We're Deacon Tim and Cyndi.  He's Connie's husband, father of 6, Executive Director of Catholic Charities in Wayne County New York.  She's a homeschooling mother of 4, John's wife, and radio talk show host in Oklahoma.  They like to talk about how to live an ancient faith in a modern world.

<div xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"><p>Part of the Lenten observance includes fasting from time to time.&nbsp; Being hungry is a great way of diverting our attention away from the "urgent" and refocusing it on the "important".</p>

<p>How hungry are you for eternal nourishment, though?&nbsp; It's easy to intellectually state the tenets of your faith, but are you able to keep the fire for God stoked at all times?&nbsp; Life is an ebb and flow process, so it would be unrealistic to expect our entire adult lifetimes to be a constant and continuous high-water mark in our faith, but perhaps our daily hunger for God might be better if we made fostering it a priority?&nbsp; </p>

<p>Check out this week's podcast and sound off on any ideas you might have for helping all of us keep our yearning for our Maker high.</p>
