<p><strong> SMYRNA, Ga., </strong>February 8, 2011 — Westchester, Ill.-based <a href="http://www.trilandproperties.com/" target="_blank">Tri-Land Properties, Inc.</a> announced today that the redevelopment of <a href="http://crossingsatfourcorners.com/" target="_blank">The Crossings at Four Corners</a> has officially begun in Smyrna, Ga. Eight acres of the project will be home to a 96,000 square foot <a href="http://www.kroger.com/Pages/default.aspx" target="_blank">Kroger</a>, the company’s largest grocery store in the Atlanta market. Tri-Land Executive Vice President <a href="http://www.trilandproperties.com/ot_aqusitions.htm" target="_blank">Hugh Robinson</a> made the announcement.</p>
<p>“We’re thrilled to bring The Crossings at Four Corners to the residents of Smyrna and the surrounding region,” said Robinson. “The project will breath new life into the South Cobb Drive corridor, bringing great new retailers to the market. Many thanks go to the <a href="http://www.smyrnacity.com/" target="_blank">City of Smyrna</a> and our lender <a href="http://www.coletaylor.com/" target="_blank">Cole Taylor</a> for making the redevelopment of The Crossings a reality.”</p>
<p>In addition to the new Kroger, the redevelopment The Crossings at Four Corners will include the installation of a traffic light at the North property line of the project and South Cobb Drive, the renovation of 60,000-square-feet of retail space and the development of eight outparcels available for sale or lease; as well as a 25,000 square foot pad available for a new anchor tenant, located adjacent to Kroger. Currently 153,000-square-feet, the completed center will reach 230,000-square-feet. Tri-Land de-tenanted the project prior to the launch of redevelopment. <p>The Crossings at Four Corners Kroger is replacing a 42,000 square foot, 40 year-old store located across the street. The new Kroger store will offer a fuel station, bakery and deli products, a floral department, a wine shop and drive-thru pharmacy.</p>

<p><strong> SMYRNA, Ga., </strong>December 7, 2010 — Westchester, Ill.-based <a href="http://www.trilandproperties.com/" target="_blank">Tri-Land Properties, Inc.</a> announced today that it has received zoning and financing approval for <a href="http://www.trilandproperties.com/retail/crossings/site-plan.htm" target="_blank">The Crossings at Four Corners</a> in Smyrna, Ga. and they have sold 8 acres of the project to Cincinnati, Ohio-based <a href="http://www.kroger.com/Pages/default.aspx" target="_blank">Kroger Co.</a> <a href="http://www.coletaylor.com/" target="_blank">Cole Taylor</a>, a Chicago based lender, is providing the construction financing for the project. <p>The Kroger Co. will build a 96,000 square foot supermarket, the company’s largest grocery store in the Atlanta market. The Crossings at Four Corners Kroger location is replacing an outdated, 42,000 square foot, 40 year-old store located across the street. Kroger at The Crossings at Four Corners will offer a fuel station, bakery and deli products, a floral department, a wine shop and drive-thru pharmacy</p>
<p>In addition to the new Kroger, the redevelopment of will include the installation of a traffic light at the northwest corner of South Cobb Drive and Concord Road, the renovation of 60,000-square-feet of retail space and the development of eight outparcels available for development; as well as, a 25,000 square foot pad available for a new anchor tenant, located adjacent to Kroger. <p>Mr. Booth received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management &amp; Finance from <a href="http://marriottschool.byu.edu/" target="_blank">Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Management</a> and his Master’s degree of Professional Studies in Real Estate from <a href="http://www.cornell.edu/" target="_blank">Cornell University</a>.</p>

<p>Bon Bon Frozen Yogurt is opening a 1,689-square-foot store at the recently redeveloped <a href="http://cherokeesouth.com/" target="_blank">Cherokee South Plaza</a>. The store will offer self serve frozen yogurt, coffee and more. The redeveloped plaza now also includes three new buildings, outdoor patios, tree-lined walkways, sidewalk plants, and public spaces for neighborhood use.</p>
<p>Modern Nails is joining <a href="http://brywoodcentre.com/" target="_blank">Brywood Centre</a> with a 1,978-square-foot store. The nail salon offers a wide range of services including manicures, pedicures and other beautification treatments. <p><strong> </strong><strong>KANSAS CITY, Mo., </strong>July 21, 2010 — Westchester, Ill.-based <a href="http://www.trilandproperties.com/" target="_blank">Tri-land Properties</a>, Inc., announced today that the redevelopment of <a href="http://www.trilandproperties.com/retail/brywood/site-plan.htm" target="_blank">Brywood Centre</a> has officially begun and <a href="http://www.dollartree.com/home.jsp" target="_blank">Dollar Tree</a> has joined the project’s growing tenant roster. Tri-Land Vice President <a href="http://www.trilandproperties.com/ot_aqusitions.htm" target="_blank">Hugh Robinson</a> made the announcement.</p>
<p>Brywood Centre is anchored by a recently renovated <a href="http://www.pricechopper.com/" target="_blank">Price Chopper</a> supermarket, which now offers expanded deli, meat, produce and frozen departments, as well as a state-of-the-art bakery and liquor department, in a contemporary floor plan. The newest addition to the tenant line-up is Dollar Tree, which will occupy 12,000-square-feet of space for the next 10 years.</p>
<p>“The $3 million renovation of Price Chopper was a very exciting step in the right direction for Brywood, and we’d like to thank the Cosentino family for their dedication to the community,” said Robinson. “The improved supermarket, along with such a notable brand as Dollar Tree, will certainly boost traffic at the center.”</p>
<p>The redevelopment of Brywood Centre is partially funded through Tax Increment Financing (TIF) and a Community Investment District (CID) totaling $10 million.</p>
<p>“We are extremely appreciative to the City of Kansas City and the Kansas City Economic Development Corporation for making the redevelopment of Brywood Centre possible,” said Robinson. “In addition to providing the community with a high-quality, modern shopping destination, the construction projects will raise the local employment level for an extended period of time.”</p>
<p>Tri-Land’s redevelopment of the 183,464-square-foot center includes a new building façade and exterior parking lot renovations, including new paving, lighting, landscaping, signage and amenities. Also, six new outlot pads are available along highly visible 63<sup>rd</sup> Street. The initial phase of the project is scheduled for Spring 2011 completion.</p>

<p>Tri-Land’s redevelopment of the 118,000-square-foot Cherokee South center includes the complete demolition of one building, the construction of three new buildings and the addition of many new retail tenants. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>KANSAS CITY, Mo.</strong>, June 29, 2009 — Westchester, Ill.-based <a href="http://www.trilandproperties.com/#" target="_blank">Tri-land Properties, Inc.</a> announced today that the city of Kansas City and T-L Brywood, LLC, the shopping center owner, have entered into a redevelopment agreement, which involves Tax Increment Financing and a Community Investment District, for its redevelopment of <a href="http://www.trilandproperties.com/retail/brywood/site-plan.htm" target="_blank">Brywood Centre</a>, located at 63rd and Blue Ridge Cutoff in Kansas City. Tri-Land Vice President <a href="http://www.trilandproperties.com/caseh_ownership2.htm" target="_blank">Hugh Robinson</a> made the announcement.</p>
<p>“We are very excited to be moving forward with this redevelopment project,” said Robinson. “We have had a great relationship with the City and the two district council members, Terry Riley and Cindy Circo, throughout this process. We look forward to delivering a renewed, high-quality project to this great community.”</p>
<p>Tri-Land’s redevelopment of the 183,464-square-foot center includes a new building façade, expansion plans for the grocery store anchor and outlot availability along highly visible 63rd Street. The improved Brywood Centre will also include enhanced lighting features, new building and site signage, and significant landscaping upgrades.</p>
<p>Construction is scheduled to begin in July/August 2009.</p>
