Paula Deen, negli Stati Uniti, era riconosciuta come una delle massime esperti di cucina "grassa", pietanze a base di burro grassi e zucchero, insomma ricette non salutari.&lt;br /&gt;
Paula Deen era seguitissima con tantissimi fans, il caso é scoppiato quando si é venuto a sapere che la regina della cucina succulenta é affetta da Diabete tipo 2!&lt;br /&gt;

Paula da anni presentava uno show culinario in TV molto seguito e tutto per anni é filato liscio fino al 17 gennaio giorno in cui ha dichiarato, durante una intervista alla Nbc, di avere il Diabete da diverso tempo e di fare molta attenzione alla sua glicemia e quindi alla dieta.&lt;br /&gt;

Gli americani l'hanno ribattezzata "la persona più pericolosa d'America"! In poche parole tu ti curi&amp;nbsp;e a noi consigli tutti i giorni&amp;nbsp;di mangiare veleno!&lt;br /&gt;

Paula Deen non si é persa d'animo e si é subito riciclata (sponsorizzata dalla ditta che produce il farmaco antidiabetico che lei deve prendere tutti i giorni) con un blog dedicato alla cucina per diabetici di tipo 2.&lt;br /&gt;

Lo&lt;strong&gt; zucchero&lt;/strong&gt;, secondo un recente studio dell'Università di San Francisco, fa male alla nostra salute non solo per il Diabete e Obesità ma anche alla pressione arteriosa proprio come alcol, sale e fumo.&lt;br /&gt;

Secondo lo studio scientifico le dosi quotidiane di assunzione di zucchero sarebbero più che triplicate nel corso degli anni provocando danni al fegato. Lo zucchero "lentamente" puo' uccidere se usato senza alcuna moderazione.&lt;br /&gt;

La &lt;strong&gt;Dieta Vegetariana&lt;/strong&gt; esclude gli alimenti che provengono dagli animali quali carni e pesce pero' nella dieta vegetariana si possono mangiare i latticini e le uova.&lt;br /&gt;

Ma quali sono i vantaggi o gli svantaggi adottando questa dieta?&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;Vantaggi:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
tra i vantaggi c'é sicuramente l'eliminazione della carne e quindi la riduzione del rischio di alcune forme di cancro. Coloro che soffrono di Diabete o Colesterolo adottando la dieta Vegetariana avranno sicuramente più faciltà a controllare i grassi e tenere la glicemia sotto controllo.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;Svantaggi:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
La dieta vegetariana puo' seriamente provocare carenze di Ferro e Proteine con rischio anemie, per assicurarsi di non cadere in questo errore bisogna compensare mangiando legumi ricchi in ferro, si consigliano anche le uova per l'assunzione del Calcio.&lt;br /&gt;
Attenzione anche alla carenza di vitamina B12 e vitamina D quindi bisogna assumere Latte di Soja per compensare queste carenze.&lt;br /&gt;

Prima della fine della settimana, le autorità sanitarie francesi chiederanno a tutti le donne che portano le protesi in silicone della marca PIP di farsele rimuovere: «Le protesi,&lt;br /&gt;
concepite a partire da un gel non conforme, possono strapparsi e provocare, oltre a delle infiammazioni, dei tumori», afferma Liberation.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;Vitamina D&lt;/strong&gt; nell'Arringa, tonno, le uova e tanto sole, infatti l'esposizione al sole&amp;nbsp;aiuta a far assorbire la vitamina D&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Omega 3&lt;/strong&gt; presente nelle noci, olio di lino, pesce&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Proteine Vegetali&lt;/strong&gt;: fagioli,lenticchie,ceci...(per non abusare con la carne animale e i formaggi).&lt;br /&gt;

La Dieta del lavoratore é una guida dedicata a coloro che hanno voglia di curare l'alimentazione anche quando é difficile controllarla proprio perché costretti a mangiare fuori casa.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
il pasto principale della giornata ovvero la colazione sarà rappresentato da una &lt;strong&gt;tazza di &lt;strong&gt;latte&lt;/strong&gt; parzialmente scremato con otto biscotti secchi&lt;/strong&gt;, una tazza di tè, &lt;strong&gt;latte&lt;/strong&gt;  con 4 fette biscottate integrali e miele , vasetto di yogurt magro con 8  biscotti secchi oppure con le fette biscottate sempre nello stesso  numero sopraindicato.&lt;br /&gt;
Veniamo al pranzo_ &lt;strong&gt;pane non all’olio &lt;/strong&gt;con prosciutto  crudo e pomodoro e 1 spremuta di arancia, panino con rucola e bresaola,  spremuta di pompelmo, panino con verdure grigliate e una fetta di  formaggio e un’ arancia, una fetta di pizza margherita, pompelmo e caffè  decaffeinato, pane comune con mozzarella pomodoro e origano oppure un  panino con crudo e lattuga e un banana.&lt;br /&gt;
Lo spuntino pomeridiano potrà essere gustato con un kiwi, una mela,  pera o una banana. In alternativa potrete sempre bere una spremuta  d’arancia.&amp;nbsp; A cena che cosa mangiare? Si potrebbe optare&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;per risotto con i gamberetti e vongole non superiore ai 70g, carote lesse e una pera&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt; riso con cavoli, spinaci lessi e una banana- pasta all’olio e parmigiano ( di grana non più di 5g) broccoli lessi e 2 g di noci&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;pasta con i broccoli, carote e finocchi lessi e due mandarini&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;pasta al pomodoro (60g) fagiolini lessi ( 140g) e una pera&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt; minestrone di verdure con poca pasta e carote con patate bollite pasta con le zucchine e spinaci lessi.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
Unite in una ciotola i pomodori tagliati a dadini, il basilico e  l’aglio tritato, condite con 4 cucchiai di olio, salate e pepate a  piacere, quindi mescolate per insaporire.&lt;br /&gt;

Dividete il pane a metà nel senso della lunghezza, tagliatelo a crostoni e fateli abbrustolire sulla griglia ben calda.&lt;br /&gt;

Quali sono le migliori attività di &lt;strong&gt;Fitness&lt;/strong&gt; da fare in vacanza per non cadere nell'ozio e magari anche lasciandosi andare a diete squilibrate?&lt;br /&gt;

Sicuramente bisogna mantenere un livello medio di attività fisica per non rallentare il metabolismo e cercando di non transgredire con l'alimentazione. &lt;strong&gt;Attività fisica&lt;/strong&gt; regolare e &lt;strong&gt;dieta&lt;/strong&gt; equilibrata estiva (frutta, verdura, riso, insalatone,&amp;nbsp;poche proteine, pochissimi dolci) sono alla base per avere la coscienza a posto. Si puo' anche approfittare della spiaggia o della montagna per fare lunghe camminate in relax.&lt;br /&gt;

Pero' un recente studio dimostra come é possibile abbronzarsi in modo eccellente eliminando creme e trattamenti vari...come? La &lt;b&gt;Psoriasi&lt;/b&gt; non é contagiosa e poco si conosce sulle sue reali cause, tra le certezze alcuni fattori che non aiutano il fenomeno quali: fumo, stress, cattiva alimentazione.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Diversi i trattamenti tra cui la &lt;b&gt;fototerapia&lt;/b&gt; che cura con i raggi ultavioletti UV buoni cioé non nocivi, per questo motivo quando ci esponiamo al sole con le dovute precauzioni vediamo un miglioramento delle chiazze rosse, praticamente queste chiazze infiammate si riducono attenuandosi.&lt;br /&gt;
Il trattamento locale, nei casi meno gravi, a base di&lt;b&gt; creme &lt;/b&gt;con piccole percentuali di &lt;b&gt;cortisone&lt;/b&gt; puo' essere utilizzato dopo visita di un &lt;b&gt;dermatologo&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;

Il gelato (non quello industriale) é il benvenuto infatti il gelato puo' essere un sostitutivo del pasto classico, nel gelato ci sono grassi carboidrati e proteine se scegliamo gusti tipo fiordilatte e frutta ancora meglio perché assumiamo zuccheri buoni (fruttosio) e le proprietà nutritive della frutta.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Facciamo attività fisica e beviamo tanta acqua! Dobbiamo reintegrare sali minerali che perdiamo con le sudate. &lt;br /&gt;

Il Consiglio dovrà valutare se esistono elementi di pericolosità, dovrà effettuare una ricognizione di eventuali studi a supporto della validità della tecnica e, soprattutto, fare chiarezza.&lt;br /&gt;
