A country’s most precious treasure is well-educated (so high-talented) and hardworking youths. This is like the flag race. Every generation has to wave the flag the ancestors left them. This is the most important point for a state. The youths should be trained and educated according to the benefits of the nation. Firstly, they love their country and they should be ready to protect their country. They should be aware of their tasks very well.

The other important task of the state is to let the potential of youths exist and to use it for the country’s benefits. They also should be hardworking people. Talent is nothing without the effort. Mustafa Kemal Atatürk points that principle in every platform. That’s why he gifted two special days to the youth and the children. Thanks to the investment to the youth, a country provides a big advantage.

As we mostly all see that the world is in crisis on finding a good leadership. Today’s politicians mostly are capable of creating chaos in the world. When the solution is asked, there is no option for them. Briefly, they are feeding their benefits with the chaos of politics. This situation is reflecting the world’s peace. Violence and chaos are everywhere. The politicians are ignoring the peace in the name of benefits.

Mustafa Kemal Atatürk has a different place in world’s politic world. He didn’t build a system only and also, he shaped the free world. Firstly, the first position belongs to the benefits of country, and they are superior to the individual benefits. Every individual is responsible for developing their country and they have their own tasks. The main task of the state is to protect the public and to make the life of the public easier. Secularism and national emotions are the key features of modern state and also those principles make the state survive in the history. Peace is the best option in order to build a better world. Humanity is one of the most important features of civilization. Our differences in a public create a big family and this big family becomes a great country. Our differences shouldn’t divide us, on contrary they should help us to understand each other. Anatolia is the best sample for this statement. Different religious’ and cultures have been living in harmony for centuries. The public doesn’t have any negative thoughts towards each other. We can see this in some countries in the world, too. They are also under the guarantee of constitution of countries. They became the most developed countries in the world.

The other important point is this: to be ready to struggle for your country. As Mustafa Kemal Atatürk states; There will be exterior and domestic forces in order to cut you off these precious treasures.

Mustafa Kemal Atatürk is a sort of leader that had intelligence on every sort of war style that was fitting for that age. Thanks to his future vision, he guessed what it can happen in future. The war styles may change but one thing is still common; Global war. That’s why, he recommended Turkish youth to be ready to compete with the world. Every sort of branches such as economics, politics and military may affect the future of the world. Technology is the main branch that involved to our life today.

With his future vision, we have a path to success. Working hard and following agenda of the world are the key features. He, himself, tried to improve and shape his character up to the historical events. He got lessons from them and got the right lessons. Because the events are the same, but the actors are different. Past is the key to the future. Global wars have been going on till the history of humankind even though the styles changed.

Especially in last three decades, globalism became more common policy in the world. It may have some profits, but it is absolute that it kills the local cultures. Differences started to vanish and the profits of strong countries (or groups) came step ahead. The citizens of the world began to suffer for various problems. Peace was forgotten and struggles existed in the world.

Mustafa Kemal Atatürk managed to gather different people and groups in order to establish a new country. He desired them to be presented in the National Assembly. Because he knew that unity is the key to the success. He didn’t want them to be same or to change their cultures. He had just joined them in a holy goal. Do you know how many Turkish Greek doctors martyred on Gelibolu while saving Turkish troops? Different religion groups gathered for the freedom during the independence war. Different cultures have been living in harmony in Anatolia for centuries. Muslims, Christians, Jewish communities or local communities of North and Southeast.. we can list more. The key of the unity is the respect. The most important phenomenon is the free country.

Global world objects to make all the world same and this world should be shaped up to some profits. This reason harms the international peace. Economic profits cause some places to be exploited. That’s why, we need local cultures and respect to the humankind.

Those two words are related with each other in a strong connection. Republic needs qualified and skilled public, qualified and skilled public needs well- educated individuals, finally well- educated individuals require the high qualified education system. As you can understand from this statement, education is the basic branch for a high qualified republic.

Not only about the children’s education, and also about the vocational education we are talking about. All public compromise various vocational divisions in order to sustain the system. Vocational education supports the economic development in the country. The adults also need education, too. Economy is a system that compromises all business sectors in a country. It doesn’t matter the job. Farmer, engineer or technician, it doesn’t matter who you are. You need to be qualified and trained.

Mustafa Kemal Atatürk points us this necessity in order to be free and strong. He had a plan to establish a n education system that will support the necessities of the republic. This system has all economic divisions, too. An individual should earn money and also an individual has to contribute the country.

Although he was a soldier, he improved himself. He read books and increased his intelligence. He prepared math (geometry) and history books when he was a stateman. That’s why he is a real leader of Turkish Republic.

A genius leader that whole world respects will be the best guide for you. Atatürk’s first principle is to work hard. Then you should decide what to do on time otherwise the conditions will change. You will love and trust on your public. You will find the right people in order to pass the obstacles. You will do the right analysis to reach the goal. You will be eager to learning and working. You should be fearless towards the obstacles, you have to focus on the goal.

Miracle is a difficult event. Patience is required. You should be strong mentally in order to run the process. Your passion will show you the way to reach the goal.

Actually, Mustafa Kemal Atatürk will show you the way to reach the peace. He isn’t only a soldier and also he is a teacher. He knows how to teach people.

When Turkish Republic was established, Mustafa Kemal planned to make pacts in order to secure Turkish Republic. Neighborhood was very important for Atatürk because he knew that only one country can’t do anything alone. Turkish Republic had pacts with Greece and Iran in order to secure the region.

They have to move together and make plans for regional defense and policy.

This proverb summarizes this point; You can break one stick easily, but you can’t break 100 sticks. International peace depends on this point.

The immortal leader of Turkish Republic, Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, is sort of a leader who is aware of the importance of young generations for a country. The republic needs qualified and skilled generations in order to improve and survive in the history. Till the beginning of his life, he knew that and he worked on it until the day he passed away.

When First National Senate was gathered in Ankara on 23rd April 1920, he gave this honor to the Turkish children. Atatürk is a leader who had many adopted children. Most of them lost their families because of the war. He had them raised and educated for Turkish Republic. They became teachers, professors and officials. They served their country.

After 1980’s, this Childrens’ Day became international and started to celebrate with foreign children. After this moment, this celebration expanded on whole world. A festival that is based on national cultures of the world is being held with the children in Ankara.
