Knäck äggen i en bunke. Blanda ner sockret och det smälta smöret och sikta i övriga ingredienser. Rör bara så allt precis blandas!&lt;br /&gt;Häll smeten i en smord form med löstagbar kant, ca 26 cm i diameter.&lt;br /&gt;Grädda i nedre delen av ugnen på 175° C i ca 5 minuter. Kakan ska ha en fast kant men vara mjuk i mitten. Som en riktigt bra kladdkaka ungefär.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Chokladmousse&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Alla tre mousser görs på samma sätt.&lt;br /&gt;Blötlägg gelatinbladet i kallt vatten. Vispa 4 dl grädde till ett fast skum. Koka upp resterande 1 dl. Hacka och smält chokladen (i mikron eller över vattenbad), häll den varma grädden över och rör till en slät smet. Ta upp gelatinbladet och krama ur det. Tillsätt till chokladgrädden och låt det smälta. Vänd försiktigt ned chokladgelatingrädden i den vispade grädden&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fyll på ett mousselager åt gången och ställ tårtan i frysen under tiden du gör nästa lager.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Chokladglasyr&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Finhacka chokladen. Koka upp grädden och häll den över chokladen under omrörning. Smörj och bröa en rund form, ca 24 cm i diameter.&lt;br /&gt;Stöt saffranet, gärna tillsammans med lite socker, i en mortel. Det gör att saffranet blir mer finfördelat, men har man ingen mortel så kan man strunta i det.&lt;br /&gt;Vispa ägg och socker så det blir vitt och poröst, gärna med elvisp.&lt;br /&gt;Vispa ner saffran, bakpulver och mjölk.&lt;br /&gt;Tillsätt och sist vetemjöl och det smälta matfettet och rör till en jämn smet.&lt;br /&gt;Häll smeten i formen och grädda i nedre delen av ugnen i 175 grader i ca 45 minuter.&lt;br /&gt;Låt kakan stå några minuter i formen innan du stjälper upp den på ett fat. Knäck 2 ägg i en bunke, blanda ner 2,5dl socker och sikta ner 1,5dl mjöl, 2msk kakao och 1 tsk vaniljsocker. Rör bara så allt precis blandas, inte mer.&lt;br /&gt;Häll smeten i en smord form och grädda i nedre delen av ugnen på 175°C i ca 5 minuter.&lt;br /&gt;Kakan ska ha en fast kant men vara mjuk i mitten.&lt;br /&gt;Låt svalna.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Mörk chokladmousse&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Blötlägg 1 gelatinblad i kallt vatten. Vispa 4dl grädde till ett fast skum. Koka upp 1dl grädde och smält 150g mörk fin choklad i den. Lyft upp gelatinbladet, utan att krama ur det, och låt det smälta i chokladgrädden. Vänd försiktigt ner den vispade grädden.&lt;br /&gt;Häll moussen på chokladbottnen och sätt tårtan i frysen medan du gör nästa mousse.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Mjölkchokladmousse&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Blötlägg 1 gelatinblad i kallt vatten. Vispa 4dl grädde till ett fast  skum. Koka upp 1dl grädde och smält 150g mjölkchoklad i den. Lyft  upp gelatinbladet, utan att krama ur det, och låt det smälta i  chokladgrädden. Vänd försiktigt ner den vispade grädden.&lt;br /&gt;Häll moussen på den mörka chokladmoussen och sätt tårtan i frysen medan du gör nästa mousse.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Vit chokladmousse&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Blötlägg 1 gelatinblad i kallt vatten. Vispa 4dl grädde till ett fast  skum. Koka upp 1dl grädde och smält 200g vit fin choklad i den. Lyft  upp gelatinbladet, utan att krama ur det, och låt det smälta i  chokladgrädden. Vänd försiktigt ner den vispade grädden.&lt;br /&gt;Häll moussen på mjölkchokladmoussen och sätt tårtan i frysen tills den frusit helt.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Glasyr&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Finhacka 100g mörk choklad och låt smälta i 1,5dl grädde. Låt svalna.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lossa den frusna tårtan från formen och låt tina i kylskåp i minst 2h. Smält smöret&lt;br /&gt;Rör socker och kesella ca 5 min.&lt;br /&gt;Blanda i choklad och  smör i kesellablandningen, rör om. Rör farin, socker, smör och jordnötssmör smidigt. Rör ner ägget i smeten.&lt;br /&gt;Hacka chokladen grovt och blanda den med vetemjöl och bikarbonat. Blanda ner mjölblandningen i smeten.&lt;br /&gt;Bred ut alltsammans i en liten långpanna(ca 25 * 35cm) med bakplåtspapper.&lt;br /&gt;Grädda kakan mitt i ugnen i ca 20-25 min.&lt;br /&gt;Glasyr: Smält smöret i en kastrull och ta det från värmen. Blanda ner chokladen och låt den smälta.&lt;br /&gt;Tillsätt flor-och vaniljsocker och rör om. Ovanpå allt skulle det ligga en hallonspegel, men den rann ut som ni ser :(&lt;br /&gt;Lite vita sockerkulor på och sen en kant av modelleringschoklad. Det har jag dock aldrig jobbat med förut och det syns ju!
