California and the entire country is in an interesting real estate market right now. Tustin home prices and prices across Orange County have significantly dropped, which creates "distressed sellers" and new rules when it comes to buying and selling Tustin real estate.

We wanted to take a moment to define the difference between an equity seller, a short sale, and a foreclosure property. This way you as a buyer have a better understanding of the emotions and reality behind that Tustin home for sale you're considering!

First off, we have a "normal" or "equity" sale. This means the owner of the property has a mortgage on the home for less than the property is actually worth. The Laguna Beach Sawdust Art Festival is now going on!!

We just went and had a fantastic time. We brought the whole family and there was something for every generation to enjoy. Beginning with the trolley ride from the offsite parking to the face painting and food.

What a great place to relax and enjoy the work of over 200 local Laguna Beach artists. The festival is open now through September 2nd from 10am to 10pm. Cost of admission can be found at http://www.sawdustartfestival.org/ as well as driving directions.

Each day there are special events and exhibits to give visitors a glimpse into the history of our artists. Included with your Sawdust admission are daily artists' demonstrations including glass blowing, art projects for adults and children, three outdoor cafes and continuous entertainment.
