Man To Possibly Face First Degree Murder Charges After Accidentally Shooting His Wife During Fantasy Sex Game

Arthur Sedille was up-front with police: He would often put a gun to his wife's head during fantasy sex play at their Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, home.

But Sedille said he didn't know the gun was loaded when he pressed it to his wife's head and pulled the handgun's slide back during sex on the night of December 21.

Now Sedille, 23, is facing the possibility of a murder charge in Canadian County, Oklahoma, in the death of his wife, 50-year-old Rebecca Sedille
-- who died when the handgun went off in their bedroom.

According to a probable cause affidavit filed by Oklahoma City police, Sedille said the shooting was accidental. He called 911 afterward, according to
police.

Investigators decided to arrest and jail Sedille on suspicion of first-degree murder out of an abundance of caution, said Oklahoma City police Master Sgt. Gary Knight. However, as of Tuesday
afternoon, formal charges had not been filed in the investigation, which
is ongoing, Knight said.

He declined to comment on investigators' findings so far.

Although a Canadian County judge found that probable cause exists to hold Sedille on the murder charge, assistant district attorney Paul Hesse
said Tuesday he has yet to receive a report from police on the case. As a
result, formal charges have not yet been filed, Hesse said.

Sedille remained jailed Tuesday in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma. Police in Oklahoma City -- which spans five counties and 700 square miles -- book
all of their prisoners into that county's jail, Knight said.

Incredible: 53 Year Old Man Avoids Being Crushed By Truck By Outrunning It! Dramatic CCTV footage captured a man narrowly avoiding certain death, when he manages to outrun a truck that was about to hit him.

Police in the Turkish city of Adiyaman just released of the incident that happened in early December.

53-year old Bekir Ozcan was casually crossing the street at a redlight. Before he could get to the other side the light turned green. The truck Ozcan was walking past didn’t see him and starts moving forward, leaving Ozcan no other choice but to try and outrun it.

Pedestrians managed to get the truck drivers attention, who slowed down just as Ozcan managed to throw himself on the road according to Yahoo UK.

Lucky to be alive, Ozcan’s got one hell of a story to tell to his grandkids.

KFC WORKER LOSES IT

Playboy boss Hugh Hefner, 84, to marry 24-year-old playmate Crystal Harris

The Playboy mogul announced his engagement to Crystal via Twitter, writing 'Yes, the ring I gave Crystal is an engagement ring.

Hugh Hefner has a more special thing to celebrate this holiday. He is engaged to Crystal Harris after proposing to her on Christmas night, December 25, tweeting "When I gave Crystal the ring, she burst into tears. This is the happiest Christmas weekend in memory...I got what I was hoping for for Christmas...Crystal's love."

Soon after, he made it clear about his engagement to the 24-year-old Playboy Playmate. "Yes, the ring I gave Crystal is an engagement ring. I didn't mean to make a mystery out of it. A very merry Christmas to all," the Playboy founder added.

84-year-old Hugh Hefner and Crystal Harris, who is 60 years old his junior, began dating in 2008 while he was also still dating identical twin models Kristina and Karissa Shannon. He, however, ended his relationship with Kristina and Karissa in January this year.

Hefner has previously married twice. The first one was with Mildred Williams whom he wed in 1949 before divorcing in 1959. He walked down the aisle for the second time with Playmate of the Year Kimberley Conrad. Their divorce was just finalized in 2009 after separating for 11 years. He has four children from these two marriages.

What The? Woman Gives Birth To Babies On 08/08/08, 09/09/09 & 10/10/10 [Video]

Having a baby born on 08/08/08 would be really cool. Having your next baby on 09/09/09 would be cool, but a little strange. Having your third baby on 10/10/10 is just a bit strange.

Well that's exactly what happened to Chad and Barbie Soper, whose daughter Chloe was born August 8,2008, followed by son Cameron on September 9,2009 and now their daughter Cearra bor October 10,2010.

"I thought it was neat numbers, something fun for the kids on their driver’s license – oh, your birthday has rhyming numbers," Barbara told the Today Show. "When the third one came around and it did end up on 10/10/10, I was surprised and I was happy because then the little one wouldn’t be left out."

All three kids were born by c-section, leading some people to believe that this was some sort of weird plan by the family. But Barbara's doctor insists that's not the case.

"The initial plan was to wait until later as we did with the 2nd. But Barbie developed some vascular complications that required that we deliver earlier. That weekend became it." he said.
Shocking footage has emerged showing a Paraguayan police officer violently attacking a handcuffed 13-year-old boy.

The policeman is seen punching and kicking the boy in the corner of a squalid police cell.

First the officer punches him in the stomach and head.

Then he puts a bucket on his head to and proceeds to kick him several times around the body.

The boy, who had been picked up on a petty theft charge, appears to be in agony and shock after the assault.

Paraguay's interior minister Rafael Filizzola said the incident was being investigated.

"We want that the investigation is not limited to this person that has been identified here," he said.

"The responsibility of his superiors will also be evaluated."

Authorities are due to take a statement from the officer involved in the leaked police camera footage.

Red Nintendo Wii To Celebrate Mario's 25th

Mario fans out there will be drooling as Nintendo will be releasing a bright red version of its Wii gaming console in conjunction with the plumber's 25th birthday. The bundle will include the Wii, along with the new Wii Remote Plus peripheral that combines the functionality of a Wiimote with the MotionPlus add-on (which will be going on sale individually when this bundle is released). Expect to pay 20,000 Yen ($240) for this when it's released in Japan on November 11th. Aside from the fancy console, there will be a special edition of Super Mario Bros. pre-installed on the system, a version which will have the game's trademark gold coin bricks modified to indicate "25" on the front. We probably won't see this stateside anytime soon, but if you're planning on going to Japan, perhaps you'd want to keep an eye out for this.
Check out the photo and see if you can spot a guy with a turban and a funny looking moustache.

This photo from Saturday during Ryder Cup play is interesting for 4 Reasons:
1) Pay attention. The photographer's name is Mark Pain.

2) It immediately plants that "holy bleep I'm going to die because that golf ball has my name on it and I don't mean Nike One Tour" notion in your head.

3) Photoshop photoplay was spawned across the internets, thanks to No. 4. (Caution: last photo in the Pickle's link is NSFW.)

4) There's Cigar Guy. Upper right corner.

The shot, both Tiger's and Pain's, came on Woods' final hole. The photographer, who was snapping pics just where he was supposed to be, was unhurt.

Now the following photos have been photoshopped as the guy in the turban, now known on the internet as "Cigar Guy", "Cigar Dude", "Cigar Man", is becoming a viral sensation. The original photo was such an amazing photo, but everyone has taken notice of the strange looking man in the turban LOL check out the pics below:
Group In Russia Burying People Alive For 20 Minutes To Cure Their Depression [Video]

I don't know who's crazier, the group that claims being buried alive for 20 minutes will cure you of stress and depression, or the people lining up to try it.

This extreme form of therapy is being practiced in Russia by Enlightenment Territory. Willing participants pay $160.00 for the opportunity to literally take a dirt nap.

"The first thing you experience is panic. Once your face is covered with earth, you start tasting it and thinking, 'what the hell am I doing down here?' But once you calm down there's simply no other place like this," says one "death" trainer.

As I watched this video, the one thing I didn't see was any proof that the people who run Enlightenment Territory, have any formal training as a doctor, or psychotherapist. Are they equipped to resuscitate a person if their heart stops while underground, breathing only through a garden hose?

I didn't see one defibrillator or oxygen tank anywhere around.

Maybe all of that is in the fine print of the contract you sign before allowing this to happen, if there is a contract.

"Panic conditions can be subconscious, uncontrollable. There are different ways to overcome them," says ET Director Andrey Gorbov. "Working with mental images, rhythm, breathing. There is an array of means for a person to subdue their fear. We teach them that,"

Gorbov also recommends you not try this at home because it could be dangerous, if the dirt is not distributed properly along the body.

The maximum burial time is 40 minutes, beyond that the mind struggles to cope with the lack of function. The maximum burial depth is one foot.

This all sounds entirely insane to me and I damn sure wouldn't try it.

Houston Rapper Tow Down Arrested For Growing $4 Million Dollars Worth Of Weed In His Brother's Crib [Video]

Houston rapper Tow Down was doing it really big until a snitch helped poilce bring him down.

Tow Down, real name Bryan Theriot and his brother/manager Bernard were arrested yesterday (October 1), by police at Bernard's Missouri City crib.

The raid yielded 850 Hydro plants, weighing 5000 pounds, worth an estimated $4.2 million dollars.

"Water pumps, timers, artificial lighting equipment. The entire second story of the house had been professionally constructed by plumbers and electricians," said Fort Bend County Narcotics Task Force Capt. Rodney Glendening.

Cops were alerted to the brother's weed growing operation by dealers they busted several months earlier.

"We started at the street level and worked our way up," Glendening said. "We consider this a professional grow. This is a 5,000-square-foot home. There were six rooms full of marijuana."

In addition to the high grade pot, po po's also found cocaine and hydrocodone.

Tow Down is probably best known for his song "Country Rap Tune", recorded with late rapper H.A.W.K.

This is the second time the rapper has been busted for growing weed. In 2008, the brothers were arrested for a much smaller growing operation.

They were out on bond at the time of this latest arrest.

B-Boys Shouldn't Be Allowed In NYC Bars [Hilarious Video]

Comedian Greg Giraldo Dies At 44

Comedian Greg Giraldo died Wednesday (September 29) at age 44 from a reportedly accidental prescription-drug overdose. Giraldo had been hospitalized in New Brunswick, New Jersey, after he overdosed on prescription pills last weekend. According to TMZ, the overdose was not a suicide attempt.

Giraldo reportedly collapsed Saturday evening in his hotel room in New Jersey, where he was performing at a club. He was discovered by friends after he failed to show up for his scheduled performance. He was rushed to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick.

Jim Norton confirmed the news via Twitter, including a picture with his fellow comedian: "Greg Giraldo passed away today. This is the last photo of us together, taken June 28 at Noam's wedding. RIP buddy."

A source close to Giraldo told TMZ: "Greg passed away today at the hospital in New Brunswick as a result of an accidental overdose. His family was by his side."

The Giraldo family's plans for a memorial service will reportedly be made public when they become available.

Giraldo was best known for his celebrity roast appearances and was a frequent guest on "The Late Show With David Letterman," "Late Night With Conan O'Brian" and "The Howard Stern Show." He had also been a judge on NBC's "Last Comic Standing" and appeared as a panelist on Jerry Seinfeld's "The Marriage Ref."

Before Giraldo became a comic, he worked as a lawyer. He was a graduate of Columbia University and attended Harvard Law School.

A few of Giraldo's noteworthy Comedy Central Roast subjects included: Chevy Chase, Pam Anderson, William Shatner, Jeff Foxworthy, Flavor Flav, Bob Saget, Joan Rivers, Larry the Cable Guy and David Hasselhoff.

OOPS! TV Host Announces Wrong Winner Of Australia's Top Model. Has To Interrupt Loser's Acceptance Speech On Live TV! [Video]

Amanda Ware has been crowned Australia's Next Top Model, but not before a major blunder on live TV which saw host Sarah Murdoch announce the wrong winner.

Model-turned-television host Murdoch originally named Kelsey Martinovich, 19, as the winner but minutes later she was told via her earpiece feed that the actual winner was 18-year-old Ware.

Martinovich had already made an acceptance speech before a close-to-tears Murdoch realised a mistake had been made.

"I don't know what to say right now. I'm feeling a bit sick about this," Murdoch told the live studio audience.

"I'm so sorry, oh my God, I don't know what to say.

"This is a complete accident. I'm so sorry ... It's Amanda. I'm so sorry."

Murdoch, holding her head in her hands, said the original name was fed to her wrongly.

"This is what happens when you have live TV folks. This is insane, insane, insane," she said.

Martinovich was gracious upon hearing the mistake and hugged and congratulated Queenslander Ware.

Ware said she was ecstatic about the win, but admitted the situation was "like a bizarre dream".

"I was like really gracious for Kelsey, I was so happy she'd won," Ware said.

"And then she's like, 'Actually, Amanda's won' and I was like, that's a bit weird but woo hoo.

"I'll just go with the flow.

"[I'm happy] as bad as that is. Live television's always got mistakes. That was a big one, but it's all right, we got through it."

Murdoch said the competition was so close and the final tally literally came down to just a few votes.

Foxtel has confirmed Martinovich will be given a $20,000 cash prize and a trip to New York as compensation for the bungle.

As the winner of the show, which is broadcast on FOX8, Ware receives a modelling contract, a $20,000 cash prize, a car and a trip to New York.

RIM introduces PlayBook -- The BlackBerry tablet

Located over two floors on Marylebone’s Chiltern Street, Trunk introduces a much needed new style to the menswear retailing scene in the capital which I was able to experience for myself earlier today. The seventy square metres brings together a carefully curated selection of the finest menswear and accessories from across the globe. Trunk is a store that sets the standard for gentlemen seeking modern classics of the highest quality matched with impeccable service.

Boots by Common Projects, belt by Ki:ts, bag by BAG'n'NOUN and scarves by Drakes. Ki:ts is a Japanese brand that is now based in London, all of the belts are made by hand and each is stunning.

Italy’s Glanshirt has crafted fine men's and women's wear since the 1960’s. Recently they joined the brand family over at Slowear joining the ranks of Incotex and Zanone to name two.

Headwear by Wigens, the one on the right is the product of a collaboration with Harris Tweed. Wigens is a brand that you might encounter in an old gentleman's store in Sweden but Klinsberg discovered it in Iseten in Japan.

The store is full of seemingly unpronounceable brand names, the producer of this super soft scarf being a case in point, LA+H, hailing from Japan.

In addition to offering a plethora of new discoveries, the store is also home to a few old favourites. Here are two examples, socks by Tabio and knitted ties by Drakes.

Pocket Squares.
Handkerchiefs by Drakes.

An eye popping tote from Bag’n’Noun crammed full of scarves by Drakes. The Bag’n’Noun products from Takeshi Ozawa are all handmade in a small factory in Osaka and this is the first European store to stock them.

What makes a Goodyear wellted brogue?

The first construction stage is clicking and this is the process where the leather is cut. The term clicking refers to the sound made by the knife. Depending on the shoe, this stage can be performed by a press knife – a pneumatic machine that effectively punches through the leather like a cookie cutter or by hand.

Clicked leather, ready for the next stage...

The next stage is closing. The is where the various parts of the upper are sewn together. With a bespoke shoe it would be done by hand, but every other type of shoe is closed by machine.

The upper begins to take shape.

The embellishment of the upper.

Given the intricacy of the pattern it was mind blowing to see how fast the ladies transformed the uppers.

Another closing scene that is only just the beginning for this shoe.

The next stage is lasting.

The lasts.

Throughout the shoe making process the leather loses moisture so here the uppers are placed in a steam machine to soften the leather.

The uppers are then pressed and pinched on to the last...

The shoe is readied for the welted sole with the help of a few staples...

A closer look at the early stages of the lasting process.

Any wrinkles are smoothed out before the iconic lasting stage...

Goodyear Welting is, after two hundred years of shoemaking in Northampton, still considered the finest method of shoe construction. Once the upper leather has been ‘closed’ it is placed onto the wooden last and the insole is attached. A strip of leather called the ‘welt’ is then stitched through the upper leather to the underside of the leather insole. The outer sole is then stitched to the welt. This ‘Goodyear welting’ is time consuming and requires highly skilled craftsmen. However it means the sole can be replaced time and again without damaging the upper leather. As the leather components are stitched rather than glued together all the natural properties of the leather are retained, giving superior thermal insulation, durability and shape retention, as well as the best possible breathing conditions for feet. The more a Goodyear Welted shoe is worn, the more comfortable it becomes as the leather components gradually mould to the shape of the foot.

A closer look at the highly important welting.

The welt is fed and stitched using this ingenious machine.

This process is so important to English shoe making.

The under sole is then prepared for the outer shell.

A strip of wood is inserted to ensure a better structure before the outer sole is glued in to place.

The excess from the outer sole is removed.

The next stages sees the welt sewed to the upper, and both to the sole.

The machine in action

A closer look at how the stitching is locked.

We then move on to the final two stages, the bevelling of the waist and polishing of the the upper. These processes should not be underestimated because they combine to provide the distinguishable aesthetic of English made shoes very special indeed. Bevelling is a particular treatment of the waist of the shoe, specifically that part of the sole at the waist lying between the flared-out ball-of-the-foot area and the heel. The treatment is one in which the sole at that point is shaped into a quite convex form, with the bottom of the curve right in the middle (from side to side), and the sole curving up at the edges.

The sole and heel are sanded and smoothed using various machines.

The heel takes shape.

The surface is smoothed and rounded.

The attention to detail and reliance on the craftsman's eye are key at this point.

A more recognizable form. Simply stunning.

Applying the finishing touches to the sole.

On to the burnishing of the upper.

The final product ready for packing.

Notice the variety of designs.

A final inspection.

A quick finish to ensure perfection in each and every shoe.

The Mentor shoe will be available to purchase very soon.

Peep The $8 Million Dollar iPhone 4, Designed By Stuart Hughes [Pics + Video]

British jeweler Stuart Hughes has designed the world's most expensive iPhone, costing a staggering $8 million dollars.

Stuart is considered to be the pioneer of the world's most luxurious gadgets.

This particular gadget was designed for an Australian businessman.

Stuart told the Daily Mail that even he is surprised someone would spend so much on an iPhone.

"It is amazing that someone is prepared to spend $8 million on a phone, I doubt it will get used because it is worth so much money. It would be a disaster if it was ever lost," he said.

"The bezel is handmade from rose with approx 500 individual flawless diamonds which total over 100ct.The rear section is formed using rose gold with the added touch of its rose gold Apple logo and 53 diamonds. The main navigation is made from platinum which holds a single cut 7.4ct pink diamond. Also included (not shown in picture) is a rare 8ct single cut Flawless diamond which can replace the pink one. The chest which houses this unique handset is made from a single block of Granite , in Imperial Pink with the inner lined with Nubuck top grain leather , which weight is a massive 7kg.The handset is 32gb and limited edition of only 2 to be ever made."

Young Buck's Tennessee home was just ransacked by several armed federal agents ... TMZ has learned -- and it was all over $300,000 in allegedly unpaid taxes.

According to Young's rep, IRS agents rolled up to the platinum-selling rapper's house in Nashville this morning to go on a repossession rampage over the alleged tax debt -- seizing assets like recording equipment, jewelry, furniture, his platinum wall plaques ... and even his kids' PlayStation.

The rep tells us, the feds in question were p****ng heat -- in the form of a shotgun -- and warned Buck not to interfere with the raid.

As for how he fell so far behind in debt, the former G-Unit member tells us, "This IRS situation came about because I trusted accountants, lawyers, and managers to handle my business for me while I focused on making music. From now on, I am going to stay on top of my own business."

Montana Fishburne Says Her Dad, Laurence "Is Very Upset" W/Her Decision To Do Porn "I Believe In Time He Will View It As A Positive"

Laurence Fishburne's 19 year old daughter has embarked on a career in adult films, but her famous pop isn't at all happy about it.

Montana Fishburne aka "Chippy D", has revealed that her father, is heated at her decision to become a porn star.

She told TMZ, "[My dad] is very upset. I heard that he's mad at me but I haven't spoken to him yet. I feel pretty confident that I can work things out with him."

Montana filmed her first skin flick for Vivid Entertainment, in a bid to eventually become as successful as her idol, Kim Kardashian who also has a sex tape out.

Regarding her dad she adds, "I think he wants to support me in everything I do, and though he sees this now as a negative, I believe in time he will view it as a positive."

I hate to be the one who breaks the news to "Chippy D", but no father is ever going to view their daughter getting her back blown out on film as a "positive".

Hopefully she can patch things up with her dad though. According to her, the two were on very good terms before this whole XXX tape thing popped up.

Crazed Gunman Told Mom He Had "Killed All The Racists". Omar Thornton, pictured with girlfriend, Kristi Hannah told his mom that he "killed all the racists" before killing himself yesterday (August 3).

A seething Connecticut warehouse driver who griped that he was the victim of workplace racism -- and who faced the ax for stealing beer -- calmly shot eight terrified co-workers to death yesterday before turning the gun on himself, authorities said.

"I killed the five racists that was there bothering me," Omar Thornton, 34, boasted to his stunned mother by phone after the massacre at Hartford Distributors in Manchester at around 7:30 a.m.

"I love you very much, I want you to take care of yourself. I want you to stop smoking," he then told his mom, Lillie.

CARNAGE: Police cars fill the streets yesterday as workers flee Hartford Distributors, where the rampager used a .223 rifle like this one.

Thornton, who apparently stashed weapons and ammo in his lunchbox to smuggle them into the beer warehouse, spent the next few minutes arguing with his mother over whether to kill himself.

The killer, described by relatives as a "mama's boy" teetotaler, then hurriedly told her, "The cops [are] knocking on the door, and I'm not going to jail -- I gotta go," said Thornton's uncle, Will Holliday. He then killed himself.

Officials said Thornton launched the bloodbath minutes after "being given an option to quit or be fired" because he had been caught on video swiping beer.

He calmly told his bosses that he would quit -- "then he went on this rampage," said survivor Steve Hollander, a co-owner who was grazed by bullets.

"He was cool and calm. He didn't yell. He was cold as ice," Hollander said. "He didn't protest when we were meeting with him to show him the video of him stealing. He didn't contest it. He didn't complain. He didn't argue. He didn't admit or deny anything. He just agreed to resign. And then he just unexplainably pulled out his gun and started blasting.

"He shot at me twice and hit me a couple times," Hollander said. "By just the grace of God, I don't know how he missed [killing] me."

Thornton fatally shot the two people standing next to him point-blank in the head, Hollander said. One of them was Bryan Cirigliano, 51, the Teamsters shop steward who had repped Thornton at the 7 a.m. disciplinary hearing.

Hollander said he then "saw [Thornton] running outside of my office window, shooting his gun, carrying his lunchbox, which must have had his weapons in it."

The rampage lasted "simply a matter of minutes," said Manchester Police Chief Marc Montminy. "It was all the way from the front of the walkway to the back of the building. [Victims] were scattered throughout."

One employee screamed to alert co-workers that Thornton appeared to be systematically hunting down victims as he walked through the warehouse office armed with his .223-caliber semiautomatic rifle and a red satchel stuffed with bullets.

9 were killed in shooting at this Connecticut beer distributorship
Your parents tell you over and over as a child, "don't play in traffic". Apparently, this dude never heard that cautionary warning.

This guy decides to start dancing in the middle of the street, moves right into oncoming traffic and damn near gets knocked back into his mom's womb by an ice cream truck.

I wouldn't normally make light of something like this, but # 1, the guy is ok, just suffered a couple of broken bones. And # 2, this is the dumbest sh*t I've seen somebody do in a minute.

What he was thinking, only he knows, glad he's alright though.

So Disrespectful: Lebron James Takes Out Ad In Akron, Ohio Newspaper, Expressing His Love For The City. But Doesn't Once Mention Cleveland

I think it's safe to say that the love affair Lebron James once had with the city of Cleveland is 100% over.

James bolted from the Cleveland Cavaliers in July to join the Miami Heat in the biggest free agent move the NBA has ever seen.

Since then, the fans in Cleveland, who once cheered his every move have turned on him with a vengeance. From burning his jerseys to making videos on youtube ripping his decision, the Cavalier faithful let it be known, they now despise King James.

Now, James has struck back with a not so subtle jab of his own.

According to Cleveland.com, Lebron took out an ad in his hometown newspaper, the Akron Beacon Journal, thanking the city for all of its support.

He talks about his love for the city of Akron, but doesn't once mention Cleveland, the city he spent spent seven years playing pro ball in.....OUCH!

Here is the full text from the ad:

"To My Family, Friends and Fans in Akron:

"For all my life, I have lived in Akron -- and for that, I am truly a lucky man.

"It was here where I first learned how to play basketball, and where I met the people who would become my lifelong friends and mentors. Their guidance, encouragement and support will always be with me.

"Akron is my home, and the central focus of my life. It's where I started, and it's where I will always come back to. You can be sure that I will continue to do everything I can for this city, which is so important to my family and me. Thank you for your love and support. You mean everything to me."

At least one former Cavalier, turned Heat did show the city of Cleveland some respect. Two days ago, Zydrunas Ilgauskas, who like James had played seven years for the Cavaliers, took out an ad in the Cleveland Plain Dealer thanking the fans for their support during his time there.
