Last month we launched the Trimcraft.co.uk awards and gave you the chance to vote for your top crafters of 2008.

A huge number of you voted, and we'd like to thank you enormously for taking your time to do this, so it's now time to annouce the results!

Card maker of the year
Card maker of the year is Maxine
This was a really open category and we had nominations for a huge number of different people. Jjulie2, Saphira, Kingdom Kid and Card Mad Fairy also received a number of votes.

Scrapbooker of the year
Scrapbooker of the year is Scrappydai.
The main competition for Scrappydai was MayJay who was not far behind on the votes.

ATC maker of the year
ATC maker of the year is Crafty Cheryl.
Cheryl received a huge proportion of the votes with RustyCage and CardMaker not too far behind.

General all round crafting award
The all round crafting award goes to MayJay.

This unique paper craft range has been inspired by the rich legacy of Laura Ashley’s collections from across the ages, and contains both modern and traditional interpretations of their classic style. Connemara Collection ~ ‘Misty sunsets and mellow autumn foliage inspire period prints in a glowing palette of rust, auburn and honeyed golds.’

Love Song Collection ~ ‘Romantic vintage inspired patterns and classic floral prints reminiscent of cosy seaside cottages.’
