According to details; a Chinese citizen An Yanshi believed that panda poo is the key ingredient to produce the world’s most expensive tea, what he called ‘Panda Tea’ whose logo features a smiling panda wearing a bow tie and holding a steaming glass of green tea.

An yanshi, 41, has purchased 11 tonnes of Panda dung from a panda breeding centre to fertilize a tea crop in the mountains of Sichuan province in southwestern China, home to the black and white bears.

An Yanshi - a calligraphy teacher at Sichuan University – has left his job to dedicate himself for this project for which he has planted the tea crop on just over a hectare (2.5 acres) of land. An not only hopes to make money from the tea but he aims to convince the world to protect the environment and replace chemical fertilizers with animal extracts, before it is too late.

Now come to the latest version of the gadget introduced today at CES Unveiled i.e. AR.Drone 2.0, which added a new set of upgrades that made the gadget even smarter.

The original version of AR.Drone needed a skilful expert, because there was a serious learning curve in order to get good at flying it, but latest version AR.Drone 2.0 is much easier to control. It uses the compasses in both your controller and the Drone to make sure "forward" is always the direction you think it is, unlike before when it was easy to confuse its orientation.

Just tilt the tablet or phone with the toy’s partner app on it away from your body, and the drone zooms away. Tilting towards you makes the drone draw nearer—there’s no learning curve to playing with it.

It's now better-built and much stronger (apparently a few users had some destructive learning experiences with the initial version), and Parrot also added an HD camera that records 720p footage, which can be delivered right to your phone or tablet using Wi-Fi.

The manufacturers have also updated the apps that you need to fly the Drone, supplementing lots of video sharing features, plus a social network of sorts that lets you see who else is flying their Drone nearby.

Though there’re no official words on the availability; but it is rumored that the AR.Drone 2.0 will be available in the second quarter of 2012. But the good news is that it will have the same $299 price tag as the original.

“Every rise has a downfall”, it’s an old saying but fits very much for recent victory of Google Chrome over Internet Explorer in terms of market share.

Microsoft’s Internet Explorer 8, which was considered as the undoubted king of browsing and once the holder of ‘world’s most-used browser’ tag, has lost its supremacy in browsing field to its toughest rival Google Chrome.

According to statistics and figures by StatCounter, a Web Analytic firm, Internet Explorer 8, after been trailed slightly by Google chrome in last week of November, has lost significant share of market until now.

The statistics shows that in last week of November, Internet Explorer 8 was capturing 23.5% of browser market share as compared to 23.6% of Google Chrome leaving a gap of just 0.1%; but the latest stats have shown that the gap has widened to 3% with browser market share of 22% and 25% for Internet Explorer 8 and Google Chrome respectively.

Chief Executive Officer of StatCounter said on this occasion that “It looks as if people favor Google Chrome on weekends at home, but office commercial use has now caught up.”

Nevertheless, one shouldn’t forget the fact that Internet Explorer 8 shows just one version of wide range of browsers under Internet Explorer. The same report of StatCounter reveals that a growing number of people (10% by StatCounter’s Analysis) are using the latest and stylish version which is Internet Explorer 9; while some habitual internet users still love Internet Explorer 7 as well as Internet Explorer 6 working, which was introduced 10 year back in 2001.

Therefore, collectively Internet Explorer still leads the race with a 38.5% share of the global browser market followed and checked closely by Google Chrome in second while Mozilla Firefox placed third at the moment.

Though Google Chrome’s super-fast growth and its striking redesigns are alarming for Microsoft’s Internet Explorer as the Google’s browser looks to have fought back forcefully in 2011, after a decade-long break, as search rivalry between arch rivals Google and Microsoft heated up lately to another stage.

Chilean ‘Fundacion Museo De La Moda’ Purchased Amy Winehouse's 'Back to Black' Dress

Amy Winehouse's polka dot chiffon dress graced by the late singer for the cover of her chart-busting music album “Back to Black” has fetched whopping £43,200 ($68,000), after some aggressive bidding and competition between several phone bidders and a bidder in the room.

The final price was well above the pre-sale estimates of £10-20Kmade for the dress. The successful bidder was the ‘Fundacion Museo De La Moda’, a private fashion museum in Chile.

The Chilean foundation based at Santiago has already made three donations - each of £10,000 - to separate children's charities including a hospice and a project that helps seriously ill babies.

The dress was designed by Central Saint Martins graduate Disaya in 2006. Amy Winehouse never bought the dress but it was loaned to her for the album cover shoot and had been archived since then.

Proceeds from the Disaya-designed dress will go to the Amy Winehouse Foundation, a charity set up by her father Mitch Winehouse to help young people struggling with ill health, poverty or addiction.

Reportedly, RM Auctions, had estimated that the car would sell for $2.2 million to $2.5 million but astonishing $4.6 million was the last bid by a buyer, whose name was not made public.

It records the highest price ever paid for an early automobile at any auction. The same car had last been sold in 2007 for about $3.5 million at a Pebble Beach, Calif. auction.

At least one patent battle is over between Apple and Samsung as the U.K.’s Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) on Wednesday adjudicated that the Apple’s claims of having the world’s thinnest smartphone with its iPhone 4 is certainly correct.

According to details; a website ad for the iPhone 4 included the claim "And it's all contained in a beautiful enclosure a mere 9.3 millimetres thin, making iPhone 4 the world's thinnest smartphone". The complainant, Samsung, challenged whether this claim was misleading because he believed that the Samsung Galaxy S II phone was thinner.

The ASA agreed with Apple, and ruled that “Apple’s methodology for making the thinnest claim was reasonable.” The problem, according to the ASA, is that while the Galaxy S II is indeed thinner in certain sections, the iPhone 4 is still the thinnest overall.

“Because the iPhone4′s thickest point was thinner than the thickest point of the Samsung Galaxy S II we concluded that the claim ‘the world’s thinnest smartphone’ was not misleading,” ASA asserted.

There are all sorts of computer mice out there. Some are in different colors, and some are built to fit to your specific hand size. The Kandenchi designer mouse however, was built after the design and shape of a battery. It sits upright and has very basic mouse functions such as a left and right click, and a wheel.

I would think this new mouse would take some time to get used to, and wouldn’t be very comfortable after long term use. Having to hold up your wrist higher than normal and at a different angle would be a little tough to adjust to, but may be more comfortable over time. If you’re wanting to find out for yourself, they will cost $65 and will be on the market through Elecom in October. But keep in mind that this moues is only compatible with Windows XP/Vista/7 and Mac OS 10.5 and up.
