Police: Lafayette Student Contacted Teens Online:

20-year-old Alexander Theodore Clow of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania has been charged with having an inappropriate online relationship with a 14-year-old Oklahoma boy and that’s putting it mildly.

In 2011 Clow met the boy on the original anonymous random webcam chat site ChatRoulette. Here’s how the initial meeting went…

Clow told the boy that he is a psychology major and philosophy minor at Lafayette College. After an hour, Clow asked the boy if he could masturbate into the camera, according to the arrest warrant. After Clow masturbated, the conversation continued for several more hours.

The ‘relationship’ continued for several months and across several different platforms. Police were notified by the NCMEC after the boy’s parents found explicit messages on the boy’s iPod touch.

But it doesn’t end there. Clow allegedly admitted to having a ‘relationship’ with a 16-year-old boy and ‘had sex’ with the boy in the boy’s home. 16 may be the age of consent in Pennsylvania but it doesn’t make it any less disgusting. Let’s call a spade a spade and say that Clow probably groomed the 16-year-old so consent is a debatable term here.

Getting back to ChatRoulette, how many more times do I have to say this? Parents, no 14-year-old needs a webcam. No 14-year-old boy needs to be unsupervised on the internet alone. You lock your doors at night yet you leave this window the world has in to your child’s room wide open.

‘Sex-Pig’ charged with craigslist rape of teen

Self-proclaimed ‘sex pig’ held on rape charges:

44-year-old Lee Lubonne of Litchfield Park, Arizona considers himself a ‘sex pig’ and wishes he could find Jesus. He must not have been looking for him too hard because he’s been charged with two rapes, one of his victims was a 15-year-old girl he allegedly victimized on craigslist.

The story starts out rather bizarrely. Police say that Lubbone met a female photographer through her website and posed as he was offering her a job. Instead he got her back to his house and raped her.

Lubonne allegedly ordered her to go to a closet and retrieve a bag containing chains, locks, latex gloves, ropes, zip ties, duct tape, sex toys and medical supplies, according to police documents. Frightened, the victim went along with his requests so he wouldn’t hurt her, court paperwork said.

The only thing that probably saved her life was the fact that she was wearing an ankle monitor and she used that to get him to release her. That did not stop her from going to police and giving them his address.

As it turns out police were looking for him in another rape. They say he raped a 15-year-old girl who had advertised her services as a babysitter on craigslist.

Among some of the items police found in his home were personal items that may have belonged to other victims.

Sex crimes detectives said they are concerned that there may be many more victims who have not come forward. People are urged to call MCSO at 602-876-1011 if they feel they have been victimized in this case.

Craigslist: the Sears catalog for rapists. It is far from cleaned up and posting just about any ad on it could turn you into a victim. That’s no hyperbole.

And parents, no child has any business posting any ad on craigslist for anything.

Six Degrees of Dio: Flogging Molly

Flogging Molly is a Celtic punk band that my son (aka Teh Boy) introduced me to a few years ago. Being raised in an Irish upbringing myself I have somewhat of an affinity for Irish music. Flogging Molly combines the two genres very fluidly in my opinion. Now I don’t enjoy a majority of their songs but the ones I do like I really enjoy.

But yes, even these seminal punks have a connection to Dio.

Although he doesn’t like to talk about it from what I understand, Flogging Molly founder and frontman Dave King was the lead sing of the band Fastway. King was in Fastway with Pete Way. Way once played for Ozzy Osbourne’s band. And from here we take our usual route from Ozzy to Sabbath to Dio.

Omegle child predator posed as Justin Bieber to extort girls

Authorities: Man lured girls by posing as Justin Bieber:

In Florida 31-year-old Christopher P. Gunn has been charged with posing as teen pop sensation Justin Bieber on the anonymous chat site Omegle in order to extort explicit photos from underage girls.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office states that Gunn would pose as Bieber and promise the girls things like concert tickets in exchange for topless photos. Once he would get the topless photos he would allegedly blackmail the girls into sending more explicit photos or he would publish their photos on the web. Investigators say that Gunn preyed upon girls from ages 9 to 16 throughout the world.

Gunn was already in custody for allegedly running a similar blackmail plot in Alabama. He would pose on Facebook as a new kid in town and would befriend high school age girls and try to get them to send him inappropriate photos.

In the Bieber scheme he would use such screen names as Justin Babin, justinqazabc123, and surprise.suprise1. In the Facebook scheme he would use the alias of Tyler Mileke.

If convicted on all the Florida charges he’s looking at 50 years. Not that I have a problem with that but here’s the thing. Gunn’s charges stem mostly from child porn and harassment charges. So far there’s no evidence that he met any of these girls and molested them. So why is that child molesters that actually rape their victims get far less time than scumbags like Gunn?

And again parents, no child, especially a 9-year-old girl, needs to have their own webcam and be on Omegle. Remember, their motto is ‘Talk with strangers.’ You wouldn’t let them talk to a stranger on the street so why would you let them talk to one in your own home?

DC Comics The New 52: Batlesbian

***SPOILERS***

Hey guys, did you know Batwoman is a lesbian? Seriously DC, do you need to beat us over the head with the blunt end of Kate Kane’s sexual preference every single issue?

Now again don’t get me wrong. I have no problem with Batwoman being gay. I thought the character was great in 52 even having a previous relationship with Renee Montoya, the lesser and 2nd Question.

This is all being done now solely for the purpose of titillating readers and adds very little to nothing to the storyline. I mean you don’t see Bunker of the Teen Titans kissing every guy he meets. As a matter of fact you don’t see him kissing anyone at all, ever.

And why wasn’t Batwoman included in Night of the Owls? I mean I do hate the Owls storyline but this is supposed to be a Bat-title isn’t it?

Speaking of which so far the only decent Night of The Owls issue was published this week in Red Hood and The Outlaws. I never thought I’d say this about Red Hood but the story was pretty good. Jason Todd needs to be in Gotham more and less flying off to exotic locations fighting supernatural and alien menaces.

The only good title in my opinion this week was Green Lantern Corps. John Stewart just can’t catch a break can he?

Backpage’s new head legal weasel, Liz McDougall, is back in the press again talking about how much she cares about mone…I mean human trafficking.

First a little tidbit I didn’t know about Ms. McDougall. Her former law firm did some work with craigslist when they were catching heat for their erotic services section. So it seems Ms. McDougall has a history of selling out the women and children who are being trafficked as sex slaves on the internet.

Now let’s get to some of the actual words that Ms. McDougall had to say…

I don’t enjoy the scrutiny. It’s scary, and it can be very unpleasant. As long as we fight trafficking, I can live with people demonizing us.

If they shut down the adult category, I’ll leave. Backpage is best positioned to fight this. If that happens and I quit, I don’t know what I’ll do. This is all-consuming for me.

First off let me restate that basic logic dictates that Backpage can’t be both the problem and the solution.

Now let me get out my bullshit to English dictionary and translate what I think Ms. McDougall is really saying…. *ahem*

As long as Backpage keeps paying me large amounts of money I’ll put up with being demonized in society. It’s totally worth it.

If they shut down the adult category I’ll be out of a job and probably won’t be able to work anywhere else after taking this gig. I really love getting paid out of that sweet $27 mil they get for the sex ads.

Maybe it’s time I start giving Ms. McDougall’s picture the same treatment I gave Jim Buckmaster’s back in the day. Because like I said before someone who does something just for the sake of money is a whore.

Documents: Three Men Paid For Sex With 16-Year-Old: (Not at the same time.)

Is there anyone more worthless than the white DJ. I’m not talking about disc jockeys but ‘DJs’. Every one of them that I have ever met always looked and acted like they just finished their latest stint in county for dealing Ecstasy. Yes, I realize there are some talented DJs out there but for the most part their just hangers-on of society that go from couch to couch until they can find another party to work. I never met one that wasn’t sketchy.

For example take 20-year-old Trevor Baker. He’s a ‘DJ’ from Colorado Springs who calls himself ‘Trevo’ I wonder how long it took him to come up with that. He was probably writing out his name and forgot how to spell it. Anyway, Baker has been arrested for prostituting a 16-year-old girl on the Village Voice Media owned backpage.com.

Baker claims not only that the girl agreed to go along with the scheme but that he didn’t know she was 16. Ah, the old ‘she said she was 18′ defense. Haven’t seen that one in a while. Baker also claims that they were ‘best friends’ after meeting at a party. I would lay odds that the girl probably thought she was Baker’s girlfriend because that’s what pimps do.

Oh and look how they artfully circumvented backpage’s *ahem* security…

They used a prepaid credit card to pay for the ad, and bought a prepaid cell phone for the clients to call. Baker told police the ad had a headline that was something like “A Hot 19-Year-Old Blonde.”

Oh, you mean the same trick that every other pimp uses to put an ad on backpage that for some reason they can’t seem to stop to the tune of $27M.

And if you’re not creeped out by this story yet let me throw this in for good measure.

Baker told police that he took the girl to her father’s house after each transaction so she could get ready for school the next morning.

This could be your daughter if you’re not careful enough.

If you’re daughter ever brings him a DJ ground her until she’s 30 and kick his ass. The world will be better off that way.

Lyman Man Arrested, Charged For Soliciting Minor On Popular Website:

30-year-old Richard Adam Burch of Lyman, South Carolina was arrested by police in Anderson, South Carolina for allegedly soliciting a minor for sex on craigslist. Since you’re reading this here you probably guessed that the minor he was communicating with was actually a member of the South Carolina Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. With a beard that looks like a woman’s pubic area I’m not surprised that he’s an ‘alleged’ creeper.

Once more craigslist is getting a pass in the national media for being the new go to spot on the web for child molesters. They think that since they shut down the erotic services section that all is well on the pages of craigslist. As I’ve noted that is far from the case.
