Conoscevo groupon tramite pubblicita' online e piu' volte ne avevo sentito parlare (in positivo).

Questa torta di mele e' estremamente semplice e povera per via dei pochissimi ingredienti. Ingredienti semplici e poveri ma estremamente profumata per via della cannella messa alla fine insieme allo zucchero a velo. Ho deciso di partecipare all'iniziativa "LA BUON ATAVOLA - SAVE THE CHILDREN". Ingredienti:
125g farina 00
125g zucchero semolato
125g burro morbido
1/2 tazza di latte fresco
2 uova

Preparazione:
Dividere le uova (il bianco dal rosso) e montare con una frusta il bianco fino a farlo diventare spumoso e ben denso. Il risotto con i funghi e' il risotto che di piu' preferisco.Ho provato a creare questa variante con piselli e panna liquida al posto del tradizionale burro. Molto buono e sicuramente da provare..

Ho mischiato la farina 00 alla farina di semola rimacinata per creare un pane rustico molto buono che puo' essere fatto piu' o meno croccante in base alla doratura che vogliamo ottenere

I piatti piu' buoni in assoluto sono quelli cucinati e creati con pochissimi ingredienti. Ovviamente il sapore una volta cotto il piatto sara' dato dalla qualita' degli ingredienti che deve essere come sempre alta, ancor di piu' nella salsiccia.Se avete in casa la salsiccia e non sapete come cucinarla fatela cosi'.

La crema ganache e' una crema per decorare e farcire torte e cupcakes, ma ovviamente anche biscotti.Farla e' molto semplice e il risultato ottenuto e' ottimo.Puo' essere sostituita alla crema di burro da mettere nelle torte.

100g di panna liquida 

100g di cioccolato fondente

La crema di burro chiamata anche buttercream e' una ricetta americana che si usa per decorare i muffin creando cosi' dei cupcakes.Le varianti sono molte ma io ho scelto questa con il burro fuso ed ho aggiunto dentro del colorante verde in polvere.Il gusto e' molto buono e molto gradevole all'occhio.In america la colorano in tutte le maniere possibili creando torte e tortine davvero belle.

Per colazione il ciambellone e' un dolce gradito da mangiare insieme ad un tazza di latte caldo.Questa e' la versione di un ciambellone bello alto e soffice.

I bomboloni o krapfen o ancora come dir si voglia sono un dolce fritto che tutti amano.Si possono riempire e non come crema gialla, io personalmente ci ho messo un po' di ricotta e sono perfetti! Impanateli per bene nello zucchero e saranno fantastici.

E' tempo di carnevale e sicuramente non possono mancare i dolci fritti sul blog.Questa e' la ricetta perfetta per chi vuol fare le frittelle di mele perche' e' semplice semplice.Ovviamente possiamo arricchire la ricetta con liquori vari ma in questo caso ho voluto lasciare le frittelle al naturale aggiungendo solo la buccia del limone grattuggiato.

Dopo aver inserito qualche post fa i biscotti con ripieno di agrumi, ho pensato di fare dei biscotti con il succo di arancia e la buccia di arancia grattuggiata per fare dei biscotti dall'odore irresistibile.Una volta sfornati non potrete far altro che mangiarli.

La nutella oppure la normale crema di nocciole piace veramente a tutti e per questo ho pensato di metterla all'interno dei biscotti.Mettendo la nutella all'interno dei biscotti ho diminuito la dose di burro che normalmente metto nei biscotti.Veramente buoni e sono stati mangiati in tre giorni.

Oggi vi propongo una ricetta di carciofi diversa dalle altre.Solitamente con i carciofi ci fai il risotto e piatti simili ma questa invece e' una ricetta golosa e veloce.La panatura e' bella croccante gia' di per se ma nulla vieta di poter fare una doppia impanatura in maniera da renderla doppiamente croccante.

Il pane fatto in casa e' stata la prima ricetta in assoluto che ho messo all'interno del blog.Mi piace sperimentare prendendo la pasta lievitata e aggiungere dentro degli ingredienti che possono insaporire bene il pane, in questo caso con dei salumi. Potete ovviamente sostituire i salumi con quelli che piu' vi piacciono.

La focaccia pugliese e' una focaccia molto morbida perche' all'impasto sono state aggiunte delle patate lesse schiacciate che la rendono molto morbida.Sopra vanno messi i pomodorini e olive e tanto olio quanto basta per creare un bel gusto.

500g di farina di semola rimacinata
2 patate lesse
4 cucchiaini di sale

Le castagnole, ricetta di carnevale sono un dolce fritto che puo' essere fatto in tanti modio, ad esempio c'e' la versione con tanto lievito, la versione con minor quantita' di lievito e la versione totalmente senza.Io ho scelta una versione con poco lievito e sono venute molto buone, provatele!

Ingredienti:
100g di burro
350g di farina 
100g di zucchero 
un pizzico di sale 
1/2 cucchiaino di lievito per dolci 
marmellata di mandarino o altri agrumi 
2 uova intere

Procedimento per fare i biscotti con ripieno di agrumi:
In una ciotola impastare la farina mescolata insieme allo zucchero,alle uova, al burro, al pizzico di sale.Aggiungere poi il lievito

Ingredienti per 3 persone:
1 bicchiere di riso (circa 350g)
2 cucchiai di zucchero (50g)
600 ml di latte 
7 cucchiai di cacao in polvere zuccherato (170g circa)

Procedimento per il riso dolce latte e cacao:
In una pentola mettere il latte con lo zucchero semolato e far sciogliere mescolando e portare il latte ad abollizione


 Aggiungere il riso e mescolare bene

Oggi un piatto non tipicamente domenicale ma per lo piu' adatto ad una giornata normale.Ottimo come piatto del riciclo quando rimangono le patate in frigo e ottimo piatto "light" dato che ha come sostituto del solito parmigiano la caciotta fresca che e' poco stagionata, quindi di conseguenza e' piu' leggera, anche come sapore.
