My Wife Wants To Kill Me With Sex and Inherit My Property

2011-12-31T00:21:00.000-08:00

A divorce-seeking father of two, Daniel Olufumilayo, has instituted a suit against his wife at an Agege Customary Court in Lagos, because, according to him, his wife is plotting to kill him with overdose sex in order to inherit his property.

The 39-year-old cobbler said in a bid to achieve her wicked agenda, his wife usually...
demanded as many as seven to eight rounds of sex before the break of dawn every night. Mr. Daniel added that in his entire life, he has never met a woman like his wife when it comes to hunger for sex.

“My wife can never be satisfied sexually. Her plan was to kill me with her excessive demand for sex so that she can inherit my property,” he said.

The cobbler claimed that when he could not satisfy her sexually, he had to send her packing so that she can marry another man of her choice.

Responding to the allegations leveled against her by her husband, Zainab said: “Afterall, he could not accuse me of infidelity. I am not a flirt. If he accused me of being a nymphomaniac, it is his headache. Sex in marriage is my conjugal right which I think every responsible man must preserve and protect and if I demanded for as much as I want, I have not done anything wrong.”

The wife who is a petty trader said she did not know what came over her husband, when he suddenly asked her to pack out of their matrimonial home after the naming ceremony of their last child. “Olufumilayo ordered me to vacate our matrimonial home after I gave birth to our last child even though I did not offend him in any way [apart from sex issues],” she stressed.

After listening to both parties, the court dissolved the union on the premise that the marital relationship between the estranged couple had broken down beyond repair.

Women, please not that excess of everything is bad... lol.

Here is the official video of the Ovation Theme song that was released weeks back, have fun watching! Merry Christmas in Advance!
It’s that beautiful season of the year when the good people at Ovation International bring love, joy and hope to Africa through the annual Ovation Red Carol event described as the largest Pan-African Carol Concert. In this brand new Ovation Red Carol theme song, seventeen (17) of Nigeria’s finest voices from the old to the new generation, declare in unison; “Near or far, no matter where you are, love is in the air, Ovation Red Carol is here!”
The song which features Yemi Alade, Ice Prince Zamani, Waje, YQ, Wizkid, Segun Obe, Chidinma, IBK, Eva, Jaywon, Malaika, Shayne, Ugly, Karate Kid, Dipp, Kefee, and Sir Shina Peters can easily pass for a Quincy Jones production for famine in Somalia or for peace in Sudan. The unique blend and fusions of style to deliver a trado-medley effect can best be described with one word, awesome! And who would have thought that OJB produced this great work while critically ill on his hospital bed? Who could have imagined that he actually gave directions to his production assistant on what to do to finish the song should he die suddenly? But such is the passion and devotion that distinguishes great men like OJB and all the artistes who have contributed their time and talent to this noble cause.
Enjoy as you watch.

What A Year It Has Been For… Dbanj & Don Jazzy

2011-12-13T04:55:00.000-08:00

This is a combined portion because, they very well go together, literally. – No, not that way, but you can’t mention one without the other, their success are intertwined and they carry each other to greater heights every year.
They both became a part of Kanye West’s “Good Music” earlier this year, which undoubtedly was and is the biggest thing to have happened to the Nigerian Music Industry, even i could not front about what this would mean and I am not a huge fan of either of them. Dbanj of course did the remix of his popular song “Mr Endowed” with everybody’s uncle “Snoop Dogg” and Don Jazzy was a co producer on “Lift Off” the Kanye West/ Jay-Z featuring Beyonce track.
To celebrate their successes D Banj and Don Jazzy both decided to share in their wealth with give aways and competitions. There was the iPad win here in the US. There was the Oliver Twist competition which i have to say here was probably the most riveting that captured Nigeria this year, i mean people went all out and you saw that Nigerians were more creative and innovative than we give ourselves credit for. Even Dbanj and Don Jazzy participated in the fun, making their own video. There was also the Enigma competition, and the 500,000K essay competition from Don Jazzy and the 200,000K giveaway by D’banj at the University of Lagos.
D’Banj also won the BET Awards this year and was praised for his fashion sense by most of the top critics in fashion of the world with his attendance in California. Showing that hard work pays off, both he and Don Jazzy and the rest of the Mo’Hits crew took to London, for the sold out KOKO concert where Kanye West himself stopped by for a surprise appearance. That was not all for their recognition internationally of course as they were both named as one of the most powerful celebrities out of Africa by Forbes, 36 and 37 respectively.
I think what was notable was that Don Jazzy, decided to not be just behind the scenes anymore and we got to see him everywhere and hear him talk, cos if you were like me, you weren’t sure he could actually speak. There is a time for everything and Don Jazzy bidded his time well and when it was time to shine, he has done just that.He had his very first radio interview in over five years this year and even as we speak, I also just heard him on the song with Tiwa Savage.
Dbanj, of course having always been the outspoken one, was fairly more quiet this year, although that was not enough to stop the rumor mills, with talks of him dating Genevieve and him being arrested, which was totally false. What is true was his acquiring of an Aston Martin which had tongues wagging also this year, after he and Don Jazzy had already acquired Bentley’s earlier in the year.
They’ve had our attention and the worlds attention for the entire year, we will be listening and watching closely in the year 2012.

VIDEO: Falz – Wazup Guy

2011-12-13T04:49:00.000-08:00

Here’s the video to the previously posted banging tune by Falz titled “Wazup Guy” he has always delivered this lovely Video with his unique style. Enjoy

Leading Nigerian Musicians that Made Waves in 2011

2011-12-13T03:55:00.000-08:00

During the course of the year 2011, some songs made us go mwch!, while other outstanding ones made our hearts pound out of excitement! And of course, we know that these beautiful songs wouldn’t have been possible without...

some great artistes behind them. Their songs rocked clubs, parties, concerts et al, making this year music-fun filled:

D’banj

Since the Koko Master made his debut into the industry, he’s never failed to dazzle his fans with irresistible songs. All from the stable of Mo’Hit records, his ‘boss’, Don Jazzy keeps imprinting magical beats and rhythm to make D’banj one of Nigeria’s best artistes.

This year has been an event-filled one for the dude, as he’s been seen jetting out of the country on several occasion. Financially, it has also been a rewarding one for him, as he also signed deals worth millions of dollars. And just October this year, he unleashed an Aston Martin Vantage car with only two doors.

This year, he also struck a record deal with one of Ameriac’s top rated artistes cum producer, Kayne West. But before then, he released a single, Mr. Endowed, with award winning American singer, Snoop Dog.

He still continues to make wave as an artiste who has proven his worth.

Tiwa Savage
As if coming from the blues, Tiwa made a debut into the industry just last year. Her first single, Kele Kele Love made a huge hit, shooting her straight into the league of A-list artistes in the country. After her first singles, she’s performed at countless concerts in and outside the country.

She’s also earned herself some cool cash and is one of the most rated female acts in the country at the moment. Her second single, Love Me Love Me is also a sensational track which has continued to make wave.

In the course of the year, she got nominated for the Grammy Award in the best R&B album category. And just this month, she just dropped another smoky one, 'Without My Heart', featuring Don Jazzy himself. Wow! She’s still smoky hot and sure ready to take us by storm next year?

Wiz Kid
He was faced with too many controversies through the year, ranging from impregnating an undergraduate, to allegedly stealing the Pakurumo song, to the internet naked picture scandal, the rumoured affair between him and sexy actress Tonto Dike and other ‘illicit’ affair-he’s sure got a bagful of scandals rocking his back.

But aside his scandalous stuffs, career-wise, he was one of those artistes that rocked the year. He performed at many shows and concerts like the FAB Night Out, Big Brother Amplified Finale and a host of others. Wizzy also made cameo appearances in other artistes, making him one of the artistes with numerous collabos in the year.

His singles that rocked this year include Wiz Party, Love My Baby, Pakurumo, Don’t Dull and others.

Omawunmi
She never ceases to dazzle with her strong vocal voice. Her debut single, In The Music, a song with the South African rhythm, shot her to limelight. Since then, she kept releasing songs after songs.

This year, her song, If You Ask Me became an instant hit-a song people thought stemmed out of her personal experience. But she proved pundits wrong, saying it was an experience of a young barrack girl!

P-Square
The two brothers of P-Square, Peter and Paul have become a house hold name in Nigeria and beyond. Aside their music prowess, their choreography is also another part where fans get hooked. Their eclectic performances makes them a force to be reckoned with in the country.

Not counting their success in the industry over the years, this year too was one of immeasurable success for them. Their singles Chop My Money, Bu Nie Ya Enu and Forever added to their many successes.

MI
M.I, one of the Chocolate City boys is definitely an act to be reckoned with. When it comes to rap music, he ranks as the No.1 in the country. He picks his words one after the other, sending the songs straight to bed.

Number One, Beef, Action Film, One Naira, Epic and others were some of his singles that made wave in the year... Looking forward to what 2012 have in stock.

Source Vanguard.

NEW MUSIC: TIWA SAVAGE FT. DON JAZZY 'WITHOUT MY HEART'

2011-12-06T03:37:00.000-08:00

when was the last time you heard Don Jazzy on a song? It feels like its been forever! We've missed he's soulful harmonies and his really cool lyrics! Well thats exactly what you get on his collaboration with Tiwa. As usual with Tiwa Savage we get her beautiful vocals all over the track. She writes the songs you can get down to with your girls at home and wild out to in the clubs!

What do you get when you put two very creative artistes together: a very very saucy song.

ASUU Cripples Universities, Embarks on Indefinite Strike

2011-12-05T01:29:00.000-08:00

University lecturers under the umbrella of the Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU, on Monday begin an indefinite strike across the country. National President of ASUU, Professor Ukachukwu Awuzie, who made this known on Sunday in Port Harcourt said...

the strike would be "total and comprehensive". According to him, there would be no grading and marking of scripts while the strike action lasted.

He explained that their decision stemmed from what he described the refusal of the federal government to implement the core components of the 2009 FGN/ASUU agreement.

According to him, with the failure of federal government to address the issues even when ASUU granted it a two months grace period, it had become clear that the government was not willing to honor the agreement.

Describing the decision to embark on the indefinite strike as very painful Prof Awuzie, who was flanked by other members of his executive, further revealed that the ASUU would alien with allied unions in the country to resist the proposed removal of fuel subsidy by the government.
