Rebranding Your Wardrobe

2013-12-26T19:18:00.000-08:00

The New Year is a great time to rebrand and start the year with a more polished you . What more can show people your ready for a change than a new wardrobe. With the great sales after Christmas it is easy to grab a few key piece to fierce up your wardrobe.

1. You can never go wrong with a classic little black dress.

From H&M $20
http://www.hm.com/us/product/17210?article=17210-A#shopOrigin=SA

Or even this Hot Little Number

A Great Buy for only $10 at H&M

2. Every women needs a pair of killer blue jeans that fuses into their curves and makes a statement . Invest in some good jeans and they will last for a life time. When choosing your timeless blue jean think basic. Though fashion repeats it self , you don't want to be left with a pile of jeans your waiting to come back in style.Trendy is NOT the way to go! Keep it plain and you can wear your jeans all year long and years to come .

Bebe $89

Love these By Guess and they are only $32.47 Right now!

3. Never under estimate the White T . A white t-shirt can be dressed up or down any way you please . Throw on some accessories , or a blazer , heels , or tennis shoes. Those pearly pieces can be a life saver in "I Don't Know What To Wear" situations. And they are so cheap you can afford to have one for every occasion.

Forever 21 $3.80

4.Lastly you should always have a signature piece or in my case pieces . I am absolutely in lust with blazers as you may know from previous posts. So my signature is always some type of different looking blazer like this one from boohoo.com.

Boohoo $50

These are just a few ideas to help you get on track for the new super awesome you for 2014 or whenever you decide it's time for a change.

Congrats Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle Union!

2013-12-21T19:48:00.001-08:00

Congrats are in order for Gabrielle Union soon to be Wade and Dwyane. They are one of my favorite couples mainly for two reasons. 1. They are aesthetically matched perfectly and 2. They way more discreet than most celebrity couples. They have been dating for awhile so I think this union will have longevity !

Drunk In Love With Beyonce

2013-12-21T07:03:00.000-08:00

I have always been a Beyonce fan ! I loved her music but I wasn't a self proclaimed beehive occupant . But after she dropped her self tittle Visual album in Winter 2013 I must say I am drunk in love with Ms. Beyonce. The album is needless to say real , it shows her personality encompassing all the roles of a woman . You see her as a wife keeping it spicy with her husband, as a insecure woman , as a fierce I'm going to do me persona, I can talk on and on about the diversity of this compilation of art and life. A job well done and respect must be paid!

Singles to look out for :

--Yonce

--Drunk in Love

-- Mine
--- Blue

and countless others .

My boyfriend hates , that I spend so much time with my mother . Do you think it's a bad thing?

2012-04-07T09:53:00.000-07:00

Well depending on how long you have been with this particular boyfriend it may be a problem! There is defiantly nothing wrong with spending some quality time with your mother but obsessive quality time can be a issue. Are you with her more then him? Does she know everything about the relationship ? Does her advice affect the way you handle relationship situations? If you answered yes to even one of those questions, You should evaluate weather you want to really have a life with this man!!

When you are in a serious "healthy" relationship your boyfriend/Fiancé/ Husband becomes your new family. The purpose of dating is to find a person that YOU can create a home with.Your mom should understand !

Way to get that privacy B! So what's the future Divas name "Blue Ivy Carter". Still not sure about how I like the name , but I'm sure It will grow on me!

How To Love

2011-10-02T19:01:00.000-07:00

I'm real late on this , but i just checked out the Lil wayne Video and I must say that this is the best video he has ever made. It had a Message that speaks volumes to me . Growing up in a household where commitment and love between a male in a woman wasn't present . I really still don't know how to love someone the right way. I know I am getting personal on y'all but i'm just stating what people really don't think about before they jump into a relationship.

Uhh Im A Vegan? I Think

2011-09-28T14:51:00.000-07:00

Hello friends I think I am going Vegan well I think,I LOVE CHICKEN . I can make it 100 different ways and it makes me happy LoL. Well I was surfing the web and I came across the www.peta.org . Everyone has heard about this organization , but what is it really?

Its a very large organization that fight for animal rights. They want the slaughtering of animals to STOP as well as the Testing On animals. And I do mean ALL Animals from mice to cows!

So all this had me thinking what am I REALLY eating , when I really started looking into "whats on my plate " I was really upset at what I found take a look at the video I found .

So what do you think ARE You Still Eating Meat NOW?

Are You ready To Be Shocked !!!

Uhh YOU GOT TO BE KIDDING ME?

2011-09-22T17:17:00.000-07:00

OK , I usually like to keep my blog upbeat , but this is just some things I can't ignore!

Yesterday, in Jackson, Ga a man by the name of Troy Davis was strapped to a gurney in the death chamber and given lethal injection. What happened to land him in this terrible demise? He was charged for killing police officer Mark McPhail on Aug 19,1989. Before he was injected; his final word were

"I am innocent," Davis said moments before he was executed Wednesday night. "All I can ask ... is that you look deeper into this case so that you really can finally see the truth. I ask my family and friends to continue to fight this fight."

--- From CBS NEWS

This is a case that as been waiting for a end for 22 years, and though Troy Davis is no longer here . I believe that the case is still long from being over .

There is said to be no real evidence of the gun or bullets in his possession .The case against him consisted entirely of witness testimony which contained inconsistencies even at the time of the trial. Since then, all but two of the state's non-police witnesses from the trial have recanted or contradicted their testimony.-amnesty

My Take: This is my issue 22 years is a long time to convince yourself that you didn't do something and long enough for witness to have blurry memories. Im Not saying that he couldn't be innocent or guilty! Everyone is making this a RACE THING , I am a firm believer that racism does exist. BUT I don't think this is one of those things. He might have been in the wrong place at the wrong time but everyone is not looking at it from everyones point of view.

I will Continue On Next Post where Im going with This!!!

Uhh Sean What Happened !

2011-05-31T21:54:00.000-07:00

OK when I first Herd this story I reluctant to report it. But it has been confirmed Sean Kingston has been in a Jet ski accident and Currently hospitalized .
"Sean Kingston remains hospitalized in critical condition and hooked up to a ventilator with a tube inserted in his throat after a jet-ski accident in Miami, but his rep tells MTV News, "He is aware of what is going on around him," adding that the singer "is sedated but fully conscious."

What happen that made him lose control? I really don't know , But I really hope he gets better.

What Do You Think?

2011-05-21T21:59:00.000-07:00

SOooooo this is like the 6th or 7th time Kelly Rowland has try to come out of Beyonce's shadow. Many many failed attempts. She's a Beautiful woman, great voice , but for some reason I just don't get that star quality from her. She can't really dance and she's kinda boney lol....... No; But seriously with this new Song that's climbing the charts, while Beyonce's song is sinking . I can't get it out my mind. I hear it everywhere I Turn.
Do you think this is it? Is she going to finally be her own star ?
