Trade union Unison said a number of councils, including Stockton, had written to employees warning they would lose pay and have their pension service broken because of the walkout on July 16 and 17. A new report reveals that during 2007/08, 24 decisions were made by Stockton Council???s planning committee ???contrary to officer recommendation???.
