Shot this series with the talented Michelle Mosqueda, isn't it nice having friends that are also photographers? My hopeless romantic series that I've been doing really shows me, untucked, vulnerable and growing.

I've been told I have a big heart. I think it's true. I love to love and I when I do I give it my all. I don't half ass anything, it's just not in my nature, so does that make me a hopeless romantic? What does it even mean to be one. I ask myself that question a lot, I've been asking myself a lot of questions lately. If you've been following Trop Rouge then you already know I stay very loyal to certain brands, there are just some brands I wear everyday, so when Ray Ban asked if I wanted to be apart of their crew this year for Coachella my answer was duh YES. This was hands down one of the best times I've had at Coachella, being surrounded by friends and just an overall amazing environment really had me sad to leave. I changed up styles everyday going back and forth from The General which is a more tougher look, it has the Aviator classic spirit, with just a few different accents like the cool gold bar on the top. And switching back to the Ja Jo, a more feminine fun round shape that you can see in most of my photos above.

WELCOME: Home Tour

This might be the first home tour I've ever shared on Trop Rouge. Frankie took these a while back and I've never gotten around to posting them, don't know why since they really tell a story. Every little corner of my Lower East Side apt really tells you about who I am. My dad helped paint it, we went for a vintage French blue and open shelves on the back kitchen wall. I wanted my place to feel lived in, as if when you walked in you were getting a big hug, low key mom vibes. It's not huge, but it's also my 1st place.

Music is always playing, the TV is always on. Friends are over all the time and I'm constantly cooking, I love how I transformed this place into a home. I'll be so sad to leave when the day comes, As much as I'd like to expand and get something with a little more um uh closet space, I love how cute and personal my apt is. Hope you enjoyed my little Lower East Side cottage.

Spring time is such a weird time for me honestly, winter is over then you have this weird in between period. The transitioning. It's just odd, I can't even explain it, but I feel it ya know. Maybe it's the whole Mars in retrograde thing that is going on right now that I do NOT understand. Regardless I try and take this season to focus on what I want to accomplish. My top priority is always going back home to Paris, it's where I feel most myself, I'm the happiest when I'm back in France wearing dresses like the one above.

Le Petit Marseillais x Trop Rouge

I'm not sure you know how hard this was for me to keep something like this a secret! I work with French brands a lot, but it's rare that I work with a brand that I hold so close to heart.

Le Petit Marseillais is a brand I've grown up with. I am so excited to partner with Le Petit Marseillais, so working with them on this partnership is very special to me. This project was something I was able to have fun with and is a lot like Le Petit Marseillais itself, sunny, fresh and never taken too seriously. As a kid my mom never came back from the grocery store without bringing back something from Le Petit Marseillais. Easy everyday outfits I wore when I was back home. I've owned these TopShop jeans for years and they honestly get better with time. My striped 3x1 jeans surprisingly got a bunch of use, I didn't think I'd wear them much mainly because of the stripes, but they're turning into one of my favorite pairs.

So happy I escaped the freezing cold New York is experiencing right now, I don't think i could have handled another cold day..I didn't bring much clothes with me, I tend to do that. Only one coat and couple pairs of jeans...that coincidentally all look the same.

Wore this the 1st day back, bit jet lagged, but it's an easy outfit if you want to pretend that you've totally had 8 hours of sleep.

Fashion month might be over, but my overload of photos are not.

I can't help but noticing how much my style has evolved over the years, notice how I used the word evolved instead of "change". Not saying it almost makes it a bad word right? I mean it's not, It's just that I don't think people change much. I wore this on one of the warm days we had during fashion week. Great pants if you want to hid all that winter weight we're all so desperately trying to lose right now.

It's been so long since I've worked with a brand with such a love for adventure. Not long ago, I was asked to be apart of There is always a journey’ SS17 campaign by Napapijri in Bucharest.

The spring summer campaign portrays city and nature,even in the middle of the city can you find something so unexpected..that little bit of art & nature that really ties everything together, it's nice to open your eyes and look up from your phone to appreciate the world around us.

The collection includes a variety of jackets and bags in an array of colors inspired by nature’s hues. The outerwear pieces are extremely versatile, ideal for rain or sun, perfect for unpredictable spring weather.

We also shot this cool video in the city of Bucharest. I loved every minute of it, because I got to work and sightsee the entire time, most of the time when I'm shooting I don't get a chance to discover the city much, it's always early call times and then I sleepwalk myself back to the hotel room, but this job was different and the Napapijri team really made each shoot fun and exciting. I left the set with so much love for the city and the Napapijri team

Sundance - Canada Goose

First trip of the year and the bar has been set very high! I kicked the year off with Canada Goose at Sundance! And let's just say with Canada Goose being the official Sundance sponsor I was in very good hands. I can't remember the time I was surrounded by such a fun group of people.

I decided to style my jacket without the fur this season and it's hands down the warmest pieces thing I own..no joke. I haven't taken it off since this trip. I didn't know how badly I needed a real winter coat till now. I'm wearing the Liberty Parka above, there are so many cool styles but I feel in love with the Liberty at the end of the day.

We spent most of our days eating, watching movies and enjoying everything Sundance has to offer. (Skiing on the 2nd to last day was one of the may highlights of this trip) This is my 4th year, and each year it just gets better any better...the movies, the people, the food!

This is bascially the warmest jacket in the world, I tried it on over at the Canada Goose basecamp, and yes it snowed literally every single day...I wasn't mad.

This was one of the 2nd to last dinners with the Canada Goose team. I was obsessed with the decor at Wahso snapped these photos at dinner before everyone got there.

Winter in...

I've loved this brand for many years and they're honestly one of my favorites. It's always been my go to when picking staples for winter, something chic, something classic. I wore this the other day, on one of New York's first winter days. Maje's new A Winter In Paris gift guide shows styles for the chic, cool parisian girl that you would find on the Left Bank in Paris and what she would be wearing. I was very inspired by #AWinterInParis holiday styles and paired this sweater deemed perfect for a day on Rue Saint André des Arts, with this skirt – taking inspiration from the Café de Flore girl. It all came together to create my ideal Left Bank look.

Classic beauty routine

Take a peek into my everyday beauty routine as I get ready in the morning with Givenchy. Personally, I go for a super classic effortless look when getting ready in the morning. I want to look fresh and radiant without looking like I spent hours in front of the mirror. A quick brush swirl onto Givenchy's Prisme Visage Perfecting Powder applying to my cheeks and cheekbones highlights my face, beautiful radiant skin is a must now that the winter has finally caught up! This powder has been my secret weapon these last couple of weeks. I really love it's matte finish.

To finish off this quick and easy morning routine of mine. I like the wear something light, yet also hydrating on my lips. Givenchy has this amazing plumping Rouge Interdit Vinyl Color Enhancing Lipstick that enhanced your natural lipcolor. The lipstick is infused with Black rose oil that adapts to your body's pH levels creating a soft reddish eggplant like color on me. Pretty sure I just invented a new shade, but it's insanely hydrating and fit right in my coat pocket, which is wear I store all my possessions. Find both of these at Sephora!

I've been lucky to stay at so many different hotels over the years, but even after all this time it's still always a treat, still it's easy to just sit and bed and fall into a sort of habit. As someone who is always on the move and needs to maintain a somewhat healthy lifestyle, I've always wish there were more healthy options at my home away from home stays. Last weekend I stayed at the new Brooklyn location with Jockey, this was one of my most active weekends. With it being just a block away from Tangerine Yoga. I couldn't pass up the opportunity to try my first hot yoga experience. I'm so hooked. Honestly I didn't know how much I'd be in love with the idea of sweating my face off, but I haven't felt that good in ages. I'm going back again.

The hotel borders my favorite brooklyn neighborhood Boerum Hill, which is just across the bridge from my apartment, I'm pretty lucky I'm close to pretty much close to everything being situated in the Lower East Side. I'm so excited to finally share with you my amazing trip to Mexico I took earlier this summer with Barcelo. This post is important to me for several different reasons, but mainly cause it's my first ever VLOG!! Naturally I'm now addicted and want to do as many as I can. I stayed at the Occidental Grand Xcaret an all inclusive resort on the Riviera Maya on a fully preserved natural environment, I felt like I was walking and living in a rainforest. It was my first time in Mexico and as a first trip I feel like I did so much, I like to venture out and not just stay at the resort because in my experience you discover so much outside of the hotel but the Occidental Grand Xcaret was unlike any hotel I've ever stayed out. So much to do, so much to see. Everyday I felt I was living something different.

Waterproofing Fall

It's easy to fall into a cold weather routine. Sweater weather doesn't have to be boring and doesn't always mean the typical jeans look. I wore this outfit the other say in SoHo from Vans' new MTE Collection. Weather proofing my styles is somewhat of a necessity since you never know what the weather is going to be like in New York. These classic high tops are built to keep you warm and dry. It's a cooler alternative to rain boots, styling them with a baggy flannel dress and puffy parka.

It's fall and naturally I can't completely let go of summer so out comes my favorite combo. Teva sandals and socks. I decided to update my yearly tradition this time with leather Tevas instead of canvas, pairing them with cropped black jeans and a classic sweater. It's just such an easy run-around shoe, easy to slip on and off. I also have a new addition to my household. Little Ringo here who's been staying with me for the past couple days, I'm not a dog owner just yet, sorta testing out the waters.

New York City is such an exciting fun place and is always changing, which is why I feel like my style has evolved over the years. Where I live definitely influences how I dress. Ever since moving downtown my style has become a bit more "Laid back classic". I shot some of my favorite AG looks in two neighborhoods I've lived in that have had a big impact on my personal style. East Village & Lower East Side! I love doing collaborations where I can tell a story! Sorta brings me back to the reason I started blogging in the first place...to show off my personal style. These outfits are so effortless, I personally think that when you put something on, you automatically make it your own even if you don't add much to it, you're adding your personality.

Clothing: Who What Wear x Target

Let's be honest, this is not my first rodeo. But even though I've seen so many fashion weeks come and go, I still get excited. It's exciting and it's fun! My schedule is even more packed than usual but that's the entertaining part and that's part that has me prepping days in advance.

I might not be walking down the runway but I will be running around those streets getting to shows and meeting up with friends in-between. I'm constantly on the go, so having products that I can rely on actually helps my stress levels. I teamed up with Who What Wear and Tresemme again this season to show you guys one of my favorite go to looks and hairstyles.

The turtleneck and pencil skirt. I can't think of a more classic style, It's actually pretty iconic. This Who What Wear x Target ensemble is a little updated though, with the pencil skirt in leather and cool cutouts on the shoulder! I kept my hair off my face using pins and bunning it in the back. I really love this look, it's perfect if you're trying to get that effortless look.

How I got the look:

TRES Pre Wash Conditioner, TRES Mouse, TRES Hairspray

I don't wash my hair a lot, I try to keep it to about 2x a week so when I heard about the reverse hair washing I have to say...I was intrigued. the conditioner is super moisturizing. After the reverse hair washing I definitely felt a difference. Shampooing after conditioning helps to remove weight most conditioners would leave behind. My hair felt less weighed down by product.

After the reverse hair washing treatment I added a small amount of the TRESemme Touchable bounce mouse, letting it then air dry. I can't go anywhere without using at least a little of TRESemme Flexible Finish hair spray. It's not a strong hold, so you still have bouncy soft curls. The main thing I worry about is Frizz...which I tend to get a lot of. This really controls it.

Finally getting around to showing you some of the outfits I wore while I was in back in France. I love packing for Paris the most. It's the easiest, I never have to overthink anything, it's the one trend that will never go out of style. This Australian brand Nobody Denim has been on my radar since the first hints of summer. I quite literally piled on the label the other day, in an all denim look.
