Converting Harbor Freight Double Action Airbrush from Siphon feed to Side feed

This is my attempt of showing you how to make a low budget airbrush look and perform much better.

I just wanted to add that if you do this with another brand airbrush make sure to know where your air supply is or you will drill through the air supply and your color cup will stop it up. Also if you are wanting to solder your siphon hole up, take the needle packing out or it will melt it, and all O rings. Thanks

We have been working on alot of new changes. Due to some unfortunate happenings we had to close out our account for our website. But not to worry because we do have a new one. Two to be axact. We will each have our own website displaying our art. Which is turning out to be a better solution to what we were doing before. And costing us less money. A Longhaired Dachshund Named Izzie

A pitbull named Molly

For the past two weeks I have been working on my newest pet portrait for one of my contest winners. A pitbull named Molly.

I have begun posting progress images on my website for each painting that I am currently working on; As well as on my Facebook Fanpage. Mainly so my clients can stay updated on the progress of their commission. As well as letting my fans and potential clients get a view of my work as it progresses. I will continue to give updates on my art on here as well.

OK so Its been a couple days since the drawing took place and the winners were announced on facebook, but I thought I needed to announce the winners on my blog as well. You could say I forgot to lol. So here I go. The two winners of my painting giveaway are Tracy Mize and Bryan Davis. Both having the option of getting to choice the subject matter for their painting. I have to say I got more entries for the giveaway than I thought I would. And some of these entries were from all over the place. Including outside of the United States. Quite exciting I might say that It could even get spread that far. Seeing that I'm not that well known yet. I am hoping to do this again next year as well, and expecting alot more entries. I'm currently
finishing up on a commission and then will begin to work on my contest winners paintings. after that who knows. Hopefully I will receive more commission work, but if not I will be working on putting out more of my art for the site.

Getting Noticed...

It's always exciting when something you have been working so hard on finally starts to take notice. And for me it's even more exciting because I have been working with Tim to help him get his artwork put online. This process started a little under a year ago. The beginning started with getting the website set up, then by getting the page noticed by advertising on facebook, yahoo local listings, and well of course this blog. It has been a very slow process and takes a lot of patience and time which I have plenty of. The more fans I gather on Facebook, and the more views I get per day on the website brings me more excitement than anything. I wait anxiously for that moment that I have to update his progress. For that finished product that I can display for him. We waited for months for the site to finally be viewable on search engines. Now that is what I call the best accomplishment ever. That was until today when I receive a call from Tim. He was telling me that when he went online to search for reverse glass painting pics on google that he saw his work in some of the images. What excitement that brought!! So then I want to see this as well and to also see what other work of his will show up. So I search and see the pic he was talking about. Then I search for miscellaneous art. One of the pages to his site to see if any of that work would show up and it did. On the 4th page. It is the best feeling in the world. Finally his work is being noticed. I can not wait to see what the future months bring for him. I am hoping that some of his pet portraits show up in some of the image searches as well. Time will tell. All I know is I am very happy for him because he was so excited to see his work show up in the search results.

Today Ive been working on some more updates to the site.Making some minor changes to some of the pages, moving things around, and adding some info to pages that need more detail. Still a work in progress for I am still adding new things.. Hoping very soon to have Items for Sale added to the site, for anyone who is interested in a painting or any of the other custom work I have displayed on the site.
