We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

Article. I.

Section. 1.

All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.

Section. 2.

The House of Representatives shall be composed of Members chosen every second Year by the People of the several States, and the Electors in each State shall have the Qualifications requisite for Electors of the most numerous Branch of the State Legislature.

No Person shall be a Representative who shall not have attained to the Age of twenty five Years, and been seven Years a Citizen of the United States, and who shall not, when elected, be an Inhabitant of that State in which he shall be chosen.

Representatives and direct Taxes shall be apportioned among the several States which may be included within this Union, according to their respective Numbers, which shall be determined by adding to the whole Number of free Persons, including those bound to Service for a Term of Years, and excluding Indians not taxed, three fifths of all other Persons. The actual Enumeration shall be made within three Years after the first Meeting of the Congress of the United States, and within every subsequent Term of ten Years, in such Manner as they shall by Law direct. The Number of Representatives shall not exceed one for every thirty Thousand, but each State shall have at Least one Representative; and until such enumeration shall be made, the State of New Hampshire shall be entitled to chuse three, Massachusetts eight, Rhode-Island and Providence Plantations one, Connecticut five, New-York six, New Jersey four, Pennsylvania eight, Delaware one, Maryland six, Virginia ten, North Carolina five, South Carolina five, and Georgia three.

When vacancies happen in the Representation from any State, the Executive Authority thereof shall issue Writs of Election to fill such Vacancies.

The House of Representatives shall chuse their Speaker and other Officers; and shall have the sole Power of Impeachment.

Section. 3.

The Senate of the United States shall be composed of two Senators from each State, chosen by the Legislature thereof for six Years; and each Senator shall have one Vote.

Immediately after they shall be assembled in Consequence of the first Election, they shall be divided as equally as may be into three Classes. The Seats of the Senators of the first Class shall be vacated at the Expiration of the second Year, of the second Class at the Expiration of the fourth Year, and of the third Class at the Expiration of the sixth Year, so that one third may be chosen every second Year; and if Vacancies happen by Resignation, or otherwise, during the Recess of the Legislature of any State, the Executive thereof may make temporary Appointments until the next Meeting of the Legislature, which shall then fill such Vacancies.

No Person shall be a Senator who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty Years, and been nine Years a Citizen of the United States, and who shall not, when elected, be an Inhabitant of that State for which he shall be chosen.

The Vice President of the United States shall be President of the Senate, but shall have no Vote, unless they be equally divided.

The Senate shall chuse their other Officers, and also a President pro tempore, in the Absence of the Vice President, or when he shall exercise the Office of President of the United States.

The Senate shall have the sole Power to try all Impeachments. When sitting for that Purpose, they shall be on Oath or Affirmation. When the President of the United States is tried, the Chief Justice shall preside: And no Person shall be convicted without the Concurrence of two thirds of the Members present.

Judgment in Cases of Impeachment shall not extend further than to removal from Office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any Office of honor, Trust or Profit under the United States: but the Party convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to Indictment, Trial, Judgment and Punishment, according to Law.

Section. 4.

The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing Senators.

The Congress shall assemble at least once in every Year, and such Meeting shall be on the first Monday in December, unless they shall by Law appoint a different Day.

Section. 5.

Each House shall be the Judge of the Elections, Returns and Qualifications of its own Members, and a Majority of each shall constitute a Quorum to do Business; but a smaller Number may adjourn from day to day, and may be authorized to compel the Attendance of absent Members, in such Manner, and under such Penalties as each House may provide.

Each House may determine the Rules of its Proceedings, punish its Members for disorderly Behaviour, and, with the Concurrence of two thirds, expel a Member.

Each House shall keep a Journal of its Proceedings, and from time to time publish the same, excepting such Parts as may in their Judgment require Secrecy; and the Yeas and Nays of the Members of either House on any question shall, at the Desire of one fifth of those Present, be entered on the Journal.

Neither House, during the Session of Congress, shall, without the Consent of the other, adjourn for more than three days, nor to any other Place than that in which the two Houses shall be sitting.

Section. 6.

The Senators and Representatives shall receive a Compensation for their Services, to be ascertained by Law, and paid out of the Treasury of the United States. They shall in all Cases, except Treason, Felony and Breach of the Peace, be privileged from Arrest during their Attendance at the Session of their respective Houses, and in going to and returning from the same; and for any Speech or Debate in either House, they shall not be questioned in any other Place.

No Senator or Representative shall, during the Time for which he was elected, be appointed to any civil Office under the Authority of the United States, which shall have been created, or the Emoluments whereof shall have been encreased during such time; and no Person holding any Office under the United States, shall be a Member of either House during his Continuance in Office.

Section. 7.

All Bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives; but the Senate may propose or concur with Amendments as on other Bills.

Every Bill which shall have passed the House of Representatives and the Senate, shall, before it become a Law, be presented to the President of the United States: If he approve he shall sign it, but if not he shall return it, with his Objections to that House in which it shall have originated, who shall enter the Objections at large on their Journal, and proceed to reconsider it. If after such Reconsideration two thirds of that House shall agree to pass the Bill, it shall be sent, together with the Objections, to the other House, by which it shall likewise be reconsidered, and if approved by two thirds of that House, it shall become a Law. But in all such Cases the Votes of both Houses shall be determined by yeas and Nays, and the Names of the Persons voting for and against the Bill shall be entered on the Journal of each House respectively. If any Bill shall not be returned by the President within ten Days (Sundays excepted) after it shall have been presented to him, the Same shall be a Law, in like Manner as if he had signed it, unless the Congress by their Adjournment prevent its Return, in which Case it shall not be a Law.

Every Order, Resolution, or Vote to which the Concurrence of the Senate and House of Representatives may be necessary (except on a question of Adjournment) shall be presented to the President of the United States; and before the Same shall take Effect, shall be approved by him, or being disapproved by him, shall be repassed by two thirds of the Senate and House of Representatives, according to the Rules and Limitations prescribed in the Case of a Bill.

Section. 8.

The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;

To borrow Money on the credit of the United States;

To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes;

To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization, and uniform Laws on the subject of Bankruptcies throughout the United States;

To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures;

To provide for the Punishment of counterfeiting the Securities and current Coin of the United States;

To establish Post Offices and post Roads;

To promote the Progress of Science and useful Arts, by securing for limited Times to Authors and Inventors the exclusive Right to their respective Writings and Discoveries;

To constitute Tribunals inferior to the supreme Court;

To define and punish Piracies and Felonies committed on the high Seas, and Offences against the Law of Nations;

To declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water;

To raise and support Armies, but no Appropriation of Money to that Use shall be for a longer Term than two Years;

To provide and maintain a Navy;

To make Rules for the Government and Regulation of the land and naval Forces;

To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions;

To provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining, the Militia, and for governing such Part of them as may be employed in the Service of the United States, reserving to the States respectively, the Appointment of the Officers, and the Authority of training the Militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress;

To exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, by Cession of particular States, and the Acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of the Government of the United States, and to exercise like Authority over all Places purchased by the Consent of the Legislature of the State in which the Same shall be, for the Erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dock-Yards, and other needful Buildings;--And

To make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution the foregoing Powers, and all other Powers vested by this Constitution in the Government of the United States, or in any Department or Officer thereof.

Section. 9.

The Migration or Importation of such Persons as any of the States now existing shall think proper to admit, shall not be prohibited by the Congress prior to the Year one thousand eight hundred and eight, but a Tax or duty may be imposed on such Importation, not exceeding ten dollars for each Person.

The Privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it.

No Bill of Attainder or ex post facto Law shall be passed.

No Capitation, or other direct, Tax shall be laid, unless in Proportion to the Census or enumeration herein before directed to be taken.

No Tax or Duty shall be laid on Articles exported from any State.

No Preference shall be given by any Regulation of Commerce or Revenue to the Ports of one State over those of another; nor shall Vessels bound to, or from, one State, be obliged to enter, clear, or pay Duties in another.

No Money shall be drawn from the Treasury, but in Consequence of Appropriations made by Law; and a regular Statement and Account of the Receipts and Expenditures of all public Money shall be published from time to time.

No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.

Section. 10.

No State shall enter into any Treaty, Alliance, or Confederation; grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal; coin Money; emit Bills of Credit; make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts; pass any Bill of Attainder, ex post facto Law, or Law impairing the Obligation of Contracts, or grant any Title of Nobility.

No State shall, without the Consent of the Congress, lay any Imposts or Duties on Imports or Exports, except what may be absolutely necessary for executing it's inspection Laws: and the net Produce of all Duties and Imposts, laid by any State on Imports or Exports, shall be for the Use of the Treasury of the United States; and all such Laws shall be subject to the Revision and Controul of the Congress.

No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, lay any Duty of Tonnage, keep Troops, or Ships of War in time of Peace, enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State, or with a foreign Power, or engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay.

Article. II.

Section. 1.

The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America. He shall hold his Office during the Term of four Years, and, together with the Vice President, chosen for the same Term, be elected, as follows:

Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress: but no Senator or Representative, or Person holding an Office of Trust or Profit under the United States, shall be appointed an Elector.

The Electors shall meet in their respective States, and vote by Ballot for two Persons, of whom one at least shall not be an Inhabitant of the same State with themselves. And they shall make a List of all the Persons voted for, and of the Number of Votes for each; which List they shall sign and certify, and transmit sealed to the Seat of the Government of the United States, directed to the President of the Senate. The President of the Senate shall, in the Presence of the Senate and House of Representatives, open all the Certificates, and the Votes shall then be counted. The Person having the greatest Number of Votes shall be the President, if such Number be a Majority of the whole Number of Electors appointed; and if there be more than one who have such Majority, and have an equal Number of Votes, then the House of Representatives shall immediately chuse by Ballot one of them for President; and if no Person have a Majority, then from the five highest on the List the said House shall in like Manner chuse the President. But in chusing the President, the Votes shall be taken by States, the Representation from each State having one Vote; A quorum for this purpose shall consist of a Member or Members from two thirds of the States, and a Majority of all the States shall be necessary to a Choice. In every Case, after the Choice of the President, the Person having the greatest Number of Votes of the Electors shall be the Vice President. But if there should remain two or more who have equal Votes, the Senate shall chuse from them by Ballot the Vice President.

The Congress may determine the Time of chusing the Electors, and the Day on which they shall give their Votes; which Day shall be the same throughout the United States.

No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.

In Case of the Removal of the President from Office, or of his Death, Resignation, or Inability to discharge the Powers and Duties of the said Office, the Same shall devolve on the Vice President, and the Congress may by Law provide for the Case of Removal, Death, Resignation or Inability, both of the President and Vice President, declaring what Officer shall then act as President, and such Officer shall act accordingly, until the Disability be removed, or a President shall be elected.

The President shall, at stated Times, receive for his Services, a Compensation, which shall neither be increased nor diminished during the Period for which he shall have been elected, and he shall not receive within that Period any other Emolument from the United States, or any of them.

Before he enter on the Execution of his Office, he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation:--"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

Section. 2.

The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States; he may require the Opinion, in writing, of the principal Officer in each of the executive Departments, upon any Subject relating to the Duties of their respective Offices, and he shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.

He shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur; and he shall nominate, and by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, shall appoint Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, Judges of the supreme Court, and all other Officers of the United States, whose Appointments are not herein otherwise provided for, and which shall be established by Law: but the Congress may by Law vest the Appointment of such inferior Officers, as they think proper, in the President alone, in the Courts of Law, or in the Heads of Departments.

The President shall have Power to fill up all Vacancies that may happen during the Recess of the Senate, by granting Commissions which shall expire at the End of their next Session.

Section. 3.

He shall from time to time give to the Congress Information of the State of the Union, and recommend to their Consideration such Measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient; he may, on extraordinary Occasions, convene both Houses, or either of them, and in Case of Disagreement between them, with Respect to the Time of Adjournment, he may adjourn them to such Time as he shall think proper; he shall receive Ambassadors and other public Ministers; he shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed, and shall Commission all the Officers of the United States.

Section. 4.

The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.

Article III.

Section. 1.

The judicial Power of the United States shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour, and shall, at stated Times, receive for their Services a Compensation, which shall not be diminished during their Continuance in Office.

Section. 2.

The judicial Power shall extend to all Cases, in Law and Equity, arising under this Constitution, the Laws of the United States, and Treaties made, or which shall be made, under their Authority;--to all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls;--to all Cases of admiralty and maritime Jurisdiction;--to Controversies to which the United States shall be a Party;--to Controversies between two or more States;-- between a State and Citizens of another State,--between Citizens of different States,--between Citizens of the same State claiming Lands under Grants of different States, and between a State, or the Citizens thereof, and foreign States, Citizens or Subjects.

In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction. In all the other Cases before mentioned, the supreme Court shall have appellate Jurisdiction, both as to Law and Fact, with such Exceptions, and under such Regulations as the Congress shall make.

The Trial of all Crimes, except in Cases of Impeachment, shall be by Jury; and such Trial shall be held in the State where the said Crimes shall have been committed; but when not committed within any State, the Trial shall be at such Place or Places as the Congress may by Law have directed.

Section. 3.

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.

Article. IV.

Section. 1.

Full Faith and Credit shall be given in each State to the public Acts, Records, and judicial Proceedings of every other State. And the Congress may by general Laws prescribe the Manner in which such Acts, Records and Proceedings shall be proved, and the Effect thereof.

Section. 2.

The Citizens of each State shall be entitled to all Privileges and Immunities of Citizens in the several States.

A Person charged in any State with Treason, Felony, or other Crime, who shall flee from Justice, and be found in another State, shall on Demand of the executive Authority of the State from which he fled, be delivered up, to be removed to the State having Jurisdiction of the Crime.

No Person held to Service or Labour in one State, under the Laws thereof, escaping into another, shall, in Consequence of any Law or Regulation therein, be discharged from such Service or Labour, but shall be delivered up on Claim of the Party to whom such Service or Labour may be due.

Section. 3.

New States may be admitted by the Congress into this Union; but no new State shall be formed or erected within the Jurisdiction of any other State; nor any State be formed by the Junction of two or more States, or Parts of States, without the Consent of the Legislatures of the States concerned as well as of the Congress.

The Congress shall have Power to dispose of and make all needful Rules and Regulations respecting the Territory or other Property belonging to the United States; and nothing in this Constitution shall be so construed as to Prejudice any Claims of the United States, or of any particular State.

Section. 4.

The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened), against domestic Violence.

Article. V.

The Congress, whenever two thirds of both Houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose Amendments to this Constitution, or, on the Application of the Legislatures of two thirds of the several States, shall call a Convention for proposing Amendments, which, in either Case, shall be valid to all Intents and Purposes, as Part of this Constitution, when ratified by the Legislatures of three fourths of the several States, or by Conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other Mode of Ratification may be proposed by the Congress; Provided that no Amendment which may be made prior to the Year One thousand eight hundred and eight shall in any Manner affect the first and fourth Clauses in the Ninth Section of the first Article; and that no State, without its Consent, shall be deprived of its equal Suffrage in the Senate.

Article. VI.

All Debts contracted and Engagements entered into, before the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be as valid against the United States under this Constitution, as under the Confederation.

This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.

The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States.

Article. VII.

The Ratification of the Conventions of nine States, shall be sufficient for the Establishment of this Constitution between the States so ratifying the Same.

CANADIAN CHARTER OF RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS
Being Part I of the Constitution Act, 1982
[Enacted by the Canada Act 1982 [U.K.] c.11; proclaimed in force April 17, 1982. Amended by the Constitution Amendment Proclamation, 1983, SI/84-102, effective June 21, 1984. Amended by the Constitution Amendment, 1993 [New Brunswick], SI/93-54, Can. Gaz. Part II, April 7, 1993, effective March 12, 1993.]
Whereas Canada is founded upon principles that recognize the supremacy of God and the rule of law:

Guarantee of Rights and Freedoms

RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS IN CANADA.
1. The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms guarantees the rights and freedoms set out in it subject only to such reasonable limits prescribed by law as can be demonstrably justified in a free and democratic society.

Fundamental Freedoms

FUNDAMENTAL FREEDOMS.
2. Everyone has the following fundamental freedoms:
(a) freedom of conscience and religion;
(b) freedom of thought, belief, opinion and expression, including freedom of the press and other media of communication;
(c) freedom of peaceful assembly; and
(d) freedom of association.

Democratic Rights

DEMOCRATIC RIGHTS OF CITIZENS.
3. Every citizen of Canada has the right to vote in an election of members of the House of Commons or of a legislative assembly and to be qualified for membership therein.

MAXIMUM DURATION OF LEGISLATIVE BODIES / Continuation in special circumstances.
4. (1) No House of Commons and no legislative assembly shall continue for longer than five years from the date fixed for the return of the writs at a general election of its members.
(2) In time of real or apprehended war, invasion or insurrection, a House of Commons may be continued by Parliament and a legislative assembly may be continued by the legislature beyond five years if such continuation is not opposed by the votes of more than one-third of the members of the House of Commons or the legislative assembly, as the case may be.

ANNUAL SITTING OF LEGISLATIVE BODIES.
5. There shall be a sitting of Parliament and of each legislature at least once every twelve months.

Mobility Rights

MOBILITY RIGHTS OF CITIZENS / Right to move and gain livelihood / Limitation / Affirmative action programs.
6. (1) Every citizen of Canada has the right to enter, remain in and leave Canada.
(2) Every citizen of Canada and every person who has the status of a permanent resident of Canada has the right
(a) to move to and take up residence in any province; and
(b) to pursue the gaining of a livelihood in any province.
(3) The rights specified in subsection (2) are subject to
(a) any laws or practices of general application in force in a province other than those that discriminate among persons primarily on the basis of province of present or previous residence; and
(b) any laws providing for reasonable residency requirements as a qualification for the receipt of publicly provided social services.
(4) Subsections (2) and (3) do not preclude any law, program or activity that has as its object the amelioration in a province of conditions of individuals in that province who were socially or economically disadvantaged if the rate of employment in that province is below the rate of employment in Canada.

Legal Rights

LIFE, LIBERTY AND SECURITY OF PERSON.
7. Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of the person and the right not to be deprived thereof except in accordance with the principles of fundamental justice.

SEARCH OR SEIZURE.
8. Everyone has the right to be secure against unreasonable search or seizure.

DETENTION OR IMPRISONMENT.
9. Everyone has the right not to be arbitrarily detained or imprisoned.

ARREST OR DETENTION.
10. Everyone has the right on arrest or detention
(a) to be informed promptly of the reasons therefor;
(b) to retain and instruct counsel without delay and to be informed of that right; and
(c) to have the validity of the detention determined by way of habeas corpus and to be released if the detention is not lawful.

PROCEEDINGS IN CRIMINAL AND PENAL MATTERS.
11. Any person charged with an offence has the right
(a) to be informed without unreasonable delay of the specific offence;
(b) to be tried within a reasonable time;
(c) not to be compelled to be a witness in proceedings against that person in respect of the offence;
(d) to be presumed innocent until proven guilty according to law in a fair and public hearing by an independent and impartial tribunal;
(e) not to be denied reasonable bail without just cause;
(f) except in the case of an offence under military law tried before a military tribunal, to the benefit of trial by jury where the maximum punishment for the offence is imprisonment for five years or a more severe punishment;
(g) not to be found guilty on account of any act or omission unless, at the time of the act or omission, it constituted an offence under Canadian or international law or was criminal according to the general principles of law recognized by the community of nations;
(h) if finally acquitted of the offence, not to be tried for it again and, if finally found guilty and punished for the offence, not to be tried or punished for it again; and
(i) if found guilty of the offence and if the punishment for the offence has been varied between the time of commission and the time of sentencing, to the benefit of the lesser punishment.

TREATMENT OR PUNISHMENT.
12. Everyone has the right not to be subjected to any cruel and unusual treatment or punishment.

SELF-INCRIMINATION.
13. A witness who testifies in any proceedings has the right not to have any incriminating evidence so given used to incriminate that witness in any other proceedings, except in a prosecution for perjury or for the giving of contradictory evidence.

INTERPRETER.
14. A party or witness in any proceedings who does not understand or speak the language in which the proceedings are conducted or who is deaf has the right to the assistance of an interpreter.

Equality Rights

EQUALITY BEFORE AND UNDER LAW AND EQUAL PROTECTION AND BENEFIT OF LAW / Affirmative action programs.
15. (1) Every individual is equal before and under the law and has the right to the equal protection and equal benefit of the law without discrimination and, in particular, without discrimination based on race, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, sex, age or mental or physical disability.
(2) Subsection (1) does not preclude any law, program or activity that has as its object the amelioration of conditions of disadvantaged individuals or groups including those that are disadvantaged because of race, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, sex, age or mental or physical disability.

Official Languages of Canada

OFFICIAL LANGUAGES OF CANADA / Official languages of New Brunswick / Advancement of status and use.
16. (1) English and French are the official languages of Canada and have equality of status and equal rights and privileges as to their use in all institutions of the Parliament and government of Canada.
(2) English and French are the official languages of New Brunswick and have equality of status and equal rights and privileges as to their use in all institutions of the legislature and government of New Brunswick.
(3) Nothing in this Charter limits the authority of Parliament or a legislature to advance the equality of status or use of English and French.

ENGLISH AND FRENCH LINGUISTIC COMMUNITES IN NEW BRUNSWICK / Role of the legislature and government of New Brunswick.
16.1 (1) The English linguistic community and the French linguistic community in New Brunswick have equality of status and equal rights and privileges, including the right to distinct educational institutions and such distinct cultural institutions as are necessary for the preservation and promotion of those communities.
(2) The role of the legislature and government of New Brunswick to preserve and promote the status, rights and privileges referred to in subsection (1) is affirmed.

PROCEEDINGS IN PARLIAMENT / Proceedings of New Brunswick legislature.
17. (1) Everyone has the right to use English or French in any debates and other proceedings of Parliament.
(2) Everyone has the right to use English or French in any debates and other proceedings of the legislature of New Brunswick.

PARLIAMENTARY STATUTES AND RECORDS / New Brunswick statutes and records.
18. (1) The statutes, records and journals of Parliament shall be printed and published in English and French and both language versions are equally authoritative.
(2) The statutes, records and journals of the legislature of New Brunswick shall be printed and published in English and French and both language versions are equally authoritative.

PROCEEDINGS IN COURTS ESTABLISHED BY PARLIAMENT / Proceedings in New Brunswick courts.
19. (1) Either English or French may be used by any person in, or any pleading in or process issuing from, any court established by Parliament.
(2) Either English or French may be used by any person in, or any pleading in or process issuing from, any court of New Brunswick.

COMMUNICATIONS BY PUBLIC WITH FEDERAL INSTITUTIONS / Communications by public with New Brunswick institutions.
20. (1) Any member of the public in Canada has the right to communicate with, and to receive available services from, any head or central office of an institution of the Parliament or government of Canada in English or French, and has the same right with respect to any other office of any such institution where
(a) there is a significant demand for communications with and services from that office in such language; or
(b) due to the nature of the office, it is reasonable that communications with and services from that office be available in both English and French.
(2) Any member of the public in New Brunswick has the right to communicate with, and to receive available services from, any office of an institution of the legislature or government of New Brunswick in English or French.

CONTINUATION OF EXISTING CONSTITUTIONAL PROVISIONS.
21. Nothing in sections 16 to 20 abrogates or derogates from any right, privilege or obligation with respect to the English and French languages, or either of them, that exists or is continued by virtue of any other provision of the Constitution of Canada.

RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES PRESERVED.
22. Nothing in sections 16 to 20 abrogates or derogates from any legal or customary right or privilege acquired or enjoyed either before or after the coming into force of this Charter with respect to any language that is not English or French.

Minority Language Educational Rights

LANGUAGE OF INSTRUCTION / Continuity of language instruction / Application where numbers warrant.
23. (1) Citizens of Canada
(a) whose first language learned and still understood is that of the English or French linguistic minority of the province in which they reside, or
(b) who have received their primary school instruction in Canada in English or French and reside in a province where the language in which they received that instruction is the language of the English or French linguistic minority population of the province,
have the right to have their children receive primary and secondary school instruction in that language in that province.
(2) Citizens of Canada of whom any child has received or is receiving primary or secondary school instruction in English or French in Canada, have the right to have all their children receive primary and secondary language instruction in the same language.
(3) The right of citizens of Canada under subsections (1) and (2) to have their children receive primary and secondary school instruction in the language of the English or French linguistic minority population of a province
(a) applies wherever in the province the number of children of citizens who have such a right is sufficient to warrant the provision to them out of public funds of minority language instruction; and
(b) includes, where the number of those children so warrants, the right to have them receive that instruction in minority language educational facilities provided out of public funds.

Enforcement

ENFORCEMENT OF GUARANTEED RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS / Exclusion of evidence bringing administration of justice into disrepute.
24. (1) Anyone whose rights or freedoms, as guaranteed by this Charter, have been infringed or denied may apply to a court of competent jurisdiction to obtain such remedy as the court considers appropriate and just in the circumstances.
(2) Where, in proceedings under subsection (1), a court concludes that evidence was obtained in a manner that infringed or denied any rights or freedoms guaranteed by this Charter, the evidence shall be excluded if it is established that, having regard to all the circumstances, the admission of it in the proceedings would bring the administration of justice into disrepute.

General

ABORIGINAL RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS NOT AFFECTED BY CHARTER.
25. The guarantee in this Charter of certain rights and freedoms shall not be construed so as to abrogate or derogate from any aboriginal, treaty or other rights or freedoms that pertain to the aboriginal people of Canada including
(a) any rights or freedoms that have been recognized by the Royal Proclamation of October 7, 1763; and
(b) any rights or freedoms that now exist by way of land claims agreements or may be so acquired.

OTHER RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS NOT AFFECTED BY CHARTER.
26. The guarantee in this Charter of certain rights and freedoms shall not be construed as denying the existence of any other rights or freedoms that exist in Canada.

MULTICULTURAL HERITAGE.
27. This Charter shall be interpreted in a manner consistent with the preservation and enhancement of the multicultural heritage of Canadians.

RIGHTS GUARANTEED EQUALLY TO SEXES.
28. Notwithstanding anything in this Charter, the rights and freedoms referred to in it are guaranteed equally to male and female persons.

RIGHTS RESPECTING CERTAIN SCHOOLS PRESERVED.
29. Nothing in this Charter abrogates or derogates from any rights or privileges guaranteed by or under the Constitution of Canada in respect of denominational, separate or dissentient schools.

APPLICATION TO TERRITORIES AND TERRITORIAL AUTHORITIES.
30. A reference in this Charter to a province or to the legislative assembly or legislature of a province shall be deemed to include a reference to the Yukon Territory and the Northwest Territories, or to the appropriate legislative authority thereof, as the case may be.

LEGISLATIVE POWERS NOT EXTENDED.
31. Nothing in this Charter extends the legislative powers of any body or authority.

Application of Charter

APPLICATION OF THE CHARTER / Exception.
32. (1) This Charter applies
(a) to the Parliament and government of Canada in respect of all matters within the authority of Parliament including all matters relating to the Yukon Territory and Northwest Territories; and
(b) to the legislature and government of each province in respect of all matters within the authority of the legislature of each province.
(2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), section 15 shall not have effect until three years after this section comes into force. [Section 32 came into force on April 17, 1982; therefore, section 15 had effect on April 17, 1985.]

EXCEPTION WHERE EXPRESS DECLARATION / Operation of exception / Five year limitation / Re-enactment / Five year limitation.
33. (1) Parliament or the legislature of a province may expressly declare in an Act of Parliament or of the legislature, as the case may be, that the Act or a provision thereof shall operate notwithstanding a provision included in section 2 or sections 7 to 15 of this Charter.
(2) An Act or a provision of an Act in respect of which a declaration made under this section is in effect shall have such operation as it would have but for the provision of this Charter referred to in the declaration.
(3) A declaration made under subsection (1) shall cease to have effect five years after it comes into force or on such earlier date as may be specified in the declaration.
(4) Parliament or the legislature of a province may re-enact a declaration made under subsection (1).
(5) Subsection (3) applies in respect of a re-enactment made under subsection (4).

CITATION.
34. This Part may be cited as the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

Inside the Westboro Baptist Church

Sunday may 22^nd in Georgia a group of friendly protestors will be confronting the fellowship and Phelps family of the Westboro Baptist Church. The sole intent of this protest against the church is to stop their spread of hatred by protesting at the funerals of soldiers who have paid the ultimate price for their country. The families of those soldiers must be respected and left to mourn their child, uncle, brother or sisters…. The point is those soldiers were someone’s special someone and we have no right to dishonour those people the way Westboro Baptist church likes to do.

The Westboro Baptist Church is known for its ludicrous and flamboyant protests towards many different groups including gay and lesbian rights. This group of people are very strong in bringing their message of hate towards America and all those that support those groups which go against them pertaining to their view of the bible.

Let us wish them luck today in having a peaceful protest against the hate mongering Westboro Baptist Fellowship. We will be interviewing one of the organizers of the protest and streaming it live tonight via our social networks. Keep posted for updated pictures and statements on the days progress.

Canada We Fail As Voters

Well here it is a Conservative majority, but unlike Harper I do not think it is so strong. Most of Harpers voters must be blind and or well I will resist going there. Needless to say 2010’s G20 summit was not enough to convince people of the Conservatives main goal. This is to control us and our freedoms to the point of a police state resembling 1984 the novel. How can WE DO THIS TO OUR SELVES!!

I am sick to my stomach thinking about what comes next under Harper’s Government Perhaps more Canadian involvement militarily around the world. To think we were looked upon as a peace keeping friendly nation, now we are reduced to a war mongering Police State. Obviously we will be seeing more thieveries from these so called Canadians and many more rights violated.

Canadians need to stop thinking what is good for me when they vote and start thinking what enables my country to move forward and grow as a whole. All this materialism has jaded people’s desire in politics and has basically made them back away from voting as long as they have what they need.

If you think Harper cares about you, think again. Harper is interested in getting in bed with foreign interest. Harper is a member or at least affiliated with the Council on Foreign Relations, aka the CFR! This is a group that is openly interested in a global new world order. They control everything along with a few other groups all working towards a one world empire owned and managed by the bankers and corporate powers.

You see this already exists and we are living inside this very system; however the one flaw they need to eliminate are the borders in order to gain full control over the rights of us all. These are not my words, CFR members are known publically to write and speak of their wishes at lectures and special CFR meeting such as the one Harper attended on the 25^th September 2007. Most of the times they speak in open and at public events with most people in attendance agreeing with whatever these people have to say applauding to finish the night off.

Canada is the second largest producer of oil according to that CFR member which introduced Harper at his 2007 CFR speech in New York. If this is the case I challenge Mr. Harper to explain why we have a rising oil and gasoline price here in Canada? Why are we not turning inward at this time of higher buying prices from foreign companies? These questions are easy to answer when you are privy to Harper’s relations with the Council on Foreign Relations. See it all adds up in the end that even in Canada we are subject to the new world order and their devious schemes to manipulate our global economic status. Ontario had a competitive market for approaching and encouraging companies to bring their business here. Now with our high minimum wage and businesses leaving our borders daily what are we going to do as citizens? You know us plain clothes guys just trying to make ends meat.

We will see a mandatory military commitment enacted under Harpers government, with an ever increasing need for Canada’s prime minister to stay hip in today’s military industrial complex. With regards to Harpers mention of the terrorist threat in Toronto during his CFR speech, I believe this is a direct result of our involvement in foreign affairs. You cannot have your cake and eat it too, we either say no to engage in operations in these sovereign countries or we accept that they will and want to retaliate.

It is directly up to us to speak out against this form of conquest and tyranny; it is no different than what Harper says we have never been involved in. Harper mentions in the CFR speech that Canada has never committed acts of conquest and domination. Oh Mr. Harper your funny, Canada has been oppressing an indigenous culture for more than a few centuries. Many of the rights given upon the indigenous tribes from the governments were broken and in most cases completely ignored or thrown out.

To mention our involvement militarily would take far too long so I will just add, we are helping the conquest of countries through our aid of troops and resources for what most see now as acts of global conquests orchestrated by the global powers in order to keep control of natural resources.

Mr Harper, are you prepared to take us out of the conflicts in the Middle East? Can you assure us that our involvement in any foreign or domestic incident will be only to partake in a peace keeping mission? There will be no live fire or use of instruments which impair a person’s individual rights. By this I mean no instruments which endanger a person’s hearing, vision and or mental capacity for any period of time. As a peace keeping nation we could assure the civilians or natives of any country which explicitly need it a means of mediating in a peaceful way. Our sole position would be to form a dialogue between warring states or nations and help resolve the situation. If peaceful resolution is not apparent and more severe actions need be implemented, I say we have a national vote and let the people decide. As it is us who receive the havoc these countries you the government so easily topple and displace wish to engage on us. With a voting system the majority vote would carry the voice of the people and actual sincerity of our countrymen and women’s involvement in overseas and domestic interventions.

So again are we prepared to take ourselves out of the Middle East and focus on rebuilding Canada in to the humble and diverse country we were so well known for? Stop the police state from rising up, keep us out of the view of political radicals hell bent on destroying the enemies of their states.

Let’s stop participating in global conquest and get back to providing a healthy and stable home front for all of our decedents to enjoy and prosper from. I say bring back the little farmer and the small mechanic shops. Ice-cream parlours and mom and pop bakery and meat shops along with fresh produce markets. Don’t necessarily ban or outlaw warehouse style grocery stores. Merely have them sell food that is worthy of eating.

Let us bring back a time when we grew trees and planted flowers instead of built beyond our population in hopes of making one appear. This concrete society promotes no natural growth nor does it encourage personal gardens or growing. The hanging garden comes directly from a result of no space below and typically a lack of natural earth. It is this natural earth problem Mr. Harper that I want to see addressed, the lack of natural resources such as water and the restrictions put on hunting. All of these hinder our true rights as Canadians. You lock up our natural fresh water locations, you prevent us from providing alternative methods of feeding our family with hunting restrictions. (I do agree with a kill limit per time frame which could be implemented as well) but the point is we should have the say as a populace of this great country as to what it is we can and cannot do.

I do not think the mind set of Mr. Harper includes the rights of individuals and the common guy or gal working their but off to pay high rates on gas and food and everything else really. I mean we pay a lot for everything because most of what is sold to us is produced on the foreign market with no real money being generated in to the hands of Canadians. If we allow this to continue the foreign markets we buy from will be the men and women we swear allegiance to. Look at the bigger picture and think what have they really done for us, and I mean all of these politicians. Nothing!! A big fat nothing!! They have stolen our freedoms and rights and sacrificed many of our brave soldiers on the basis of lies and deceptions from other influential countries and world powers. We have no right meddling, we are just as guilty as those who are with us in the middle east fighting these smaller countries for their resources.

Well what more can I say about Osama, Nothing! Why you may ask? Well let's see we have ended up getting shafted again. Did we not all know this was coming? They had to eventually put these older things to sleep right. What comes next people, think about this!! What is the next step in this blatant (I want to swear but refrain because this is just empowering them and their hate fuelling corporate empire) Corporate empire!!

Shall we all start just taking their word on everything, okay here is our future. We wake up go to work eat what is provided for us go home sleep and perhaps wash if we can save for the cost of the water. You see it is here!!!

It is in our face now.... the enemy has advanced on our territory and it is time to stand up for what you believe in. These lies need to stop and we need to dismantle the corrupt fed reserve and have a revision of what we the people want from our countries.

Remember our countries are not here to tell us what, where and how we can live our lives, unless we ask them to. It is this simple, our governments have and always kept us silenced by fear of jail or lord knows what. Well we now number in the billions. These governments need to start listening to us. Lets FEED the World not destroy it.

I DO NOT CONDONE VIOLENCE OR ANY MISCHIEF WHEN WE ADDRESS THESE POWER HUNGRY PIRANHAS!!!!!

Instead I suggest using the power of love and friendship to gain the respect of those who believe their institution is the only way to live. These people can be woken up and I am in no way saying this is, or will be a simple task. What we are going to need is a team of dedicated independent researchers in every city, suburb and county across our great countries.

Our main goal should be focused with our officials already in place, this is the best way to gain a footing and get noticed by those we will be opposing or agreeing with. It is not our system which is messed up necessarily. I see most of the corruptors just using our great and fair system and turning it around on us. So let’s take a stand and make a difference today. I suggest if your city does not have a “we are change” or similar group to invest some time and create one. Use your digital camera and start covering news in your area and post to your social accounts online.

Canada, US…. This message is for us, if we allow any more of this we will be to blame when the proverbial U know hits the fan!! Think of our ancestors who fought for us to have land and a place to call home. They all believed this was the true direction to freedom. Let us prove them right and take back what privileges we are granted at birth. Not just as Americans or Canadians I am talking about all of humanity as a whole.

One Reason For 700 US Bases Around The World

What if we had a peaceful race of aliens descending and disabling our nuclear devices? Would the powers that rule want us to know about this? What means would the governments of the world go to in order to protect their power investment and cover it all up?

If you can take yourself out of the norm for a minute and believe aliens exist, then you can look at this with an open mind. This is merely a theory of mine and has no conclusive evidence. I will include a link to a NASA video showing the anomalies and you can decide for yourself if my theory has any claim. This may not be new “news” however it is important none the less.

First I want you to forget about the idea that we live in sovereign nations governed by officials we elected. This applies to you no matter where you are and no matter what language you have translated this in to. Our governments are puppets put in place to orchestrate the day to day dealing within the dominions of the global Elite!

What I propose is that a majority of the countries of the world are included in what everyone calls the United Nations. These are countries which are run by the global elite and countries which harbour the elite’s resources, weaponry, militias & masterminds behind every atrocity known to us today.

Now the united states being the super power of the day, which the elite control in entirety have the man power and resources to occupy any country which tries to oppose them. You see this leads me to my point, why does the states want to be in so many countries and occupy them set up base and then expect them to go on about their daily lives. Examples of this are Japan and Germany, but you can research this on your own. Canada most definitely works hand in hand with the United States.

Okay and on we go, I want you to think about what I said when I began this novel ;) peaceful aliens coming here disarming nuclear weaponry, and I had to explain that the super power in charge run and manipulated by the Global Elite have been over taking countries and manipulating their position on earth with precision resembling that of a professional chess game.

Now my theory is that the powers to be have been secretly defending their empire with what some call the star wars program. I am quite sure from footage and astronaut audio clips that they have been covering this up awhile. Not to mention actively engaging what I can only describe as a UFO. In the footage I have seen you clearly see multiple objects floating about, however it is only this one object which turns and spouts off that receives what looks to be an attack from some sort of energy beam or laser.

Now why does the super power need so many bases scattered among the planet? Why does the United States need several hundred bases worldwide? Well when you have come to realize the Global Elite own it all and their goal is to control and manipulate the public in to supporting a luxurious lifestyle for them. This done of course through mere brute and threatening force, as who dare confront the United Empire of America.

These several hundred bases in turn could be look out and defence posts used to battle there foe, this peaceful alien race hell bent on bringing peace, love and enlightenment to us all. With the NASA footage and audio, the whistle blowers and classified documents involved with the whole subject clearly promote that we are not alone. I am more inclined to believe that the Global Elite or Global Empire which ever you prefer is currently engaged in space warfare. There is most definitely a secret space program privy to the most trusted and brainwashed of them all.

Now wake up and start investigating this. The energy or laser beam technology is only one example of what is being implemented today in order for the Global Empire to continue its economic slave drive. Put the pieces together and see that there has always been a global empire and that when one empire crashes another is always erected in its place.

The bloodlines have been unaltered for years with only select few individuals permitted in to their circle of deviates. Perverse and devilish behaviour is enacted on orders from generals and leaders who only have the wishes of the Global Empire in mind, we the people are the instrument of their evil when they scream that they do it in our names as Canadians, Americans or whichever country you may be from. All lies to keep us busy and preoccupied fighting each other instead of them.

We are not seeing this type of action

I hope this enlightened a few minds and allowed you to think openly about the issue. I don’t necessarily believe all that I say here and as stated above there is no conclusive or profound evidence to my theory, it is basically me just throwing an idea out in the open and seeing what kind of feedback it gets. I also may not believe everything written but just see it as a mere possibility

I encourage everyone who may be sceptical to start reading the works of trusted authors and historians who have not gotten rich or famous but have wrote and told their stories of government corruption and manipulation through the means of military and corporate dealings. Please seed the internet with info and wake up the minds of the world. I also encourage confronting your elected officials in a non violent manner and asking questions about your tax dollars involvement in domestic affairs.

What Does A Cruise missile Cost The Tax Payer? & How Does It Affect The Those Being Bombarded

Well where to start today? Hmmm I have an idea.... let's start with our involvement in too many countries. This does not just go for the United States; we have got to UNDERSTAND that this is the United Nations Destroying Everything Righteous, Stand-Up Together And Never Disperse!

So today we are looking at millions, more likely billions of dollars in the war effort. Have you ever asked yourself how big a cruise missile can be? Or just how much that one missile costs?

People, we are talking about missiles up to 20 + feet in length! These Missiles in 1999 costs the American population $US 569,000 for each unit. This same can be said for Canada (my home country, or shall I say commonwealth) and all of the other countries actively allowing their armed forces to fight for the interests of these who say we are on a “Humanitarian “ mission.

These missiles can wreak havoc on the infrastructure of a society. Let’s ask ourselves if we would like a foreign country coming to intervene during one of our civil wars. Let’s not fool ourselves, we would not take well to any outside interference, and besides in a free and just society we should have the right to challenge our government and based on a majority decision have an outcome which reflects the masses.

I am convinced; there are no real answers to justify our dealings on the international stage. We, yes I say we as together we have all allowed it to get this bad. We have a chance to wake up, stand up and start striking back in a peaceful way!! We cannot fight fire with fire so I suggest throwing water on it and let the embers fade out and suffocate culprits in their own smoke.

We are lucky enough to have the means to witness the atrocities no matter how hard it may be to watch sometimes. This is the only way to wake up and realize they are lying to us. The good men and women of our armed forces, navies and air forces should be protecting our borders not invading others. We need to let our governments know we are not happy with the blatant misuse of our troops. Our troops around the world are great people and just following orders, how could we expect anything less from a man or woman who has consciously accepted the duties in which they are so easily rushed in to. A message to the troops would be to question your actions and match them to your moral beliefs.

So let’s get moving along to the point, in 1999 those cruise missiles we are so generously throwing at those African, Middle Eastern and Asian countries cost $US 569,000 wow! But this was in 1999, in today’s economy the numbers are more accurately estimated at £500,000 (US$830,000^[1]. for each unit. Dwell on this for a few minutes; we are throwing away millions a day to crumble numerous countries infrastructures for no acceptable reason. If we were to declared war on a country I would stand by our actions if we were being threatened, but let’s face it folks the people making the money in this war are the same people running the countries and puppet governments of the world.

So let’s start a mission to stop the production and use of missiles of all kinds being used to destroy the infrastructure and instead save and nurture the cultures we are so easily destroying. Some of these places are considered the cradle of life, does it seem fair to riddle these lands with bomb holes from cruise missiles. I would hope you agree and start looking in to these atrocities on the rest of the world and the pockets of all those tax payers getting hit with the costs. Remember folks no money you spend on bombs goes back in to your pocket this is just more money being filtered out of our pockets and in to theirs.

In a world full of change for good why are we taking super giant steps backwards in other ways? Let’s sit back and think about what has changed in our daily lives. We have allowed our Governments to get too big and uncontrollable; we need to reduce the size of Government.

Secondly, we need to make Government completely transparent, not just open the books but make them completely accessible via hard copy, digital and any other form of media we can use to determine whether our tax dollars are being used intelligently.

This does not just apply to Americans, Canadians and other western countries living in what we believed were countries which served the people from the government down. We have all been equally dooped in to believing, whether it is dictator, monarchy or democratic republic the people behind it are most likely greedy power hungry individuals.

There have been times which were prosperous, but when you look at the reasons behind the Booms and the Crashes it is apparent it is all orchestrated. Now when you research these new age Caesars who are in charge and neglect to see the evil atrocities they have committed you are equally guilty. You may happily argue that all politicians are corrupt and walk away giggling like you are one who have been privy to this great big secret all of your life. You are wrong!!! Now Wake Up!!!

We all owe it to the earth, and to ourselves to start living without war. Ghandi knew this was achievable. We outnumber the Armies of the world by billions; we are a force to be reckoned with! We are strong and have a Right to Voice Our Concerns! We need to petition the end of war and start sending war funds and food around the world to feed and nurture the souls in humanity who by shear way of Mother Nature may be less fortunate.

Oil is not important! I know you may argue that we need it to fuel our vehicles, generators and other wonderful 20th century resource burners. I disagree with you and say let’s take humanity in a clean and green direction. Not because gore has convinced me that global warming is going to be the end of us all. In fact I don’t believe in global warming! However I do believe what we are doing is just like in the movies when the enemy alien intruder has only one intention, Sucking a planets resources dry. Let’s stop ripping our planets body to shreds in order to live like we are happier. Take the initiatives today and make change happen for the better.

Haliburton @ The Three Mile Island Nuclear Incident

Haliburton has been coming out from under the rock it's been hiding under. Haliburton seems to be at all the big spills or accidents. This is a company that is shrouded in secret contracts and the recipients of government bids Which secure the companies future in times when the economy is broken.

The Three Mile Island nuclear plant incident took place on march 28th, 1979 at 4am. A pilot operated relief valve (PORV) was the culprit, however the incident was compounded when the engineers failed to notice large amounts of cooling fluids were being leaked from their number 2 reactor. This brought the USA closer than they had ever been to a full nuclear meltdown.

One of the companies charged with the task of containing and cleaning up the incident were Haliburton. This further shows Haliburtons position with the USA's Government. Although this company stays out of the limelight they sure do sit well with government. It also makes us realize Haliburton has been with us at least 32 years.

Should Haliburton be given these contracts with out any bidding? How can a company so shadowed be able to get such great government contracts? These are just a few questions to ask yourself. Remember the average Employee of haliburton is just happy to be working. It's not the fault of those directly involved on the work site persay, but the big wigs at haliburton are most definitely washed up and I would like to use the term mobbed up as the government seems to work exactly like the mobs of the early days of American crime. They only use companies or associations which directly put money in to their friends pockets.
