Not sure about making one. My best one fell over on the tripod and stopped working. Just got my old 'yukon ranger' very poor quality, ripped out the lens and replaced it with a old 35mm camera lens (must be 1.2 or? less) Theres a guy near me that makes his own, just brilliant quality - his youtube name is 'itakeyourphoto' check it out, just brilliant quality. I think he uses 3 intensifiser tubes. Just so sharp. All home made.

Close encounters with Okanagan UFOs captured on video

Just in time for the Victoria Day long weekend, new video from the British Columbia interior shows three distinct instances in which UFOs apparently respond to light signals from the ground. Recorded at a remote canyon in the Okanagan region of the Columbia River Basin, the video documents highlights from a recent four night sky watch event hosted by local Vancouver UFO videographer Les Murzsa.

The term Close Encounters of the Fifth Kind (CE5) is used by UFO researchers to describe instances of cooperative communications between humans and extraterrestrial intelligences.

Lake of Mysteries
Reports of UFOs from the Okanagan region include a 1952 Summerland incident in which a UFO was observed “boating” across Lake Okanagan, famed home to the reported Ogopogo cryptid.

The Water Element
While there is no lake inside of the area termed “UFO Canyon” by the video, there is abundant underground spring water and a stream. The “Canyon” Hexagram of the I Ching also shows two “Water” trigrams stacked in series, with an internal chamber that invokes the reported “underground bases” described extensively in UFOlogy.

The K’an trigrams are composed of an unbroken line between two broken lines, invoking the concept of a stream that flows through a ravine, or canyon.

One source claims that Statistics Canada data shows over 17% of the approximately 2.5 million people living in the metropolitan area are ethnic Chinese, with ethnic Chinese accounting for nearly 30% of the City of Vancouver’s population in a report from 2001. In this reporter's opinion, Taoist philosophy (including study of the Ba Gua trigrams) continues to be culturally relevant in a population with a reputation for relying upon Feng Shui numerology when identifying prospective real estate investments.

Cause and Effect
Establishing causality is an important topic in science, law, the humanities and theology. Causality is the relationship between two events in a continuous timeline, in which the second event is understood to be a consequence of the first.

The first event is the cause; the second, the effect.

The Okanagan UFO video shows a continuous timeline of events in three instances where a light is shone from the ground in the direction of unknown aerial vehicles. The shining the light is the first event, or cause. The effect is then captured in unambiguous detail when the UFOs magnify their luminous output in ways that are demonstrated to be inconsistent with behaviors observed prior to the light intervention.

These recordings provide significant evidence for communications with intelligences who while operating advanced technologies in the earth’s atmosphere remain unknown to conventional mainstream science education (including Telus World of Science’s LEGO Castle Adventure).

Satellites, passenger jets, propeller airplanes, drones, helicopters, birds, insects and the planet Venus do not magnify their luminous output in the ways shown in the video.

SecretMessageTV’s Jon Kelly says that production for a feature-length UFO Mountain will continue with a release date to be announced later this year. The weekly series has drawn over 12,000 views on YouTube since it launched on January 27, 2012.

Clearing the Air

In his statement to the press, the former CBS Radio feature producer remarked that “Although YouTube has done a lot for the online video community, I have been made aware on more than one occasion how a seemingly arbitrary heavy-handedness has characterized their relationship with small independent online content producers."

While publishing on YouTube ensures access to the Internet’s largest audience for online video content, Jon Kelly believes that continuous improvements to the popular site remain possible. “There is a lot that YouTube could be doing to ensure a ‘family friendly’ environment for audiences. The site appears to be focussed on spamming content creators with form letters instead.”

Permission Granted

Citing one incident as part of a “disturbing “ pattern of events, Mr. Kelly stated how ECETI’s James Gilliland provided permission in writing for the inclusion of video clips he has recorded within UFO Mountain episodes. “Any reasonable person who read the email that was provided to YouTube and followed up with Mr. Gilliland using the contact information provided would be able to determine that such permission exists in a way that satisfies any reasonable standard.”

Instead of resolving this issue by following up with Mr. Gilliland, Mr. Kelly claims that YouTube has resorted to spamming SecretMessageTV with form letters as a way of demanding compliance with their terms.

“Obviously this has nothing to do with protecting the rights of copyright holders. Meanwhile, productions that explore cutting-edge topics in the emerging sciences are exposed to online harassment and ridicule from account holders on YouTube whose only apparent purpose on the site is to create feelings of revulsion and disgust.”

If Mr. Kelly’s concerns are true, why isn’t the video social networking site applying the same apparent heavy-handedness to policing these reported elements that are anti-social by design?

The implied double-standard brings into question what could be described as core values of online distribution platforms permissive of such harassment-intensive environments along with the role that YouTube plays in determining the future of online media.

San Bruno, California-based YouTube is Alexa ranked as the third most popular website both globally and amongst U.S. internet audiences with over 3.5 million sites linking in.

8. UFOs Over Romania News Reports: Captured On Security Camera

This clip is in Romanian, of which I do not speak, but the video footage appears to have been captured with a person’s residential surveillance camera. You’ll see white orbs in the sky, certainly “unidentified”.

7. Slow Moving UFO Caught On Security Camera

Here a security camera catches a white light moving fairly slowly across the sky. I’m not sure what it looks like to me, but I will say that it does NOT look like a plane, helicopter, or anything you might normally see emitting light in the sky.

6. UFO Video Shot at Nellis AFB from 1995

Taken in 1995 by a security camera at Nellis Air Force Base in Nevada, this footage shows a very oddly shaped moving object in the sky. It gets closer as the video progresses.

5. UFO - Russian UFO's On Surveillance Camera

This is footage taken from a surveillance camera in Russia from 2009. It’s interesting that the first light you see in the sky (with some sort of light wave tail thing…) is followed by another light, seemingly moving at the same speed. You can see about 1 ½ minutes into it some guy spots it and they all go over to look at it.

4. UFO Spotted Using a Police Security Cameras (Edinburgh Scotland UK)

This was captured using a controllable police security camera. Here you’ll see a slow moving dark object in the sky spotted in the UK. It’s pretty creepy with the music in the background…

3. UFO Over Jing Xian, China. CCTV- 4 News Reports

This is all in Chinese, but I imagine they are simply saying that they don’t know what it is. Although technically this wasn’t recorded using a Security/CCTV camera (CCTV in this case meaning “China Central Television” vs. “Closed Circuit Television”), I still thought it was a good one to include on the list.

2. UFO NASA's Unexplained Tether Overload Incident

There was a “tether” that broke off a space shuttle in the 90’s that was miles long. This is a recording of the broken tether floating in space taken from another space shuttle. You can see lots of unidentified flying objects floating around it, with strange movements.

1. Space Shuttle STS-80 UFO Sighting

Watch closely on this video shot from the space shuttle mission “STS-80”, as a ring of UFOs appear. You’ll want to watch this one a couple of times.

I put this up as #1 as I thought it was the most intriguing. I don’t know about that goofy guy talking at the beginning, saying things like “They are saying to us, Look at us… look how clever we are…” referring to the terrestrial beings operating these UFOs, but I will say that it’s very difficult to describe what it is your seeing, especially at the end when you see a light appear in the middle of the formation.

Standing on back deck on phone with mother, had just witnessed 3 planes going over house from West to East, was just commenting to my mother about the planes when I saw a large white light coming from the west slowly moving towards me over the house heading east, it seemed to hover directly over me, then slowly kept heading east, but there was absolutely no sound, just dead silence. I told my mother that it was odd not to see any other lights, green or red as is on a plane, just a solid, brilliant white light.

"It looked like a glass ball with an arc welder's light inside of it," said Klug, who grew up in Pasco and has lived in Burbank for 26 years. I can't believe most people think this creative invention is not real; that it is an animation. I remember in 1971, in NYC, where I lived at the time, street vendors suddenly started selling a plastic bird which had an elastic that you wound up and then it took off and flew by flapping its wings. A man in France had invented, patented, manufactured and sold millions of them. It was quite a sensation, in all the media. The novelty was that no one had EVER invented something that actually flew by flapping wings like a bird. The secret was the oval wing action at the shoulder that allowed the wing to catch air, press it down, and then bring the wing forward without catching the air. The repeated strokes downward allowed the model bird to rise. For thousands of years no one had ever figured it out. If you have ever gone swimming, you get the idea.

Worried about an asteroid hitting the Earth?

Scientists at Los Alamos National Laboratory in New Mexico presented a simulation of what would happen if a one-megaton bomb were detonated on the surface of an asteroid 500 metres in diameter.

The simulation, powered by 32,000 computer processors to handle the necessary calculations, concluded that the resulting explosion would prevent it from slamming into the planet.

"Ultimately this one-megaton blast will disrupt all of the rocks in the rockpile of this asteroid, and if this were an Earth-crossing asteroid, would fully mitigate the hazard represented by the initial asteroid itself," said Los Alamos scientist Bob Weaver.

A Colombian photojournalist on assignment in Barrancabermeja captured the image of a UFO as it sped past him while he was photographing the oil town from a nearby hilltop.

The image shows a fairly clear depiction of the unidentified flying object, which looks like the classic "Close Encounters" type of round, silvery flying saucer. It was flying very fast, and less than a mile away from his position.

Mystery Explosion Seen On Live Traffic Cam

Mystery Explosion Seen On Live Traffic Cam In Phoenix and Strange Flashes of Light Seen Around the World in General

2012, marks the 15th anniversary of the Phoenix Lights Incident in which many residents of Phoenix, Arizona witnessed strange lights in a "V" formation hovering over a large portion of the city. To this day, no credible explanation has been offered from anyone on what they might have been. Interestingly, in the few days previous to this incident there were more than several reports of UFOs, and strange lights made from most of the southwestern US, some of which resembled the "V" shape of the Phoenix Lights.

More recently on 03/08/2012, during a live traffic report on KSAZ-TV, what appeared to be a bright flash of light from a distant explosion appeared in the background on the live traffic cam. It can be viewed at the following link.

To the time of this writing, no explanation has been given for the flash. No explosions, blown electrical transformers, or anything that could have produced the flash has been reported.

In analyzing the light from the video, it resembles the bright flashes of light and spherical shapes of the bomb blasts during both US led wars in Iraq.

It couldn't have been an explosion however, because the resulting noise and shock wave produced from such a blast would have resulted in hundreds of calls to 9-11 not to mention the damage at the focal point.

This brings us to yet another strange phenomenon that will go unexplained by science and never again, reported on by the media. Unlike the strange sounds phenomenon in which most cases can be dismissed as hoaxes, this incident was videotaped thus, proving something had to cause the flash and that the flash itself was real.

There are many plausible explanations for strange light experiences seen in the sky ranging from meteors, space trash reentering the atmosphere, to increased sunspot activity. However, these only mostly explain streaks of light or balls of light seen in the sky which many mistake for UFOs. The Phoenix Flash couldn't have been caused by any of the above mentioned because the light seemed to originate from the ground. If a piece of space trash or meteor was responsible for the flash it would have had to have been several hundred miles away making the flash appear to be at ground level on the horizon. This explanation falls apart, due to the fact that if such a distant celestial object were responsible for the flash in Phoenix there would have been many reports of a strange flash of light seen. Reports should have come from Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and San Diego to the west since the flash was seen looking west, but no such reports were made on that night.

The only plausible explanation that holds any credibility would be that it may have been the result of a static electrical discharge produced by agitated protons and neutrons in the atmosphere caused by the dramatic increase in solar activity.

Unlike the strange sounds phenomenon which is only less than a year old, reports of flashes of light in the night sky have been going on for centuries. Although most accounts involve spheres and shapes of some kind where the light was emitted, some light phenomena could have been caused by heat lightning. This phenomenon occurs mostly in a clear night time sky, where the observer experiences flashes of light that seemingly have no point of origin. This effect is created by thunderstorms several miles away where lightning in the upper cloud tops can be seen at great distances in the form of flashes of light at ground level.

Strange lights have been reported over the years in areas just prior to earthquakes. These lights are the result of static electricity discharged by the sudden fracture process of plate’s miles under ground.

The only explanation for the Phoenix Flash has to be that it was a ball of luminous plasma, visible for a split second, created by atmospheric agitation from solar activity. In such a case, it may even be possible that people in the vicinity of the flash wouldn't notice it because of the outward direction of light from the nucleus of the short lived plasma ball.

With 2012, being a huge year for solar activity, many more strange light effects can be expected in most parts of the world. Along with this fact, there seems to be a marked increase in fireball sightings of late. Aside from some of it being space trash, there appears to be an increase in meteor and natural space rocks responsible as well. This brings to mind the "mystery missile launch" off the coast of California on 11/10 where neither the Navy or Vandenberg Air Force Base would admit to launching a missile even though it was seen by thousands of people in So. California and the southwest and even recorded by CBS affiliate KCBS in LA. Since people in this area are very familiar with what a missile launch looks like, having viewed many over the years, and the clear proof seen in the video one wonders why they would want to cover it up. They could have just admitted to it and no one would have questioned the incident again, but since they refused to tell the truth about it this is in itself an example of a clandestine launch.

This incident was some two years ago. I believe the launch carried a nuclear warhead and was aimed at a distant asteroid that was on a direct collision course with earth. The target was more than likely millions of miles from earth at the time, and the resulting explosion from target impact was hidden behind a planet completely out of our view. The results of the asteroids destruction is now seen in increased fragments entering the earth's atmosphere and forming fireballs. This debris will likely be around for a while creating fantastic light shows.

Mysterious lights in the sky above Cave Creek, Arizona were recently recorded on video.

This V-shaped UFO was reportedly observed by multiple witnesses on February 19, 2012 near Cave Creek, a town just North of Phoenix. The video recorded shows an object in the night sky with multi-colored lights, which blink and dance in various patterns. Two videos of this UFO were recorded and submitted to the local chapter of the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) on February 26, 2012. Phoenix MUFON is currently investigating this case.

Chupacabras With Fangs, Wings Blamed For Sheep Deaths In Mexico

Michoacán's Diario ABC reported the strange deaths of 35 sheep in the town of Parácuaro. The incident occurred in the early morning hours of 1 March 2012. The boides presented claw and tooth injuries; the majority of the injuries were under the neck, as if sliced by a razor. The person who looked after the sheep pens stated that he saw the entity that attacked the animals: it had fangs, claws and wings, and moved very quickly.
