Gooseberries and movie stars!! Well, this should have been the title of this post..huh, missed it

Well, I believe that movie stars (esp the ones mentioned in the post) play a big role in spoiling our society. If you sample some of their movies, hooligans will be glorified, and vandalism and destruction of trees not done on special effects! One of the big stars’ movie glorified the cutting of trees to block traffic…and that star is none other than Super Star!!! Need I say more on the others?

Bonjour India just happened to be the vehicle on which I liked to voice my views. It so happens that these kind of events are very much an exclusive affair and I get kinda put off by that.

As for my job…nothing about it is a secret…but this is not the forum to discuss it I suppose

Hey Naren…these pics are really captured well. I do like your themes. Pls elaborate on the connection between gooseberries and movie stars. Am I missing some cultural nuance here? However…the pics are simply superb!

Dear Shalini,

I am not sure, how I missed this blog of yours. I dont remember seeing a tweet from you mentioning about the blog.

I can understand how embarassing it would be a minority among minorities. Why, wasnt the Bonjour India not marketed or promoted properly? Who were the organizers? Its a shame that we are not, in some cases, at least, not doing things professionally.

But, am interested to know more about your new job, which have been keeping as a secret, per se!!

”Internet-fuelled aqualungs”!!! What a beautiful phrase. I am too caught up with that phrase. And now enlightenment dawns…..how could I not guess that it would be you Myths. Its so very you. The whole comment. Its very exhilirating…yes and like all things I write with the first flush of emotion that comes to me. Probably if I let it be and came back to it later it might be more…somehow rational. But then…. on the other hand I just might not write at all you know! . As for the pull of the net…. I think or rather presume we are all fighting the same fight. Its draw and the limits we have to draw. Especially true of the social media.

Yes, it’s interesting to resurface in somebody’s life using internet-fuelled aqualungs. Exhilarating, though you often find yourself bobbing up and down beside people you barely knew earlier. Sometimes I wonder about those friends of mine whom I was closer to in the past, but haven’t managed to find in the present. Ah, the net has changed my world more than I can control.
