Here’s my spiritual guidance March/April 2026, covering the lunar month beginning with the Pisces new moon on March 19th at 1.23am (UK) through to April 16th. Every new lunar month I draw one card from the Thoth Tarot to spark intuitive insight about the key energy to navigate by during the coming four weeks. I then take a quick look at the astrology.

The new lunar month opens with the radiant force of the Ace of Wands – a card of ignition, awakening, and powerful beginnings. Where other cards suggest gradual movement, the Ace arrives like a spark in dry grass: sudden, bright, and full of untamed potential.

Spiritual guidance March/April 2026 inspired by the Tarot

If you prefer to listen, play the podcast video below. Otherwise, read on.

https://youtu.be/VVUQE-3cY0Q?si=qfovd4xLv9aA8C8OVideo can’t be loaded because JavaScript is disabled: Spiritual guidance March/April 2026: Igniting the solar self (https://youtu.be/VVUQE-3cY0Q?si=qfovd4xLv9aA8C8O)

This is the outpouring of creative energy from the universe itself. Life-force moving through you and around you, seeking expression. The Ace of Wands reminds you that you are not separate from that current. You are part of it. The same force that ignites stars, stirs the wind, and pushes green shoots through the soil also moves through the human heart and mind.

Right now, that energy carries a particularly spiritual emphasis; a call to awaken more fully to the truth of who you are.

The lightning of realisation

As in many depictions of the Ace of Wands, lightning bolts flash across this card. It symbolises those sudden moments of illumination when something clicks into place and the truth becomes undeniable. Not an intellectual idea, but a lived recognition.

You begin to sense your celestial solar self – the deeper presence that lives beneath the roles and identities you’ve accumulated. The part of you that is pure awareness, pure spirit, pure creative fire. When this recognition dawns, it feels less like learning something new and more like remembering something ancient. Because in truth, you are not separate from the life-force that sustains the cosmos. You are its expression. The same plasmic prana that animates the universe flows through your brain and body.

When you begin to live from that centre, something shifts. The need to compete, dominate, or define yourself against others starts to fall away. From the perspective of spirit, there is no hierarchy of worth, only countless forms through which the one Source expresses itself.

The consequences of forgetting

Look around the world and you can see what happens when this truth is forgotten. War. Hatred. Dogmatic belief systems. Endless attempts to prove one group superior to another. Division built on fear. Fear of difference, fear of rejection, fear of losing power.

All of it arises from a loss of connection with the spiritual self. When people forget who they truly are, they cling to identities that feel safer and smaller. Tribe against tribe. Belief against belief. Each convinced it alone holds the truth.

But when you stand rooted in your deeper spiritual presence, something very different becomes possible. You begin to recognise that every person you encounter is another expression of the same living source. Different, yes. Unique, absolutely. But fundamentally connected.

From that place, compassion grows naturally. And when enough individuals live from that awareness, the environment around them begins to change.

The rising fire

The Ace of Wands also carries the imagery of rising Kundalini energy; the awakening life-force that moves through the body like a coiled flame when consciousness begins to expand. This energy forms a bridge between the physical and the spiritual. When it stirs, you may feel heightened sensitivity, bursts of creativity, sudden insights, or waves of emotional and energetic movement. It’s powerful. Transformative. And not something to treat lightly.

Practices such as breathwork, meditation, ritual, visualisation, mantra, and prayer can help to open and stabilise this channel during this month. They invite more spirit into conscious awareness and allow the energy to move through you in a balanced way.

Preparation and grounding are essential. Awakening is not a race, and the body must be able to hold what the spirit reveals. If you feel you need help and support to handle this sometimes chaotic energy, seek out someone who can hold you to embody it safely.

Handled wisely, this rising fire becomes a profound force for transformation. It guides you towards greater clarity, authenticity, and alignment with the deeper intelligence of life.

The spark of action

This month, pay close attention to your impulses, ideas, and emotional responses. Emotion, after all, is simply energy in motion. A passing feeling might carry the spark of something far larger: a creative project, a bold action, a new direction in life. History is full of examples where a single inspired moment ignited movements, discoveries, evolutionary changes.

The Ace of Wands asks you to notice those sparks without immediately dismissing them. What excites you? What stirs your enthusiasm? Where does your inner fire naturally want to move? Follow the energy, but do so consciously.

Fire needs direction

For all its brilliance, fire can also burn out of control if left unattended. The Ace of Wands contains enormous potential, but potential alone is not enough. Without clarity and grounding, enthusiasm can tip into exaggeration, overreach, or scattered effort. Ideas flare brightly for a moment and then fade before anything solid has been created.

Another trap lies in arrogance. Inspiration alone doesn’t guarantee success. True mastery comes when passion is balanced with humility, patience, and steady action. Your task this month is not simply to ignite the flame, but to tend it.

Living as the solar self

At its highest expression, the Ace of Wands invites you to live from your solar self; the radiant core of spirit that burns steadily within. This is pure creative fire. Pure life-force. A presence far more powerful than the small fears and doubts that often shape human behaviour. Yet it carries no sense of superiority. The sun shines on all things equally. In the same way, the awakened spiritual self recognises its unity with every other being.

When you live from this centre, division loses its grip. Fear loosens. Creativity flows more freely. And the energy you bring into the world begins to uplift those around you. The fire has been lit. Now the question is simple: What will you create with it?

Guidance March/April 2026 from astrology

The pace begins to accelerate with the Pisces new moon on 19th March. Sitting close to the powerful Saturn–Neptune conjunction and forming a supportive sextile to Uranus in Taurus, this lunation carries real momentum. There’s energy here to activate a new cycle, particularly around financial systems and our relationship with the natural world. This is not a moment for delay or hesitation.

The following day brings the Spring Equinox on 20th March, that potent point of balance when light overtakes darkness and the new astrological year begins. At the same time Mercury turns direct and conjoins the Moon’s North Node, pointing clearly towards the path ahead. Let go of unnecessary distractions it says, and move forward with one-pointed clarity towards what truly matters.

As Venus enters Taurus at the end of March, a gentler but steady influence begins to support those seeking creative and practical solutions. Beauty, artistry, and connection with the living earth may provide some of the most powerful answers.

The waxing moon continues to illuminate life-changing possibilities as it grows to fullness on the 2nd April. Long-standing frustrations may finally reveal their solutions, allowing energy that has been stuck, both intellectually and physically, to begin flowing again. Unexpected insights, new pathways, and revealed truths all point toward the same conclusion: meaningful change is not only possible, it’s necessary.

In the weeks that follow, Mars, Mercury, and the Moon all move into Aries, energising that Saturn–Neptune conjunction even further. The spark is there, and the conditions are ripe. What has been forming beneath the surface now seeks its moment of ignition.

Here’s my spiritual guidance February/March 2026, covering the lunar month beginning with the Aquarius new moon and solar eclipse on February 17th at 12.01pm (UK) through to March 18th. Every new lunar month I draw one card from the Thoth Tarot to spark intuitive insight about the key energy to navigate by during the coming four weeks. I then take a quick look at the astrology.

Spiritual guidance February/March 2026 inspired by the Tarot

This lunar month arrives with a whisper and a warning as the Seven of Swords steps forward as guide for the next four weeks. It’s a card that asks you not to take anything at face value, including your own thoughts.

If you prefer to listen play the podcast version below. Otherwise, read on.

https://youtu.be/GeEaIrKfdAc?si=tvokyNAGoBYJmXrCVideo can’t be loaded because JavaScript is disabled: Spiritual guidance for February/March 2026: Seeing beyond illusion (https://youtu.be/GeEaIrKfdAc?si=tvokyNAGoBYJmXrC)

Paired with a solar eclipse at the new moon, we’re entering a period of sudden revelation. Eclipses have a way of pulling the rug out from under comfortable narratives. What’s hidden surfaces. What’s been ignored demands attention. What you thought was solid may shift overnight. It can feel chaotic. It can feel destabilising. But it is never random.

In Aquarius, this eclipse speaks not only to personal awakening but to the future of humanity itself. Collective structures, ideologies, technologies, and power dynamics may take unexpected turns. At first glance, what emerges may not look encouraging. It would be easy – very easy – to slip into despair or catastrophic thinking. This is where your awareness becomes crucial. Are you seeing clearly? Or are fear and anxiety colouring your perception?

As a spiritual seeker, you know that reality operates on many levels at once. What appears as disruption on the surface can be recalibration at a deeper level. What looks like collapse can be clearing. Trust that there is more unfolding than meets the eye. Look for the deeper meaning. Ask what new timeline is being opened.

Engage your inner saboteur: On a personal level, the Seven of Swords turns the mirror gently but firmly towards you. Where are you deceiving yourself? Not maliciously, but subtly.

Those well-worn thoughts that run beneath awareness: I’m not good enough. I’m not experienced enough. I don’t have the energy. It’s too late. You have an idea and then immediately dismantle it. You feel a spark and then talk yourself out of it. That is self-sabotage dressed up as realism.

This month asks you to catch those narratives in the act. Observe them without judgement. Then question them. Are they true? Or are they inherited scripts that once kept you safe but now keep you small?

Guard your energy: There’s another layer here too. Be mindful of how easily your time and energy are consumed by other people’s demands, dramas, and expectations. Not all influence is malicious. Sometimes it’s simply unconscious. But even loving people can prefer you predictable. Familiar. Unchanged.

If you receive a new insight, a fragile dream, or a flash of inspiration, consider keeping it close for now. Let it root quietly. Feed it with focus and intention before exposing it to external commentary. Not everything needs immediate discussion. Some things require incubation. Tune out the nay-saying voices, both external and internal. Protect what is growing.

Rise above the fog: This may also be a month for stepping back entirely. If confusion swirls around you, rise above it. Take the aerial view. From a higher vantage point, patterns become visible. What felt overwhelming becomes navigable. Detachment is not coldness; it’s clarity.

Ask yourself: If I weren’t caught in the emotional intensity of this moment, what would I see? That question alone can shift everything.

Discernment without paranoia: The Seven of Swords also reminds us that hidden agendas do exist. Deception is real – in the world, in politics, in relationships, and sometimes even in spiritual spaces. But discernment is not the same as suspicion.

Notice how something feels in your body. Does it generate contraction or expansion? Does it evoke fear and dependency, or empowerment and clarity? Trust that wisdom.

Mastery in silence: Rather than reacting outwardly to every development, channel your energy inward. Quietly and steadily, master what you need to master. Develop the skills. Refine the plan. Strengthen your higher mind.

The Seven of Swords can advise careful strategy; not manipulation but intelligent positioning. Move thoughtfully. Act with awareness. Choose your timing, especially before sharing.

You are not alone: I’ve lost count of the times I’ve said this to clients and friends in recent weeks. You are supported. Even when the ground shifts. Even when narratives crumble. Even when your own mind feels unreliable and no one around you seems to understand you.

Connect to Spirit. Ground yourself in the body. Breathe through the heart. There is guidance and hope available beyond the noise of surface thought.

The eclipse – the energy of which can influence the next six months or even year – may redirect you onto an unexpected path. It may not look anything like what you would have consciously chosen. But it may lead you somewhere truer.

Stay alert. Stay discerning. Stay sovereign in your awareness this month. And above all, trust that what is being revealed is clearing the way for something more aligned than before. For you and for the world.

Guidance February/March 2026 from astrology

This Aquarian new moon and solar eclipse squares Uranus, amplifying dramatic change. There’s a feeling that the past can no longer be patched up or carried forward in the same way. You may be asked to release it altogether and open yourself to a radically new understanding of humanity’s relationship with the Earth, and of the individual’s responsibility within the greater whole. Mercury turns retrograde on the 26th, when certainty may have to be seriously re-examined. Pause for a recalibration.

Mars meets the Sun, Venus and Mercury in Pisces on the 2nd March, just before the full moon and lunar eclipse in Virgo on the 3rd. Sensitivities may heighten, particularly within family or community dynamics. If tensions surface, see them as invitations rather than threats. What’s revealed now can soften hardened positions and melt long-held grievances, opening the door to something more compassionate and inclusive.

The necessary creative vision for this development may well become more apparent when Venus conjuncts Saturn and Neptune in Aries on the 6th March.

I then take a quick look at the astrology.

Spiritual guidance January/February 2026 inspired by the Tarot

This month you’re being accompanied by The Hierophant, a card that immediately asks you to look at authority, truth, and the source of your wisdom. But this is not a call to hand your power over to any external structure, teacher, or tradition. Quite the opposite.

If you prefer to listen then play the video below. Otherwise, read on.

https://youtu.be/yzu1fqsRiRo?si=muVnNEm-uhntZN3aVideo can’t be loaded because JavaScript is disabled: Spiritual guidance for lunar month January/February 2026: Where spirit becomes form (https://youtu.be/yzu1fqsRiRo?si=muVnNEm-uhntZN3a)

This month asks you to become your own authority. To know your own heart. To understand your own values. To clarify your own philosophy of life. And above all, to listen deeply and trust your intuition; that ancient, insightful voice within that speaks quietly but never lies.

The Hierophant can feel like a guardian of tradition, yet he also carries the energy of disruption. He doesn’t want rigid belief systems or blind obedience. What you think you know is ready to be shaken. Long-held ideas, spiritual identities, and inherited beliefs may begin to loosen as messages arrive from subtler realms. Dreams, synchronicities, memories, and even glimpses of past lives may all be reminding you of who you truly are.

I’m sensing four major themes with which we’d be wise to work this month. You’ll see them reflected in what’s taking place on the world stage too, in a variety of ways.

Merging the Higher Self with the body
Astrologically, the Hierophant represents Taurus, and that matters. Taurus is where spirit meets matter, where the higher self must express itself through the body, the senses, and lived experience. The Hierophant doesn’t remain abstract or theoretical. He asks you to embody your truth and live it in love, through Venus who is his ruling planet.

Isis appears in front of him as the guiding inner voice, the divine feminine intelligence that supports and directs this process. Together, Taurus and Isis speak of unification: higher and lower, soul and body, intuition and action working as one.

This is a remembering – a conscious knowing – of the multidimensional being you are. A state of being where you link the macrocosm and the microcosm: the vast intelligence of the universe with the particular, physical life you’re living here and now. In doing so, you are always aware that you’re never separate from Divine Spirit. You are its expression.

Remembering your place in the wide web of life
Because of this, this month carries a strong sense of reconnection. Not just spiritually, but cosmically and ecologically. You can feel your belonging within the great web of life more vividly than usual; or be called to learn and explore it more fully.

Your relationship to and with the elementals of the land may suddenly awaken or intensify. The animals, trees, plants, and stones speak. The faerie realm and nature spirits show themselves. The cosmic realms, distant star systems, and other dimensions of being may become more apparent, tangible, and accessible.

The Hierophant is an invitation to open your awareness beyond the narrow human story and return you to a wider truth: life is layered, intelligent, and deeply interconnected to an extent we’re only just beginning to understand. You are part of that living tapestry.

Heart and truth-based authority
A wise guide is someone who helps you discover truths you could never uncover alone. They bring peace, wisdom, counsel, and the capacity to learn and understand, so that the highest purposes and creations of the soul can be realised. There is no domination involved in this; only faith.

If teachers or anyone claiming authority over you appear on your path this month – or if you find yourself actively seeking one – discernment is essential. Don’t be dazzled by appearances, titles, or acclaim. Instead, listen with your whole body. How do their words feel in your bones? Do they generate love, clarity, and empowerment? Or fear, dependency, and self-doubt? What does your gut tell you?

Not everything presented as truth is truth. You are being asked to question what you’ve learned, and what you’re learning now. Trust your intuition. Trust your direct connection to Source. That inner knowing is your essential compass.

You may find yourself teaching or being taught in entirely new ways. You may disengage from beliefs or practices that once felt right but no longer resonate. This isn’t loss, it’s refinement. It’s the search for truth becoming more precise.

Belonging and sacred community
Finally, there’s a strong sense of community woven through the next four weeks. You may feel called to seek out or help form a group of people who share your values, ethics, and spiritual vision. This isn’t about uniformity of thought, but resonance of heart.

For some of you, this includes stepping into a role as guide, teacher, or elder within that community. Not as an authority over others, but as someone who walks alongside them, grounded in humility and integrity.

This spiritual guidance January/February 2026 seeks to remind you that true wisdom doesn’t separate you from life. It roots you more deeply within it. Let yourself remember who you are, all of who you are. Not as a belief, but as a lived truth.

Guidance January/February 2026 from astrology

The Capricorn new moon on 18th January opens a doorway of possibility. Its conjunctions with all the personal planets mark the beginning of a fresh cycle taking shape; one that asks for commitment, maturity, and conscious intention as something new starts to root itself in the world.

On 26th January Neptune moves into Aries, breathing life into the emerging ideals and visions that are calling you forward. This shift encourages a new relationship with intelligence itself. One that’s less linear and defensive, and far more expansive. You’re invited to widen your perspective, to see beyond old limits, and to allow inspiration to guide thought rather than fear.

The Leo full moon on 1st February brings this process to a visible peak. Here, tensions may arise between individual rights and collective responsibility, spotlighting how power is held and exercised by the few over the many. What’s misused or out of alignment may come clearly into view. This is a moment for honest reflection: to question whether the comfort and convenience we’ve accepted come at too great a cost – personally and collectively.

Here’s my spiritual guidance December/January 2025, covering the lunar month beginning with the Sagittarius new moon on December 20th at 1.43am (UK) through to January 17th. Every new lunar month I draw one card from the Thoth Tarot to spark intuitive insight about the key energy to navigate by during the coming four weeks. I then take a quick look at the astrology.

Spiritual guidance December/January 2025 inspired by the Tarot

This lunar month takes us into the realm of the mind, guided by the Prince of Swords. Here you’re asked to look closely at how your conscious and unconscious minds are working together – or not. The mind is a powerful instrument. Used creatively, it expresses itself as brilliance, insight, and even genius. Left unchecked, it can tip into chaos, cruelty, or madness.

If you prefer to listen then play the video below. Otherwise, read on.

https://youtu.be/uyz8OD8iss4?si=tRiFhpBbg7LoFH84Video can’t be loaded because JavaScript is disabled: Spiritual guidance December 2025/January 2026: A mind that serves the heart (https://youtu.be/uyz8OD8iss4?si=tRiFhpBbg7LoFH84)

Many of us know the experience of the monkey mind; thoughts leaping from one thing to the next, pulling us in all directions, rarely pausing long enough to ask whether they’re true, kind, or aligned. We are shaped by what we think, and when thought becomes detached from feeling, the mind can turn cold; blocking empathy, severing connection, and silencing the heart.

The mind on its own has no moral compass. It can argue anything, justify anything, follow whatever idea happens to shout the loudest in the moment. Looking around the world right now, that may feel uncomfortably familiar.

I keep seeing the figures of Saruman and Gandalf from The Lord of the Rings who are such powerful illustrations of this principle. Both are beings of great intellect and vision. Yet one becomes corrupted when mind separates from heart and humility, while the other remains aligned with wisdom, service, and love. Their words, expressions, and actions show us exactly what happens when intelligence either serves the whole… or only itself.

This month invites you to slow down and ground. Breathe deeply in and out of your heart centre. Then gently observe your thoughts, opinions, and beliefs about everything. From what brings you joy in daily life to your views on politics, spirituality, or religion.

Ask yourself: Do these ideas still feel alive? Do they still resonate as true for me? If not, let them go. You’re allowed to evolve. Find what your heart and soul actually believe in now. What moves you, steadies you, and guides you towards purposeful action.

From this perspective, it becomes clear how ideas can divide us: politics, belief systems, social status. And yet, at a deeper level, we belong together. In Source, there is no separation. Those who hold different views are simply expressing another facet of being human; another way of being you.

Anger, volatility, deception, and cruelty will still play out in the world. Where shadow hasn’t been faced or integrated, it acts out through fear and survival instincts, cut off from the voice of the heart, causing confusion and chaos. This isn’t going to vanish overnight, so you may still see and feel it around you. But that doesn’t have to define you.

Be you. Do you. Align with those whose minds and hearts are working together, so that your shared vision of a more beautiful, humane world can begin to take form. When mind is aligned with divine will and Source, it gains clarity, purpose, and direction. Thought becomes focused. The shadow is acknowledged rather than denied. Action flows from love.

In this state, you don’t waste energy trying to control how others think or live. Instead, you commit to embodying your own ideals, by examining your beliefs honestly, refining them, and living them with integrity. That quiet commitment speaks louder than any argument.

This is the higher calling of the Prince of Swords: a mind in service to the heart, a voice guided by love, and ideas that unite rather than divide.

As this new month unfolds, remember that your thoughts are not who you are. They are tools you’re learning to use with care and discernment. When mind listens to heart, something beautiful happens: clarity replaces chaos, conviction softens into wisdom, and your words begin to build rather than divide.

You don’t need to fight the noise of the world. You only need to tend the quality of your own inner dialogue. From there, your presence becomes a quiet act of leadership, one rooted in love, integrity, and conscious choice.

Let your mind serve what you love. Let your words reflect what you value. And trust that even the smallest, most thoughtful shifts within you have an effect far beyond what you can see.

Guidance November/December 2025 from astrology

The Sagittarius new moon on December 20th and Winter Solstice the day after are a potent turning point. The planetary line-up is asking the question how best can love manifest?

Give careful consideration to the beliefs and ideals that will inspire you in the years to come. Find groups and relationships that can support you in taking action on them with commitment and confidence.

Mercury enters Capricorn on the 1st January, joining the other personal planets Venus and Mars in opposing beneficent, optimistic Jupiter in Cancer. The full moon in Cancer on the 3rd creates an incredible portal to ground this potential with Capricorn’s practical realism.

Plan, research, do the serious work now. Then you’ll be ready to harness the opportunities that come with January’s new moon.

Here’s my spiritual guidance November/December 2025, covering the lunar month beginning with the Scorpio new moon on November 20th at 6.47am (UK) through to December 19th. Every new lunar month I draw one card from the Thoth Tarot to spark intuitive insight about the key energy to navigate by during the coming four weeks. I then take a quick look at the astrology.

Spiritual guidance November/December 2025 inspired by the Tarot

The water theme continues this lunar month with the Two of Cups subtitled, disarmingly simply, Love. While last month invited us to notice where love had grown conditional or dulled by familiarity, this card welcomes us into the joy of connection freely given and freely received.

If you prefer to listen, play the video for the podcast version. Otherwise, read on.

https://youtu.be/oL6oPpMLfLQ?si=4adZtAKYoPU8reUSVideo can’t be loaded because JavaScript is disabled: Spiritual guidance November/December 2025: Let there be love (https://youtu.be/oL6oPpMLfLQ?si=4adZtAKYoPU8reUS)

We use the word love so casually that it can lose its gravity. Yet the spiritual traditions of the world point to something far deeper than sentiment or chemistry. They describe a love that perceives no separation, a love that recognises the other as an extension of the self; a love that is, at its heart, divine.

This isn’t about romance. It isn’t about preference, attachment, or even affection. It’s the kind of love that sees through masks, stories, wounds, and roles. It sees essence. And once you see essence, see soul, you can’t help but respond to the world with a quiet, steady reverence. A love of all life.

Myth has whispered this truth for millennia. When Isis gathered the scattered pieces of Osiris, it wasn’t just devotion. It was the recognition that what lives in one life echoes through and augments another. When Radha sees Krishna, she sees the divine in playful disguise. These stories don’t ask us to imitate the supernatural. They remind us that love at its purest recognises what is eternal in another being.

So this month, the invitation is to explore, invite, and recognise this unconditional love flowing through the world in an embodied way. Not as an idea, but as a lived reality. It’s a love of life – all life. I offer some suggestions on how to do this here, but I’m sure you can discover many more.

Presence: In many teachings, love begins with presence; the willingness to meet another being fully, without agenda or distraction. Whether it’s the Zen practice of “just listening,” the Christian tradition of contemplative compassion, or the Sufi devotion of beholding the Beloved in all faces, the message is the same.

Love pays attention. To truly see someone is to offer them dignity. To truly hear them is to offer them sanctuary. To hold space without rushing to fix, solve, or advise is one of the purest forms of love we have.

Stories reflect this too. In Buddhist lore, Quan Yin hears the cries of the world because she listens to and witnesses its suffering without turning away. Her compassion is not sentimental; it is a form of deep, unwavering presence. In a world saturated with noise, this kind of presence is medicinal.

Contemplate: Are you fully present to life?

Service: Spiritual love moves into action not from duty or martyrdom, but from recognition that another’s wellbeing is part of your own. Many traditions speak of this as service; not servitude, but sacred reciprocity. The Bhagavad Gita calls it seva, selfless action. Jesus speaks of it as loving your neighbour as yourself.

Indigenous teachings frame it as caring for the community and the land as an extension of your own body. In the Navajo Beauty Way, living well means tending the harmony between yourself, your people, and the earth. Service becomes a way of restoring the world’s balance.

We support, uplift, tend, and help not because we’re trying to be good, but because love naturally expresses itself as nourishment. Love feeds what it values, protects what is vulnerable, and strengthens what is emerging.

Contemplate: Where does your heart call you to serve joyfully?

Connection, collaboration, and interdependence: At a spiritual level, love is the recognition that nothing exists in isolation. Buddhism calls this interbeing. Kabbalah calls it the unbroken unity of creation.

Myth reveals it again and again through cosmic pairs whose union keeps the world in balance. Like the Sky Father and Earth Mother whose embrace brings forth life. To love unconditionally is to live from that awareness; that your words ripple, your actions resonate, and your inner state vibrates into the field we all share.

You are not one small life moving alone through the world. You are a node in a vast web of being. As you serve and support others in that web, so the web supports and holds you.

Contemplate: How easily do you collaborate and reach out for help, or do you tend to rely only on yourself?

Self-love: Unconditional doesn’t mean unguarded or boundary-less. Real love includes clarity. It knows when to say no so that something deeper can flourish. It refuses to enable harm to self as well as other. It honours your energy as sacred, not endlessly available.

Many traditions speak of this as right relationship. This is compassion that stays compassionate, even when it’s being firm. The gods model this in myth. Isis, among many other goddesses, protects and loves and she also sets limits when truth or integrity is at stake. Boundaries become part of sacred order.

The other-than-human world: Every spiritual tradition eventually widens the circle of love beyond humans; thank goodness! To include the trees that breathe life into us. The animals who walk beside us. The waters that nourish the Earth. The stars that shaped our bones.

This is where love becomes cosmic; a recognition that everything is animate with the same spark we carry. In loving the world, all of it, we love ourselves more fully.

Myths in many cultures and fairy tales encode this wider kinship. Animals speak, rivers bless, mountains hold wisdom. The world isn’t a backdrop to the human experience but a family of beings woven from the same luminous thread.

Contemplate: How do you feel and foster relationship with the other-than-human world?

Responsibility: Unconditional love doesn’t ask you to float through the world in blissful detachment. It calls you to act, to embody the truth that the whole is strengthened when each part is honoured. This means checking your personal desires against the wellbeing of the wider field, choosing what contributes to harmony over what gratifies in the moment. It means recognising that “me” cannot flourish without “we”.

This isn’t sacrifice. This is alignment with the deeper order of things; the place where your joy and the world’s joy meet each other. It’s belonging.

Contemplate: Where do you make personal changes to benefit the whole?

Trust in the cosmos: In our overwhelmingly individualist modern culture, one of the quiet revolutions on the spiritual path is recognising that the cosmos is for you, not against you.

The Tao supports all that flows in harmony with it. The Great Mother nurtures what seeks to grow. The quantum field responds to coherence and clarity of intention. Astrology reminds us we’re woven into a great cosmic pattern, rhythm, and intelligence.

This isn’t fantasy or wishful thinking. It’s a lived experience once you attune to it. Even when life feels uncertain or disordered, you’re not being punished. You’re being shaped, taught, redirected, expanded. You’re being called into alignment with a life that fits you – the whole and holy you – more truthfully.

When you trust that the universe is collaborative rather than adversarial, something in you softens. You stop fighting what’s unfolding. You begin listening for guidance, and life starts to co-create with you. Without this trust, an activist for change or a seeker of spiritual development or well-being can just as easily become exhausted and burnt out. It’s one of the deepest expressions of love – to trust and accept the benevolent perfection of the way things are.

Allow yourself to be held by the great mystery that holds us all. Remember to call on the earth, the stars, the gods and goddesses – life itself – to help you. And know that you will be held.

Contemplate: Do you truly trust the cosmos and life?

If this sounds wonderful and impossibly idealistic, it’s because slowly, over millennia, we’ve forgotten. We’ve moved far away from this truth and towards its shadow – fear. Start right now, where you are and exactly as you are. Begin with whoever and whatever is easiest to love, and let that soften you into embodying this deeper love wherever life places you. As you give, you open yourself to receive this same love in return from All That Is. It’s never one way.

Everything you’ve walked through until now – the cleansing, the clearing, the surrendering – has been preparing your heart to love in this way. You chose to be born and be shaped for this time and this task. You’re remembering how to love, and to trust All That Is to respond with all that you need to do so.

Guidance November/December 2025 from astrology

The powerful Scorpio new moon on the 20th November offers the potential to kickstart impactful new developments. Any ventures that reflect new values and ideals in their systems and structures in response to social needs should do well. Luck is blessing the generous, responsible, and disciplined.

Mercury, retrograde in Scorpio, meets Venus there on the 25th, singing aloud the blessings of the gods available for many. Particularly those who acknowledge the joys and duties of caring for family – both personal and collective. The stars spell the words collective and holistic.

We may regret the past but we must have faith in the future now. The full supermoon in Gemini on 4th December will illuminate any misjudgements and deceptions so you can look clearly at the options.

Between the 6th and 8th, Mercury brings heightened depth, imagination, and wisdom to our minds as it connects to the trine between Saturn and Jupiter. When Mars moves into Capricorn on the 15th, it assists the Sun to intensify disciplined, constructive work. Possibilities need testing if they’re to become probabilities.

As soon as the rains arrive, my partner and I head out on our walks, tools in hand, to clear the drains and gullies that carry water safely down the hills around us. It’s become a small ritual of care for our little hamlet on the valley floor — simple, steady work that’s spared us many troubles when the storms roll in.

That last full moon in Taurus was a powerful one, and I’m still feeling its impact in my body (it fell in my sixth house, after all). Here in Carmarthenshire, her supermoon tide pulled high and hard, joining forces with a relentless downpour. Old stone bridges vanished beneath rising rivers, and houses in nearby villages stood several inches deep in water.

As I sent Reiki to those affected – and gave thanks that our home remained untouched – I felt the moon’s deep sorrow. It was as if she wept for the imbalance we’ve created in the world, her rain the tears of a loving mother watching her children drift too far from harmony. Her message was clear: pay attention.

I wonder if we did. Did so much water help us remember our responsibility; to the land, to one another, to balance itself?

This poem came back to me from years ago, and it feels right to share it now. May it remind you, as it does me, to listen to the waters and tend what you can. And may you stay safe and dry through our ever-wilder, wetter winters.

Here’s my spiritual guidance October/November 2025, covering the lunar month beginning with the Libra new moon on October 21st at 1.25pm (UK) through to November 19th. Every new lunar month I draw one card from the Thoth Tarot to spark intuitive insight about the key energy to navigate by during the coming four weeks. I then take a quick look at the astrology.

Spiritual guidance October/November 2025 inspired by the Tarot

After months of intensity and transformation, the Four of Cups invites you to pause, breathe, and let the emotional waters settle. This is a time to reflect and remember what truly nourishes your heart, not through striving or seeking but through quiet appreciation.

When the world feels heavy with conflict and fear, when headlines stir despair or exhaustion, it’s easy to become trapped in noticing only what’s wrong. This lunar cycle asks you to turn your gaze gently inward towards the light that is still here – the love, kindness, and beauty that persist beneath the noise.

If you prefer to listen, play the podcast version. Otherwise, read on.

https://youtu.be/M6aPQxrw74I?si=FE3vkKpel3_zoBctVideo can’t be loaded because JavaScript is disabled: Spiritual guidance October/November 2025: Renew your heart through gratitude and love (https://youtu.be/M6aPQxrw74I?si=FE3vkKpel3_zoBct)

The quickest way to calm the waters of restless discontent is through gratitude. Start by naming the small, steady blessings that hold your life together: clean water, warmth, a safe home, the sound of laughter, freedom of expression. These are the daily miracles you can so easily overlook. You change your experience simply by shifting the way you think and feel about it.

Notice, too, how love moves through your life. Do you offer it freely, or hold it back, waiting for it to be returned or earned? Do you lose yourself in others’ needs or hold on to them too tightly? As Kahlil Gibran wrote, “Love possesses not nor would it be possessed; for love is sufficient unto love.”

The luxury of the Four of Cups isn’t about indulgence, it’s about the richness of presence. When you rest in awareness of the love already here – the warmth of friends, the misty gold of morning light, the simple rhythm of breath – your heart becomes a sanctuary, unshaken by outer turbulence.

If impatience or frustration arises, as I’m seeing in many clients currently, remember: calm water reflects the clearest vision. Inspiration and clarity won’t come from effort or force this month. They’ll come like a breeze rippling across the waves — softly, naturally, when you’ve made enough space for them to land. Gratitude restores flow. What you seek may already be before you, just waiting for you to see it and act upon it. The more you drop into appreciation for what already is and for who you already are, the more creative space you make for what can be.

The Four of Cups’ astrological tie to the moon in Cancer reminds you that true emotional wealth extends beyond the self; it’s rooted in care for what you call home: your body, your loved ones, your community, and this living Earth. Every compassionate act, from tending your inner peace to offering a kind word, nourishes the greater whole. A gentle hug, a meal, a prayer for the world; these simple gestures illuminate the collective field.

Those at the threshold of death often speak one truth. Love is the only thing we take with us. Each moment of love and joy shared with others in connection and community – human or otherwise – is precious and sacred. Precisely because you know they are fleeting. These themes are very much associated with the season and the approaching Celtic festival of Samhain.

So this lunar month, pause. Reflect. Offer quiet thanks for all that sustains you and attend to it, knowing that there will inevitably be change. Share your blessings. You may just feel the heartbeat of divine love pulsing through all things. A reminder that the universe is not separate from you but moving with you, in perfect harmony, every moment. Always.

“Gratitude turns what we have into enough, and enough into abundance.”
– Anonymous (wisdom attributed in many traditions)

Guidance October/November 2025 from astrology

The new moon in Libra on the 21st October has a vital message to impart about finding solutions to the abuse of power in existing structures and systems. Mercury and Mars are conjunct in Scorpio’s watery depths, pointing to the transformational potential of journeys, meetings, and news at this time. Keep your wits about you.

Watch out for possible mistakes around the Taurus full moon on the 5th November, when Mars opposes Uranus. Continue to be careful from the 8th to the 12th during a line-up of planetary reversal. Something needs to slow down to allow focus on more significant work. After this it’s easier to trust your judgement.

On the 15th November there’s a rare alignment of nearly all planets in the Star of David pattern. This is a doorway to harmony and balance through which heaven and earth can unite.

We often think of freedom as being able to do whatever we want, whenever we want. No rules, no limits, no one to answer to. But if you look closely, that kind of “freedom” doesn’t usually bring peace or fulfilment. It creates chaos, disconnection, and harm. True spiritual freedom has never been about a free-for-all. It’s about living in harmony with the universal laws that hold the cosmos together.

The ancients understood this. Every tradition tells us in its own way that real freedom comes through balance. The Egyptians called it Ma’at, the principle of truth and order that even the gods had to honour.

If you prefer to listen, play the podcast below. Otherwise, read on.

https://youtu.be/OW4bj7GFfDM?si=sRY-4y5Fjlg-aIHpVideo can’t be loaded because JavaScript is disabled: Spiritual freedom and the universal law of balance (https://youtu.be/OW4bj7GFfDM?si=sRY-4y5Fjlg-aIHp)

In Taoism, Lao Tzu reminds us to follow the natural course rather than force our own. “The best character is like water. The water’s goodness is that it benefits the myriad things but does not quarrel, and it willingly goes to where others hate.” And Hindu philosophy speaks of dharma; the right way of living that aligns us with the whole.

You can see this law of balance everywhere, not just in spiritual teaching but woven through the natural world. The cosmos itself holds steady through the dance of gravity and dark energy. Your body seeks to achieve and maintain balance to stay alive and well (homeostasis). Even human societies survive only when they manage resources with sustainability in mind. Balance is a living law of nature.

So freedom isn’t the absence of limits. It’s discovering the deeper pattern that allows life to flourish, and choosing to move with it.

Universal law and sacred limits

When we hear the word limit, it can sound like a restriction, as if something precious is being taken away. But in spiritual truth, limits are what make freedom possible. A river only flows because its banks hold it. Music only exists because silence frames the sound. Without boundaries, nothing can take form.

Across wisdom traditions, this principle is clear. The Stoic philosopher Epictetus taught, “Freedom is the right to live as we wish, yet to wish rightly.” In other words, freedom isn’t about endless indulgence; it’s about aligning our choices with what sustains life.

Mythology shows this law at work in story. Icarus longed for unbounded flight, but ignoring the natural limits of sun and sky and the interaction of elements cost him his life. By contrast, King Arthur’s knights in the Grail quest succeed not through reckless adventure but through humility, kindness, discipline, and devotion to a higher order.

The universal law of balance doesn’t demand sacrifice in the sense of loss. It invites us to see beyond the small self. When we choose in harmony with the greater whole, we don’t just protect others; we discover a deeper joy, a freedom rooted in belonging.

Spiritual freedom and the greater whole

True freedom doesn’t come from doing whatever you please in the moment. That path often leads to chaos, conflict, and ultimately feeling less free. Instead, freedom deepens when you act with awareness of how your choices vibrate through the wider web of life.

Lao Tzu reminds us in the Tao Te Ching: “The sage does not hoard. The more he does for others, the more he has himself.” When you align with the flow of the Tao – the natural way – you discover that considering the whole never diminishes you. It expands you.

We know this truth in our bones. A community functions best when each member cares for the well-being of others. Nature thrives because ecosystems balance predator and prey, growth and decay.

In the four branches of the Mabinogi – the earliest surviving Welsh prose – the royal marriages that are happy and bring abundance to the land and people are those where the women choose their union freely. Where they’re forced into it by their menfolk for one-sided benefit, as happens for Branwen and Blodeuwedd, loss and disaster follow rapidly.

In more recent stories, too, this wisdom shines through. Think of Frodo in The Lord of the Rings. His personal desire was to live quietly in the Shire, yet he accepted the responsibility of the ring because he realised that the fall of Middle-earth would also mean the end of his beloved Shire as he knew it. He acknowledged the contribution he alone could make, helped by his unusually strong resistance to the ring’s temptation. By serving the whole, he saved Middle-earth and grew into his own strength and courage.

Spiritually, it’s the same. Checking your personal desire isn’t about suppression or dismal duty. It’s an act of love. When you surrender ego-driven wants in service to harmony, you discover a richer kind of freedom: the freedom of a heart at peace, of a life that matters.

Myth and tradition also remind us that balance isn’t about rigid order alone, it sometimes requires a deliberate upending of the rules. Think of the medieval celebrations of Twelfth Night, when roles were reversed under the playful eye of the Lord of Misrule, giving space for the release of what had been held in check. Or the ecstatic rites of Dionysus, where wildness, dance, and abandon balanced the structures of everyday life. These rituals carried an understanding that true harmony needs both order and its occasional disruption, often held sacredly and always temporary.

Practical spiritual freedom

So what does this look like in daily life? It begins with awareness. Pause before acting and ask: Will this choice bring balance, or will it tip things further into disharmony? That simple question shifts you from impulse to presence.

You can step out of the fear of loss altogether and into trust that the choice you make is the one aligned with your soul and the greater whole. That doesn’t guarantee ease and pleasure either; often the right choice is one that challenges you to stretch and grow through discomfort.

The Buddha taught the Middle Way; neither indulgence nor denial, but balance. Freedom isn’t found in chasing every craving, nor in suppressing your humanity. It’s the grounded, steady joy of walking between extremes. It brings to mind the Thoth Tarot card, Adjustment, where the central figure balances delicately on the tip of a sword; constantly shifting, fine-tuning, and readjusting to maintain that precarious but essential equilibrium.

In practice, this may mean slowing down to listen instead of rushing to be heard. It might be choosing simplicity over constant consumption, because you sense the Earth’s limits. Or it could be pausing when emotions rise, and responding with compassion instead of reaction. Each small act weaves a thread of harmony into the tapestry of entirety.

The paradox and irony is that when you honour this natural law of balance, it’s impossible to lose out. Instead you gain more than you could imagine; inner calm, deeper connection, and the joy of knowing your life contributes to something greater.

Modern voices echo this wisdom. Thich Nhat Hanh reminds us: “When you say something that nourishes you and uplifts the people around you, it is an act of freedom.” True freedom isn’t a solitary pursuit; it’s a shared one.

The cup we all drink from

In Arthurian legend, the role of the well maidens and female grail bearers was to offer their brimming cup to all who needed physical and spiritual nourishment. The Grail represents more than just the Source of all life-force and wisdom. It’s a symbol of wholeness, the vessel that holds both life’s limits and its abundance. Knights who sought it with selfish ambition failed. Those who approached with humility and a sense of service found the Grail offered healing not just for themselves, but for the land and the people. When the well maidens were raped and dishonoured, the land became barren.

This is the deeper invitation of freedom: to recognise that your life is inseparable from the whole. Your choices ripple outward, shaping the well-being of others, just as theirs shapes yours. Authentic freedom is rooted in both your belonging to the land and a felt interconnectedness with the Otherworld.

When you live by this universal law of balance, freedom stops being about doing whatever you want. It becomes about being fully yourself in a way that strengthens the harmony of all life. And within that harmony, you as an individual flourish too. You are nourished, grounded, and deeply free.

The universal law of balance always calls you beyond the solitary self, reminding you that freedom and harmony only unfold in relationship – with others, with the earth, with All That Is.

Here’s my spiritual guidance September/October 2025, covering the lunar month beginning with the Virgo new moon on September 21st at 8.54pm (UK) through to October 20th. Every new lunar month I draw one card from the Thoth Tarot to spark intuitive insight about the key energy to navigate by during the coming four weeks. I then take a quick look at the astrology.

Spiritual guidance September/October 2025 inspired by the Tarot

If we weren’t already awake to the epoch-defining times we’re living through, the Aeon card spells it out in blazing clarity. It marks the close of a long, dark age and the dawn of an age of enlightenment, built on spiritual values and the freedom of the soul. The two eclipses this September mirror that transition perfectly.

The new age isn’t somewhere in the distant future; it’s here, now. The shift won’t be fast or easy, but it is underway. Both the world and you personally are deep in the process of growing self-knowledge. That growth carries us from personality-driven living into universal consciousness. Into the full claiming of your divine nature as a co-creator with infinite choice and potential.

This month, day by day, you’re called to get radically honest about what your thoughts and actions have been creating in your life. Where you spot an error, take action to correct it. You’re supported in this by seeing through the eyes of your Higher Self, the one who can take in the whole picture; not just the narrow surface view of your human awareness.

And that word whole is vital here. The cosmos itself is woven out of opposites, held in constant interplay and tension. Day and night. Life and death. Hot and cold. None of them exist in isolation; they are bound, interdependent, and forever dancing together. That dance creates harmony, balance, and the very movement of life. On 22nd September, the Autumn Equinox follows the new moon, symbolically reinforcing this truth. It reminds us to seek balance between light and dark, outer action and inner reflection, and to hold both with equal reverence.

Now pause. Read that again, and then apply it to how you respond to anything – or anyone – you want to reject or denounce. Look around social media, and you’ll see how often people refuse to even listen to an opposing view. That rejection of the opposite is precisely what keeps us stuck. It blocks movement. It resists change. It makes creating something different almost impossible.

We are moving from the Age of Pisces into the Age of Aquarius, and you can already see one of its clearest signs: the rising voice and power of the feminine after centuries of patriarchal domination. What’s next is not one voice overpowering the other, but the union of Matriarch and Patriarch; together raising a new family of soul children. Imagine, just for a moment, a world populated by soul-led beings. That’s the vision we’re growing into.

And it starts within. This is the deep knowing that your soul and your physical self are not separate. You are, in truth, a divine child. To live from that place, you must look inward, face all your contradictions, and embrace every opposite within you as part of the same being. That’s the key that unlocks hidden wisdom. That’s what makes you strong, a soulful leader. From there, you help bring about the harmonious and spiritual humanity that can create the new earth.

And it matters now more than ever. In an increasingly technological world, mind and heart must walk hand in hand. Intellect without feeling destroys. Feeling without intellect destroys. Together, they can heal and regenerate.

How this unfolds for you this month depends on where you are in your journey. It might come as a piercing new insight into who you are and what you want. It might feel like a soul-deep calling to change how you live or work. It might be the breaking of old chains that free your voice to be heard. However it appears, it’s nothing short of the birth of a new you. And that birth will ripple change through every layer of your life.

Meanwhile, many will resist this shift, clinging tighter to the past as their grip weakens. Confusion, delusion, and desperate displays of power will rise. But ultimately, what they resist is not the future, it’s the present moment itself. And resisting life is nothing but choosing death. The old age is dying; its end is inevitable.

This is only the beginning. The road ahead is long, but the first step has already been taken. Let go of what you thought you knew about life, about yourself. Don’t fight the changes, even when they hurt. You are safe. You are protected. You are stepping into the field where miracles unfold. There are decisions to be made. When the moment comes, you’ll know exactly what to do. Trust yourself.

Guidance September/October 2025 from astrology

This second Virgo new moon, accompanied by a partial solar eclipse and framed by the four outermost planets, is the most influential of 2025. It opens the door to an utterly different future.

The full moon in Aries on the 7th October sheds light on a complex problem that has long been suspected. Venus in Virgo begins to enable a necessary and radical re-evaluation. Jupiter in Cancer and Saturn in Pisces relate in free-flowing harmony to emphasise the importance of feeling. A more humanitarian, empathic approach is strengthened.

Growth comes now through accepting that each individual is part of a greater whole, and that individuals must accept responsibilities within that whole. Mars and Mercury form a beautiful grand trine late in the month, enlivening friendships and social networks with new systems of communication and connection. Roles and responsibilities are more easily fulfilled as a result.

Life wasted no time in putting what I’d written on my business page to the test. On the day of the lunar eclipse, I faced my greatest fear in finding my voice: standing before a room of people, not hidden behind a character, but simply as myself, sharing a story I had written.

Since childhood, I’ve loved acting. On stage, I could be seen and heard; but always as someone else. Every word belonged to the playwright. Every gesture was rehearsed. I knew exactly what to say, when to say it, and how it would land. It felt safe. I never had to reveal me.

“Don’t give into your fears, if you do, you won’t be able to talk to your heart.” – Paulo Coelho

For years I toyed with the idea of storytelling. I’ve always been drawn to its intimacy; the way it invites an audience into shared imagination, a quality we desperately need in these times. But unlike acting, storytelling would mean standing there bare, unmasked, with nothing but my own voice and truth. That felt terrifying.

Like many who work in the spiritual world, I carry soul memories of lifetimes where speaking truth in public didn’t end well. Vulnerability felt dangerous. So when a friend invited me in June to be the storyteller at her September weekend event —on the very weekend of the lunar eclipse — I shocked myself by saying yes before my brain had time to intervene.

And then the story itself arrived. The following weekend, words poured through me as if they’d been waiting. The tale was rooted in the very place where the event would be held: an ancient sacred site and church in Pembrokeshire. The Church in Wales planned to sell it, but my friend’s community group were taking on the lease, envisioning a vibrant hub for history, art, music, and story. Somehow the land itself seemed to whisper the tale, and I simply wrote it down.

Then the reality sank in. What had I done? My stomach knotted with fear. Normally I power through challenges alone, but this time I knew I needed to break that old pattern too and ask for support. And as so often happens, the universe provided abundantly.

First came a workshop with the extraordinary Daniel Morden, a master storyteller I’ve admired for years. His words dripped with wisdom; I scribbled notes furiously, trying to catch each gem. Then came another workshop with Deb Winter, a gifted storyteller who welcomed me into her circle. That afternoon, I had the chance to workshop my story aloud for the first time. Deb listened, offered kind encouragement, and later offered me a ten minute floor spot whenever I was ready. Her belief in me lit a spark.

Finally, two days before the event, a dear friend Pameal – herself a storyteller – sat with me as I wavered. She lovingly steadied me through a full on fear-fuelled meltdown: “I can’t do this. I wish I’d never said yes.” She held my shaking words and gently reflected back: “This is your crisis and initiation moment. You can. And you will.”

The truth is, the journey taught me more than the arrival ever could.

On the Saturday performance, I was still terrified. My mouth was so dry my lips were sticking to my teeth, and yes, I left bits out. But I made it through. The audience met me with warm applause and even cheers. Relief washed over me.

Then came Sunday – the day of the eclipse. The telling was disrupted: phones rang, people entered noisily, and distractions swirled around me. In the middle of it, I lost my thread. The old performer in me wanted to mask it, push through, pretend nothing had happened. But something deeper chose otherwise.

I stopped. Breathed. And said simply, “I’m sorry, I’ve lost my thread. Give me a moment to find it again.”

For a few seconds, though it felt like hours, I stood in silence. Then the words returned, and I carried on.

When I finished, the room erupted in support. One lovely woman clasped my hand and said, “You were amazing. I could never have the courage to do what you just did.”

This time, my relief was different. I’d shown not just performance but vulnerability. I had faltered openly, and instead of rejection, I met compassion and acceptance.

And that, I think, is the real story. That was the real revelation and gift.

Eclipses end one chapter and begin another. For me, this one marked the shift from hiding behind other people’s words to standing in my own voice. And though it terrified me, I can now say: I’m still here. And I’m stronger for it.
