With only a micro-managing boss, a well-meaning but slightly clueless security guard, and a cast of rebellious patients as her day-to-day companions, it can be a lonely existence for our stressed-out shrink. <title>Change and Challenge for Entrepreneurs and Innovators</title>

<description>Jeff Sandefer runs an energy investment firm, Sandefer Capital Partners, that holds over a billion dollars in assets. For the last sixteen years, Mr. Sandefer has also taught entrepreneurship at the graduate level. Four years ago Mr. Sandefer and a band of successful entrepreneurs left a nationally recognized program they had built at the University of Texas to start the Acton School of Business. For two consecutive years, Acton was rated among the top MBA programs in the country by the Princeton Review, which called its students the "most competitive" MBAs in America and rated the faculty in the top three in the nation.

<description>Commander Robert Green (Royal Navy, Ret.) delivers the 2011 Frank K. Kelly Lecture on Humanity's Future. Commander Green is the author of a recent book entitled “Security Without Nuclear Deterrence.” As a bombardier-navigator in the British Royal Navy,  Green was involved in many flights with nuclear weapons on board. After thinking critically about the human and environmental consequences of using such weapons, he began developing his philosophy of national security without reliance on nuclear weapons.
