To date, however, no credible evidence has been found to substantiate these theories, and they remain firmly within the realm of speculation.

According to Buchanan, the bases are located beneath Mount Hayes in Alaska, Mount Zeil in Australia, Mount Nyangani in Zimbabwe, and the Pyrenees Mountains between Spain and France.

He claimed each facility served a different purpose. The Mount Hayes base allegedly functioned as an intelligence, gathering center where humans and extraterrestrials worked together monitoring activity on Earth. Mount Zeil was described as a UFO transportation hub or "port of entry" for friendly extraterrestrial visitors. The Mount Nyangani facility reportedly served as a repair and maintenance center for UFOs.
