This is a great analysis of the benefit, fund-raising culture. Especially, stuff like the red shirt thing. Mostly, this charities pop up to benefit the organization and the promoters. It’s a quickie math equation. How much exposure and goodwill can I garner per unit of effort on this cause. Flip side is maybe something is better than nothing. Even if only 10 percent of the funds actually directly benefit the intended recipients that’s still something and perhaps you don’t get the celebrities and corporations involved unless there’s a bottom line benefit to them.

Of course, you can probably find much more efficient charities (WARNING: You may not get any schwag to impress your friends if you donate) where you get a bigger bang for your buck, if you’re in it to help others rather than perform stealth marketing philanthropy.

Big thumbs up for the combination of wordplay and hardcore code graphic. Code is to the 10s like cocaine is to the 80s. It’s an epidemic, but it may have more staying power because it props up a more sustainable industry than the 80s drug trade. This makes it much scarier because the kids hopped up on Ephedrine and Mountain Dew are pumping out copious amounts of the stuff that make the world go ’round.

Is there such a thing as flying too close to the sun? Is our technology growing too rapidly. Are our speed coders creating a new world order that is out of control. I don’t really care, because I’ll be dead before the real heavy stuff with robots, artificial intelligence, and polka dot mice comes down. California Republic Flag: Bear on a Bicycle T-shirt

California wants to secede from the Union in sort of whimsical way. More light-hearted than Texas’ perpetual arrogant bigger and better than the rest threat.

No, this California Republic movement takes Cali at present all into account: failing economy, meat-head guvnor, a runaway illegal alien population, earthquakes, fires, celebrities, ground-breaking green movement, brown outs, water shortage, potential pot legalization and Fresno.

But, I kind of just like the design of the flag…bear on a bicycle simple clean and cool. Nice aesthetic. Plus, it does capture a vibe to work toward. Just enjoy the perfect weather and ride your bike everywhere and solve the pollution problem. Get a little Amsterdam up in the Golden State.

If you’re in California or like to visit from neighboring states you should probably get this shirt because it’s a statement and it’s hope for the future. Seriously. It’s big stuff. It’s the California Republic Bear on a Bicycle T-shirt.

Bat and Robin Tshirt

This is a tremendous shirt, especially because these two fliers have yellow utility belts. And let’s not overlook the red-breasted robin’s mask. Terrific. Now you know, that bad is really sacrificing as he aids the community with important crime fighting, because it looks like a nice sunny day, and bats are usually upside down in the rafters or in a tree during the day. This nocturnal hero is trying to keep it up, though you can see the strain of lack of sleep on his face.

Campy like the original Batman and Robin is funny, but campy animal humor takes it to the next level, which just happens to be RV campy.

You know you want to get this shirt because you love the batman franchise and because you are a bird and bat lover. Flying creatures warm my heart and they should warm yours.

Buy Bat and Robin Tee now or the bad guys win.

First, be careful. This image is pretty graphic. Looks like that dude got some blood-like tranny fluid on his schmock. If you can get past that, here’s what you need to think about this shirt.

Sometimes when sayings get trite you need to mix it up a little. It’s like mix and match in your wardrobe. You don’t always have to wear the light blue shirt with the navy pants. Try that white one. Seriously. Same with language. When it’s obviously not an intellectually difficult chore, task, job, or pursuit, you say “It’s not rocket science, because that’s perceived as something that takes a big time intellect. Then, again maybe you say it’s not brain surgery. Either way, you know you’re always making this point, so the top options you have start to get a little fucked out. So, you gotta mix ‘em together .

Don’t believe me. I’ll prove it. It’s on a tshirt with a picture and everything. Case closed. Now, this is a no minder (see how I switched it up a little there). You need the It’s Not Rocket Surgery tee shirt. Or three…get some for your buddies.
