			<title><![CDATA[Rowell Again Named CAC Softball Player of the Week]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[Mary Washington senior pitcher KIRSTEN ROWELL (Alexandria, Va./Mount Vernon) and Salisbury junior catcher LAUREN BRENNEMAN (York, Pa./Central York) were each named the CAC Softball Players of the Week for the second time this season after leading their teams last week.
	Rowell suffered a 1-0 loss to Messiah, but allowed just three hits and no walks while fanning 10.  Later in the week, the UMW senior struck out 12 and allowed just one hit and no walks in a win over Gallaudet.
	Brenneman batted .700 (7-for-10) with two doubles, a triple and a homer, scored eight runs and knocked in nine scores as Salisbury went 4-0 last week, including doubleheader sweeps against CAC rivals Wesley and Hood.
