I often find that a lot of patients have a difficult time finding a comfortable position to get rid of the pain and exercise.  This is a good technique for self traction and stretching the lower back joints and muscles.  It&#8217;s helped a lot of my patients relieve their low back pain and it can be a comfortable position to rest.</p>
