Boa tarde ! &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;Avanços no projeto, avanços corridos por sinal. &lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;Segunda feira fui convidado para apresentá-lo no final do mês, então tive que correr e antecipar a compra da Sabertooth aqui na loja da robocore, porém essa compra estava programada apenas para daqui a 2 meses, pois agora estou com um projeto novo e iria comprar uma Raspberry Pi, então vamos a correria...&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Quase não consegui pagar o boleto da robocore, pois na hora de sacar o dinheiro, meu cartão não passava, ai que percebi que ele está vencido U.U&lt;br /&gt;
Enfim, juntei as moedas e consegui o suficiente para o boleto e uma balas, muito boas por sinal !&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Ainda não tive tempo de adaptar as outras duas rodas nos dois motores pittman 12V, para ele ficar com tração 4x4. Não é uma adaptação tão fácil quanto parece, pois tenho que marcar um dia no torno, fazer as buchas, alargar o tamanho do furo do eixo, etc.. Vou gastar uns 2 dias, trabalhando 3 horas no torno por dia.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Tenho que trocar os Chicotes que fiz para a bateria, para conseguir adaptar melhor a Sabertooth quando ela chegar.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Comprar os diodos, resistências e capacitores, para fazer uma mini central de carregamento solar e carregamento rápido via tomada.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Deixar o projeto mais apresentável, sem cara de gambiarra.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
Para isso utilizei um Timer Digital, conexões de PVC, conexões para irrigação, a solenoide da máquina, 2 pares de conector Sindal tamanho médio, 30 cm de mangueira, 1 metro de fio paralelo 1,5mm² e uma caixa de madeira (artesanato), além de alguns parafusos.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Coloquei um dos pares de conector Sindal para fazer a alimentação (127V) do timer na parte superior da caixa, e o outro conector eu fixei na lateral da caixa, para ficar prática a manutenção da solenoide caso aja problema, a fase que iria para a solenoide, agora passa pela entrada normalmente aberta do relé do timer, e o neutro vai direto para a solenoide.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Esse timer que eu estou usando é prático pois permite 20 ajustes de dia/hora que a irrigação vai ser ligada, além de ser bivolt.&lt;br /&gt;

Pensei nesse tipo de estrutura, onde o robô seria montado em cima de uma caixa dessas de MDF (Artesanato) que é um material fácil de achar, fácil de furar e leve.&lt;br /&gt;
Pensei em colocar como suporte para os sensores aqueles perfis de alumínio quadrados, parafusados e com um furo no meio para passar os fios.&lt;br /&gt;
Como motores de locomoção, pensei em usar uma pequena chapinha de alumínio como suporte, elas serviriam para segurar tanto servos quanto pequenos motores DC o que também daria liberdade para escolher entre colocar motores só em 2 ou em mais rodas..&lt;br /&gt;

Logo de cara percebi que ela tem 2 sistemas de&amp;nbsp;solenoides, sendo um deles acoplado á uma bomba, que é o responsável por retirar a água da maquina após a lavagem. Esses solenoides serão usados no meu sistema de irrigação automático, a ser colocado em breve aqui..&lt;/div&gt;

Outra coisa a ressaltar é o motor, visto que o motor que estava sendo usado nele é um motor da WEG, com uma excelente e forte redução a correia. Pensei em princípio em fazer um torno, porém iria sair tão caro (tempo + projeto + peças + montagem) quanto comprar um mini torno usado, então busquei algo mais fácil, e que eu vá usar no meu futuro laboratório, um ESMERIL. Após pesquisar, encontrei até um vídeo de um esmeril com motor de maquina de lavar sendo usado. Farei outro post quando ele tiver pronto.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

O mais importante não é a economia, nem a reciclagem, e sim aproveitar um equipamento velho para &lt;b&gt;APRENDER&lt;/b&gt;, por exemplo: com uma máquina de lavar é possível aprender sobre hidráulica, elétrica e comandos, visto que, ela tem um sistema de comandos de entrada e saída de água e de ligar e desligar o motor, tem o sistema de entrada, saída e reaproveitamento de água, e um sistema eletrônico simples, porém eficaz, que comanda os solenoides, motor, sentido de rotação, etc.&lt;/div&gt;

Fiz mais dois furos de 6&quot; do outro lado da caixa, vou instalar os amplificadores internamente nela, deixando para fora apenas os plugs de som, de energia e o&amp;nbsp;potenciômetro&amp;nbsp;de volume..&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Minha ideia é usar ela com 2 falantes de 6&quot; médio/agudo de um lado, 1 falante de 6&quot; grave do outro (provavelmente virado para uma parede) e 4 falantes pequenos que farão a função de Twitter na parte superior.&lt;br /&gt;

Falta colocar o falante de 6&quot;de grave e os pequenos superiores, porém falta também tempo para isso ! :)&lt;br /&gt;
