Tramvaiul este actionat prin 4 motoare asincron, cu puterea de 120 kW, avand implementata o tehnologie care mentine podeaua vagonului la acelasi nivel, indiferent de uzura rotilor. Pentru a rula fara catenara, tramvaiele sunt echipate cu baterii de 540 AH, alimentate in timpul mersului. In total 19 tramvaie de acest tip vor opera pe traseul cu lungimea de 12 km si 24 de statii. Tramvaiul Avenio QEC este un model bi-directional, cu 3 tronsoane si o capacitate de 165 calatori, din care 56 pe scaune. Lungimea tramvaiului este de 27,7 metri, cu podea coborata pe toata lungimea vagonului. Tramvaiele vor incepe sa opereze de la sfarsitul anului 2017, sistemul fiind primul proiect de realizare a unei retele de tramvai in Quatar. Prototipul a fost testat in tunelul de testare climatica din Viena, pentru a certifica operarea acestuia la temperaturi de peste 50 grade, niveluri ridicate de umezeala si praf. Operarea intre statii, fara catenara, se realizeaza cu ajutorul unui nou sistem inovativ de stocare a energiei si incarcare rapida cu ajutorul capacitorilor de mare putere. Valoarea intregului proiect este de 368 milioane euro. Un al doilea proiect lansat in Quatar a fost contractat de Alstom pentru doua miliarde de euro, in vederea constructiei unei retele de tramvai cu 4 trasee in orasul Lusail, pana in anul 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Salonul calatorilor este unul comod si inovativ, cu sisteme de informare LCD in fiecare tronson, sisteme de ticketing, zona cu suporturi pentru biciclete si porturi USB pentru incarcarea dispozitivelor mobile incorporate in apropierea scaunelor. Modelul este cel mai lung tramvai din Polonia, valoarea celor 36 de tramvaie fiind de 70,2 milioane euro. Fondurile de achizitie au fost din buget national si 59% din fonduri europene prin POR 2007-2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h2&gt;

Viteza maxima de deplasare este 70 km/h, toate echipamentele fiind produse in cadrul fabricii. Tramvaiul a fost supus unor teste de rezistenta si uzura, fiind garantat pentru 30 de ani de exploatare.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Peste tot exista mersul trenurilor explicit si te poti orienta rapid. Liniile sunt semnalizate special, au tabele electronice pe fiecare peron si pasaje subterane pentru trecut liniile. Exista o linie galbena de demarcatie a spatiului potential periculos si esti atentionat in permanenta cand se apropie un tren care tranziteaza linia, chiar daca nu are oprire in statia respectiva sau mai ales de aceea. La intrarea pe peron trebuie compostat biletul, altfel esti pasibil de pedeapsa. In garile mari cum ar fi Florenta exista cel putin un vorbitor de engleza, in schimb in celelalte nu prea. Norocul nostru a fost ca exista romani de-ai nostri peste tot care rup italiana si pana la urma nu ramai nelamurit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
