Senator Dianne Feinstein, I will not register my weapons should this bill be passed, as I do not believe it is the government’s right to know what I own. Nor do I think it prudent to tell you what I own so that it may be taken from me by a group of people who enjoy armed protection yet decry me having the same a crime. You ma’am have overstepped a line that is not your domain. I am a Marine Corps Veteran of 8 years, and I will not have some woman who proclaims the evil of an inanimate object, yet carries one, tell me I may not have one. I am not your subject. I am the man who keeps you free. I am not your servant. I am the person whom you serve. I am not your peasant. I am the flesh and blood of America. I am the man who fought for my country. I am the man who learned. I am an American. You will not tell me that I must register my semi-automatic AR-15 because of the actions of some evil man. Time to abolish the EPA

In 1969, the National Environmental Policy Act was passed and signed into law. The following year President Nixon called for an agency which would be part of the executive branch to enforce laws pertaining to the protection of the environment. The Environmental Protection Agency was formed on December 2, 1970 to protect the United States and the world from environmental disasters. Though this agency had good intentions to it, it has unintended consequences. Today this agency intends to do bad acts against the people and violating the Constitution. This agency from its conception was unconstitutional and has since become an unaccountable agency with way too much power over the American people. In 1978, the EPA’s powers were expanded after the incident in New York, called the Love Canal. There toxic waste had been dumped for years, then covered up and homes built on top of it. Though the expansion of power to the EPA was with good intentions, it was disastrous to the freedoms of America and businesses.

From using spy drones to spy on farmers in Iowa, to heavy job killing regulations on businesses, this organization has become the most destructive entity in the United States government. It is time to abolish the EPA and return rights back to the American people.

The United States Constitution is the highest law in the land. No law can circumvent its authority, but the founding of the EPA did just that. The EPA of 1970 took law making, revenue taking and rights reserved to the states and put it into one agency, to protect the environment. This action violated both the ninth and tenth amendment in its creation. The ninth amendment to the Constitution of the United States… “The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.” The tenth amendment to the Constitution of the United States… “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, is reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” The EPA took away the rights of people and the states against an all-powerful federal government. To translate, this agency has no accountability to the states or the people, because the people running the agency and making rules and regulations were not elected by the people.

In enacting this agency, congress gave away two of its constitutional duties, they had no right to give away. One was the power to make laws. The EPA now can make regulations that become law with no accountability to congress or the people. This is in violation of Article one; section eight of the United States Constitution, which all of Article one is for congress only. Article one; section eight states…“To make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution the foregoing Powers, and all other Powers vested by this Constitution in the Government of the United States, or in any Department or Officer thereof.” These regulations also come with penalties that people or businesses have to pay for all regulations not followed. This is in violation of Article one, section seven of the United States Constitution which states… “All Bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives; but the Senate may propose or concur with Amendments as on other Bills.” Penalties are raising revenue, which only congress has the authority to do, not the executive branch or its agencies.

Just recently it was discovered that the EPA was using spy drones to spy on Iowa and Nebraska farmers, to ensure that they dispose of waste properly. This is in violation of the fourth amendment to the United States, which states… “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.” The fourth amendment was written to stop the government from doing just this kind of act. The use of drones to spy on the farmers is assuming guilt, before any probable cause or evidence is there. In this country, because of the fourth amendment we are assumed innocent until proven guilty. The use of spy drones takes away all of that for the farmers.

Judge Napolitano wrote this exclusive commentary on the topic for the Fox News Insider. “The government may lawfully use technology, just like the rest of us, to make its work more efficient. But it cannot use technology to by-pass the Constitution. Thus, if its lawful obligation is to monitor real estate to assure itself that the occupier of the lands is not adversely affecting the natural habitat, it may use drones to view the lands. But, generally speaking, that is not the job of the EPA. It sets rules for the use of private property that assures its highest and best use, consistent with nature. It can only monitor that use when it has evidence of a specific violation of that use. Thus, it can only fly drones to look at real estate when it has reason to believe that a specific regulation, directed to the owner or occupier of that land, is being violated. It cannot engage in fishing expeditions from the sky. The constitutional problem arises when the drone spies some event outside the jurisdiction of the EPA. And much of what the drones will see will be outside that jurisdiction and either innocent or ambiguous. Is that Sudafed for your cold or your meth habit? Is that fertilizer for your rose bushes or to build a bomb? Are you smoking in the presence of your children? How utterly un-American is it for the government–EPA or FBI–to watch us on our private property? These are questions that will come up when the feds put eyes in the skies under the guise of monitoring EPA regulations. That’s why we have a Fourth Amendment. It guarantees privacy and assures us the right to be left alone. It also requires a warrant from a judge to invade privacy. True fidelity to the Constitution requires a warrant from a judge before any government drone can be used for any purpose. But that is not yet the current practice (Napolitano, 2012)”

The EPA has had little or no transparency under Administrator Lisa Jackson, which ironically on the EPA website, she states that the EPA most maintain transparency. They have done this with the spying on farmers, to not disclosing to Congress (which is mandated by congress) their actions and new regulations. Chairman Andy Harris of the Subcommittee on Energy and Environment stated that Administrator Jackson has not been transparent or explained why she has stopped hydraulic fracturing. He stated in a letter, “These examples, while individually very troubling, collectively suggest EPA is not objectively pursuing an improved understanding of the relationship between hydraulic fracturing and drinking water,” Chairman Harris says in the letter. Instead, Harris asserts that EPA “is determined to find fault with the technology in order to justify sweeping new regulations.” This action is in violation of the United States Constitution and US Law pertaining to the EPA. The EPA act of 1970, which enacted the EPA, states that the EPA will be accountable to the United States Congress.

The EPA has misused its authority not only to violate our laws and Constitution, but to make outlandish regulations that kill jobs, hurt small business and makes the cost of living in the United States to increase.

The EPA has used regulations and penalties with no accountability or transparency to the congress or American people. These regulations and rules are hurting all types of businesses in this country, which in turn is killing jobs. This has increased under the Presidency of Barrack Obama and the EPA administrator, Lisa Jackson. Both Obama and Jackson have a radical point to the environment and believe in global warming, or now being called man made climate change. Man-made climate change was disproven with the discovery of several emails from scientist, stating they were making up the data to prove their point and make it seem that man was responsible for climate change. Obama has had this radical view from before his election in which he stated… "I was the first to call for a 100 percent auction on the cap and trade system, which means that every unit of carbon or greenhouse gases emitted would be charged to the polluter," Obama continued. "That will create a market in which whatever technologies are out there that are being presented, whatever power plants that are being built, that they would have to meet the rigors of that market and the ratcheted down caps that are being placed, imposed every year. So if somebody wants to build a coal-powered plant, they can; it's just that it will bankrupt them because they're going to be charged a huge sum for all that greenhouse gas that's being emitted (Dickerson, 2008).”

The coal industry has been targeted the most under the Presidency of Obama and he has used the EPA to advance his agenda against it. The AP reported back in December of 2011 that under the new EPA rules and regulations, “More than 32 mostly coal-fired power plants in a dozen states will be forced to shut down and an additional 36 might have to close because of new federal air pollution regulations, according to an Associated Press survey.

Together, those plants — some of the oldest and dirtiest in the country — produce enough electricity for more than 22 million households, the AP survey found. But their demise probably won't cause homes to go dark. The fallout will be most acute for the towns where power plant smokestacks long have cast a shadow. Tax revenues and jobs will be lost, and investments in new power plants and pollution controls probably will raise electric bills (CAPPIELLO, 2012).”

In May of 2012, the coal industry warned that the new EPA regulations set to go into effect later this year, that more than two-hundred thousand jobs could be lost if these regulations take place. “The new regulations, requires coal-fired plants to release no more than 1,000 pounds of carbon dioxide per megawatt hour (Foxnews.com, 2012)”. These regulations are devastating for jobs, the people who work in the industry, and the other businesses that rely on the coal industry. “In March, a federal judge reversed a controversial EPA rule that forced Mingo Logan Coal Company to stop work at its Spruce Number One Mine, a property in which it had already invested millions of dollars. The judge concluded that the EPA exceeded its authority under the Clean Water Act by revoking a permit that had already been granted (foxnews.com, 2012)”.

EPA officials have admitted that they would use the EPA and regulations to shut down the coal industry and make it painful for the American people. A video that was posted by the Daily caller shows an EPA official saying, “Because you got to remember if you go to West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and all those places, you have coal communities who depend on coal. And to say that we just think those communities should just go away, we can’t do that. But she had to do what the law and policy suggested. And it’s painful. It’s painful every step of the way (May, 2012)”.

Another EPA official had to resign after it was learned he made this statement, "like when the Romans conquered the villages in the Mediterranean. They'd go into little villages in Turkish towns and they'd find the first five guys they saw and crucify them (Jensen and Sperry, 2012)”. The official was talking about companies that were not following regulations, from the EPA. This is why the EPA is no longer an entity of the government to help the people, but to hurt them.

The EPA and its officials are using this agency as a political tool to kill jobs that the American people depend on to feed their families. In September of 2011, a Dallas energy company had to close two of their power plants in order to comply with EPA regulations. Ironically President Obama was touting a jobs bill, at the same time his EPA was killing jobs in Dallas, TX. “Steven Miller, CEO of the American Coalition for Clean Coal Electricity, warns of job losses totaling 1.4 million over the next eight years and a 23% jump in electricity rates in states dependent on coal-fired plants (Investors.com, 2011)”.

The EPA is doing this because of bad and untrue science. Obama and Lisa Jackson believe that the coal industry is killing the environment, though there is no actual proof that it is. There bases is on science that was disproven a few years ago, called man-made global warming. Emails showed that the scientist were falsifying the numbers and predictions to meet their own agenda. That has not stopped the EPA and Obama though as they continue to push this agenda, even though it will cost millions of American jobs.

The EPA has gotten so out of control that they are requiring power plants to use a biofuel that does not even exist. The companies are fighting back though and on June 11, 2012 “the American Fuel & Petrochemical Manufacturers (AFPM) and the Western States Petroleum Association (WSPA) filed a lawsuit today with the D.C. Circuit Court challenging the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) decision to require refiners to blend cellulosic ethanol or pay the agency for waiver credits due to the inability to blend these non-existent fuels under the federal Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS)(Wall Street Journal (Com, 2012).”

With all of these incidents, the EPA does not care about the people, but pushing an agenda. They only care about the environment and with phony science will continue to push regulations that hurt America.

The EPA needs to be abolished immediately. If Republican Nominee Romney wins the election for the Presidency, he needs to immediately reverse all regulations that were enacted under President Obama. Then he needs to send to the Congress for authority to abolish the EPA. The EPA is not only unconstitutional but puts unbearable regulations on businesses in this country. This organization has become the most destructive entity in the US government and must be stopped for the good of America.

There O'Donnell ask you about not marching in the protests in the 60's, for civil rights. If I had of been you I would had told him, "How dare you! You were not a black man, trying to go to college during this time. Instead of marching in the streets, I was struggling against the system to go to college. Did you have this problem Lawrence, because of your race." Then I would had called him what he is . A racist, pompous Ass! He is typical of all liberals. Today on the Drudge Report, Rasmussen had a poll where Cain loses to Obama. What!? The poll says this, only because Herman Cain is just getting known and the Ron Paul supporters do not like him. Lately as more and more black men and women leave the Democrat party, I see hard core leftest getting angry. Angry enough toward them, that they are now calling them racist terms. You hear and see it from them everyday, towards Herman Cain, Allen West, Clarence Thomas and Alveda King are just a few. They are called such terms as the token black man, Uncle Tom or house Ni....!

With the acceptance of the terms house ni...., token black man and Uncle Tom, by the left and black men and women of the left; things I thought that would not happen anymore towards black people are. Things like allowing white people, who are liberal, call black people who are conservatives, the n-word. The other day, I was on you-tube and watched a video about Herman Cain. A lot of the comments were negative towards Mr. Cain. Calling him all the terms I discussed. Then a white person ( how do I know he was white,his profile show a white person on it) called him the n-word. Instead of calling him out on this, the many black people that were discussing him, agreed with him, repeating the word.

The biggest irony of them calling them Uncle Tom is what really happen in that book. In the book Uncle Tom (where the term comes from) a black man stands up to his white master and does not reveal where three black woman slaves have ran off to. He is then beaten, but he still does not reveal. Today the term Uncle Tom is a derogatory word to describe black people, who are doing the bidding of a white master. Liberals claim that the only reason Herman Cain and the rest of black people who are conservative, is that they are just following orders from a rich white man. A lot of times they use the Koch brothers. The truth is , is that they have seen for themselves how black people are treated by the Democrats.

I have also seen calls for the lynching of Herman Cain and Allen West, by white and black liberals. What!!!! So the left will go back to its roots when they wore white robes and hoods and called themselves the KKK! The KKK used to do this to blacks, who did not follow lock step with what they were supposed to do or be and sometimes just to hang a black person. Mostly, because the black person was causing trouble in their eyes. There is a real possibility, the same thing could here in our time. You see in a liberals mind, these black people are not being a good black person and should be punished! Right now they are calling them out and using racist terms against them. Next you could see violence and as I said there have been some calls for it. Evil people will do evil things and liberals are evil. Ironically when I see a liberal call Herman Cain a token back man, that is what black people are to them.

Lydon B Johnson called for government programs so that black people would vote for democrats. At the time, blacks overwhelming voted for Republicans. Johnson would hold up black people as tokens for getting more black people to vote democrat. It worked! Around 90 percent of all blacks now vote for the democrat party. The same party that started the KKK, to keep blacks under control. Now the Democrats do it, in the name of trying to help them. Look around the country and find the poorest neighborhoods. There is always two things, that are common. One they are ran by a democrat. Two the people are overwhelming black. The Democrats call for government programs that are supposed to help the poor. In fact what they do is hinder them from advancing in society.

Another example is how the government treated the American Indian. Look at liberal, Democrat solution to how to help them and you will see they are the poorest of Americans. Go to a reservation one day, were all their healthcare is free. They have tons of health issues and they do not live as long. This was done to control them. The same could be said about blacks in this country now. Liberals and democrats are trying to control them.

As more and more black people leave the Democrat party and become conservatives, you will see more and more of racism toward them. Liberals and Democrats are all about controlling people. So when people start thinking outside of the box, they have to be called out about it. The struggle for the black man continues. Now it is black people who dare to go against the norm and follow their heart toward what they know is right. Right for America and right under God!

As I watch the GOP races around the country, I have seen a motivated base of the GOP. This has been brought on mainly by Sarah Palin. It started when she was the Vice Presidential candidate with John McCain. If not for Sarah's enthusiasm, McCain's loss would have been bigger. Now she is bringing that to the Congressional and senate candidates.

This season Sarah has endorsed several candidates for Senate and Congress. She has had a huge success with this. Not only has her candidates won, but they are candidates that have real American values. They have been dubbed, Tea Party candidates. Because of this, I think it is time for Michael Steele to step down and Sarah take his place, as the new leader of the GOP.

If Sarah was the leader of the GOP, she has already proved her success with getting candidates with Conservative values and would weed out the elites from the party. This would cause the party the grow in strength and would get rid of the in-party bickering. I believe she would not allow a Olympia Snow or like minded to even run with the GOP name labeled to them. There would be no such thing as RINOS anymore. She would also bring the GOP back to its conservative roots, in which it was founded on.

A lot of people would like to see her run for President, but I say she would be better off as the leader of the GOP. As President she could not make the necessary changes that are desperately needed within the GOP, right now.
