In the context of a normal replacement, as the cartridges were empty, I do as usual. Packaging, delivery, prices: everything was going well. Once inserted in the printer, this is the galley which starts with all the possible error messages. As recommended I do a cleaning, alignment, I change my paper, I do the hard reboot... nothing helps: error message. Where are these old cartridges? Is it that they were improperly stored? A priori, they are true. A strength to strength, I'm going to the dump with these test pages and cleaning. Seen all these blocks of color are lost every time!
