			<description><![CDATA[The University of Mary Washington men's and women's cross country teams each finished second at the 2008 Capital Athletic Conference Championships, hosted by UMW at Indian Acres in Thornburg, Va., on Saturday. Junior Frank DeVar won the men's overall race and sophomore Hayley Sullivan won the women's race, and each were named CAC Runner of the Year. Freshman Justin Mullen was the men's CAC Rookie of the Year, finishing 13th overall, and Stan Soper was named the women's Coach of the Year.]]></description>
