RENAISSANCE SOLUTIONZ and URBAN ALCHEMY 360 in partnership with URBAN AMERICA and C&N UNIVERSE Deliver Homes To Houston, Texas.

We are currently looking to expand and present these housing solutions to assist in Oaxaca Mexico, Puerto Rico, and the Caribbean in response to multiple national and international natural disasters.

Since the introduction of the concept, we have successfully relocated sample finished and unfinished Modular Steel Frame Structure housing units to Houston on our host partner property. This weekend we have focused on final preparations of the units for inspection by local and FEMA officials.

Partners along our respective journeys have included various state and local entities, businesses, organizations, and non-profits including the American Institute of Architects San Diego (AIA SD), Urban People Living on Faith and Trust (UPLIFT San Diego) and team member of diverse religious affiliations.

A diverse representation of government, business, community and personal interests have viewed and almost universally favorably appraised the units in San Diego and Houston.

GGI (George Greenstein Institute) has expanded as an excellent Consultant Resource for businesses, companies, and schools interested in improving learning, living & leadership with the brain in mind as well as strategic consulting and research services for product innovation and knowledge transfer. GGI also recently announced our 2017 Diversity Intelligence Initiative.

Sixteen-year-old Anthony Conti, a Boston native, suffered from Stage 4 Adrenal Cancer. He dreamed of writing and starring in his own film. Make A Film Foundation granted that wish. While sadly, he lost his battle before he was able to view the finished film, he was able to view an advance screening in his hospital bed.

The zombie thriller stars Johnny Depp, Laura Dern, J.K. Simmons, David Lynch, Richard Chamberlain, and was directed by Kathryn Hardwicke and Sam Raimi, joining many others who volunteered their time make his wish come true.

The Premiere of his film, "The Black Ghiandola" will screen in his hometown of Boston, MA on April 10th at 6 pm and in Los Angeles, CA on April 22^nd at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.

UA360 Partners w/ Reign & Associates and Nick Cannon Foundation to Launch the DGWC Initiative

Last week we watched educators show their LOVE for educators. Their goal — was to assure that youth are exposed to the tools necessary for success and encouraged to thrive; that comes with many paths. One path is the Council for Opportunity in Education - COE. Urban Alchemy got a birds-eye view of the incredible work being done across the Nation for our youth at the COE Annual Conference recently held at The Grand Hyatt in San Diego, CA.

We love, love, love non-linear education. So, we teamed up with REIGN & ASSOCIATES and used the platform to officially launch UA360's “Doing Good With Commerce Initiative“ to benefit the NICK CANNON FOUNDATION with the help of our friends at EVENT MOTORING.

Through “DGWC”, we provided the opportunity for conference attendees to “Crack the Vault” and win an absolutely gorgeous, fully customized MERCEDEZ BENZ. The best part is the proceeds got to benefit some great causes for the Nick Cannon Foundation. But, we were not done...

The COE was kind enough to allow the Foundation to contribute a segment in the program. We called it “The Art of Storytelling and Community Building”. The room was filled with a passionate and participative audience and proved to be one of the most popular programs at the event.

We began with an informative presentation by career educator, Dr. Shirley Peterson, engaged the audience with amazing lessons in the power of acknowledgment by Helice “Sparky” Bridges of Founder of Difference Makers Intl. and Ignite What’s Right! who presented each person with Blue Ribbons, then we closed with solid practical wisdom and actionable solutions from our esteemed guest speaker, Mr. James Cannon of the Nick Cannon Foundation.

The event was facilitated by Ms. Adria Fox-Williams and was produced by actor/producer, Mailon Rivera of URBAN ALCHEMY 360, who earnestly invited the audience to lead the charge in building new leaders and creating new opportunities in business and entertainment.

Thank you and SALUTE! to Eric Tims, Murad "Mo" Damina, and Emil Petrosyan and the EVENT MOTORING team for their support in making this pilot program successful.

HELLO FELLOW URBAN ALCHEMISTS!

We want to thank everyone and anyone who has EVER supported Urban Alchemy 360. With your help we have raised awareness for some great causes that will benefit our communities. We have used our talents to help Entrepreneurs and Non-profit Organizations develop. We have helped regular people like you and me have a chance at moving their ideas forward with a supportive and imaginative brain-trust.

Our goal is to empower others as well as ourselves. Our quiet mission is to better the human condition.

With your donation in NOV/DEC we were able to...

1. Design 3 new Logos and Branding elements for new positive and progressive businesses.

2. Mentored at-risk youth who have aged out of the Foster Care system and adults in the community through leadership and advocating Brain Health programs.

3. Expanded UA360's advocacy for Neuroscience and Brain Health for underserved communities as part of the "Inventio!Brains Challenge" Jury Selection Committee. (http://www.greensteininstitute.com/si…/inventiobrains-prize/)

4. Designed and built new website and branding elements for emerging 501c Non-Profit client (www.monarchcfs.org)

5. Began meeting with advisor and hedge fund investor on Business Plans for emerging technologies in effort to create jobs.

6. Supplied dozens of "Blessing Bags" for the homeless of Downtown Los Angeles. (Each bag included shavers, soap, wash clothes, socks, blankets, etc. Two bags were donated directly in your name). * We are taking donations for the next few weeks to do it again. INVENTIO!BRAINS PRIZE CHALLENGE 2015!

Hollywood, CA, September 16th, 2015 — What is the next adventure for a unique organization like UrbanAlchemy360? Answer: APPLIED NEUROSCIENCE and uplifting brain health and awareness in film, television and the arts.

Hollywood actor, producer, advocate and founder of UA360º, Mailon Rivera will be part of an esteemed jury panel to include Academy Award winning Motion Picture sound designer, Stephen Hunter Flick, LA based commercial director, Armen Perian, Academy Award Nominated film director and screenwriter Dianne Houston, bioethics, film, and internal medicine, Dr. September Williams, and pioneer in neuro-engineering, Dr. Todd Coleman to launch the Inventio!Brains Prize 2015 GGI Advocacy Initiative!

INVENTIO!BRAINS PRIZE CHALLENGE was launched by Fulbright scholar Dr. MA Greenstein of The George Greenstein Institute and Dr Jorge Barraza, from the CGU Center for Neuroeconomics Studies at Claremont Colleges.

Challenge Research Themes 2015: Attention, Engagement and Screen Cultures

What: We aim to incentivize arts and neuroscience research in our youth. This year’s

Inventio!Brains Prize is cash award + a one day lab visit to the Zak Lab at the Center for Neuroeconomic Studies. The prize will go to a collaborative team of budding architects, filmmakers, creatives, artists, neuroscientists and technologists to innovate in brain/mind research.

Who’s Eligible: Collaborative teams of undergrads or graduating seniors majoring in neuroscience, media/film arts, fine arts, tech/engineering, literature or areas of computational/gaming technology under the aegis of a mentor from a college, university or high school lab or studio.

Inventio!Brains Prize winners will receive recognition as a GGI Fellow. This includes opportunities to be in dialogue with the GGI Brain Trust Advisory Board made up of our award-winning researchers in neuroscience, bio-ethics, bioengineering, urban youth education research, architecture and performing arts.

Research Designs and Projects will be juried by select members from the GGI Brain Trust and members from the professional neuroscience, film arts and design and technology community. A selected round of finalists will be interviewed by the juried board.
