How to Learn Beginner Guitar Songs

Beginner guitar songs are usually written out in tabs rather than music notes. This is simply because the tabs are the easiest way to learn how to play guitar and are secretly the way that many of the greatest musicians play their instruments. However, something that some guitar books do not go through is how to read the tablature music.
You will notice on a guitar that it is full of frets. This is the part that will state the letters that you need to play. You will need to know what string is tuned to the letter and then go onto learning the 24 different frets that are available. You will also need to learn about devices that you can add to your guitar to change the sound.
You have six strings on the guitar and each of them is a different letter. The first one is the biggest and this plays a low E. This would be shown as E:--0-- when it comes to the music that you will be reading. 0 means that nothing is being held down.
However, holding onto the first fret is actually written with a 1. So, if you were playing the next string, the A string, you would see A:--1--. This would mean that you are holding down the first fret and actually playing the note A sharp - also known as B flat depending on the key that you are playing in. The numbers go up and the notes increase in half steps so when you hold the second fret of the A string down, you will be playing the note B.
You will usually see other types of notes appearing, such as 6p5 or 5h6. These have different meanings. These make different sounds and can be very difficult to learn about. It is usually best to learn the basics before you start worrying about what these notes mean. The H means Hammer-on, P means Pulling off and you will also see a B, means bend.
When you are reading the music, you will read it from left to right, like you would usually read. You will flow through the music and see the note and then the fret that you are supposed to hold down. This may take some time to get used to, so you should practice frequently and take your time with the basic steps. The more you practice, the better you will get at the music; start off slow and build up the pace so that you can listen to the music that you are making.
You should start with a song that you know well; this will help you get started with the music and will also help you because you will know how it should sound. However, it is important not to get frustrated and take your time with it. Nobody gets it right on their first try unless you are an expert at playing the guitar songs and being able to play the beginner guitar songs.

Tribute to my father

Late Sh. Jai Karishan Sharma (1940-2010)

Today, I will not be able to write some good or useful stuff for you, as I am in the much shocking condition due to departure of my father Sh. Jai Krishan Sharma (Retd. Headmaster) from this world. Yes, he has been called by the almighty God on Sunday Morning dated 22.08.2010 at 5 A.M. when most of us were sleeping calmly. I do not want you all to feel my sorrow, but I know some of you may also be known to him.
He was not only my father, but he was also a well known teacher in distt. Karnal of Haryana (India). He served as S.S. Master in many Government High Schools in many villages like Ballah, Salwan, Fafrana and Golli (our native village). He also served in the Naraingarh, Sehzadpur, Korwa and Ledi area of distt. Ambala in the Late Sh. Bansi Lal's CM period in Haryana.
I am feeling today the power of being a good teacher. I am able to communicate with you as I had been taught English by my father. Many of my friends, some of my class fellows may also be proud of their success in respective fields and they will certainly like to pay homage to their founder teacher. I realized the need to inform all of such of my friends. One of his pupil and my class fellow, a retired EME officer from army outburst on his funeral ceremony, so I could not help to resist myself from writing this post to inform you all of my such friends.
He was well known by his teaching style as he never used a cane to teach his student. He never gave tution as he never tried to earn money. He used to say that my real property is my pupils. I still remember the moment when I proposed him to open a private school on his name after his retirement from the Government job. He declined my proposal as he do not wanted to used his name as brand in commercialization of education. For him providing education was a social service and not a mean to make money.
My grandmother told me in the past that my father declined the post of a Revenue Officer (a 2nd class Gazetted officer post) in the State Government only for the sake of his passion of social service by providing education to the poor children of rural India. He was born in a poor farmers family. The God was cruel enough to make him fatherless only on the 5th day of his birth. I am able to understand the difficulties he had to face to earn his Bachelor's and Masters degrees in those hard days, when there were no such facilities available for the education like today.
It is not possible to mention all of his qualities and services he provided to the society in this short blog post. Howerver, I will like you to join me in paying tribute to my father, a legend in his domain. Let us pray God for granting peace to his soul and a bearth in Heaven.

Congratulations, my friends!
Today is the day, we get rid of British rule on 15th August 1947. We are celebrating the occasion with great enthusiasm, by organizing flag hoisting ceremony, by chanting National Anthem and organizing cultural programs. We remember our national heroes who fought for Independence and sacrifice their lives for us. Let us pay homage to these national heroes.
However, do you think we are really independent. We are still bound to many social, political and economic shackles. What is the meaning for the youths, who can't even marry with their paramours? What do these honour killings indicate? How is the life of a common man being effected by ever rising inflation? Does everybody get his share of food? When will we get 100% employment? What the Governments of independent India have done so far for eradicating poverty, unemployment and corruption in all fields of life?
Terrorism is the other main problem of free India. All the corners of the country are struggling with the problem. Everybody is living in the shadow of fear. In the present scenario,there seems no solution to the problem. Our own youths are picking the arms against us. Most of the politicians have no will power to get rid of these problems. They only want votes and they are not in a position of taking any decision which may cause damage to their vote banks. If any party think of patriotism, we out vote that party. I can't understand the reason of the fall of Sh. Atal Bihari Vajpayee Government.
Let us examine ourselves also. Do we perform our duty with honesty? Do we work for our country or for ourselves? We talk of our fundamental rights, but never talk of our moral duties. Very few of us want to work for the social reason. We work only for money. We accept graft money and we pay also for our cause. We vote corrupt political candidates, though we have no choice, but I think we may still find some good candidate and support him by our votes. We will have to change the mindset and will have to leave the habit of sailing with the flow of water. Why should not we try to make new paths for the development of our country and our society?
Let us vow on this great occasion that we will work for the development of our country. We will be the part of development and will not be the part of any crowd against the country. Let us remember our martyrs Sardar Bhagat Singh, Chandar Shekhar Azad, Subhash Chander Bose, Lala Lajpat Rai, Shaheed Udham Singh and many more who sacrificed their lives for us and for the country. Let us salute them.
