This privacy policy outlines how ujusansa.com will use and protect any and all information that you provide us when you utilize our website, call, or plan a booking with ujusansa.com. We work hard to protect your privacy. Any information that we might ask you to provide through our website, phone, or email that could lead to your identification will only be used as indicated in this privacy statement.

We will occasionally update our policies on this page. Please check back periodically to make sure that you are happy with any changes.

ujusansa.com keeps, safeguards your information in accordance with Protection of Personal Data Act (ZVOP-1-UPB1).

Depending on the level of interaction of the user (visitor, registered user, participant in a surf camp) on our site, we collect the following information:

first and last name,

birthday,

address,

e-mail address

phone number

user name

password in encrypted form,

and other information that users enter into forms on ujusansa.com.

At the beginning of each visit to ujusansa.com each user is assigned a session cookie for his identification and for recording of any submited information such as login information, votes in online polls and displying who is currently active on the website. Some permanent cookies can also be saved on your computer such as Google Analytics cookies.

All information (except cookies) is stored permanently on the server ujusansa.com. Session cookies are stored in the server's memory only for the duration of the visit and are deleted after one hour of inactivity. Permanent cookies are stored on the visitor's computer.

In the case of making a payment via Moneybookers payment system they also collect some personal and financial information such as information on payment cards. ujusansa.com may use some of the collected information in anonymised form for purposes of statistical analysis.

We are not responsible for the accuracy of the information that you enter on this website. If you deem any information that we are holding on you as incorrect or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible so that we may promptly correct any information that is found to be inaccurate.

We will not sell, distribute, or lease any information that you provide us, with the exception of information given for booking purposes, without your permission or are required by law to do so. The only circumstance in which your information would be used would be to send you our promotional materials, that we think would be to your benefit.

User data collected on ujusansa.com will only be disclosed if such action is determined by law or in the good faith that such action is necessary for the proceedings before the courts or other state authorities or to protect legitimate interests of ujusansa.com.

PAYING IN CASH

If you happen to be in the neighborhood you can also pay in cash. This will get you a discount of 3%. The discount will be taken into consideration at the payment of the total price. For the discount to be put into effect, the payment in cash is necessary for the deposit as well as for the remainder of the payment.

How to pay?
Visit our head office at Pražakova 12 in Ljubljana, and pay for the surf or snow camp required. We are opened Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 12:00.

TERMS OF SERVICE AND CANCELLATION POLICY

DEPOSIT

Payment of the deposit assures you the participation in the chosen Ujusansa camp. The purpose of the deposit is to attract only serious candidates. The deposit is not returned in case of your cancellation but it can be used for another Ujusansa camp within a one year period. If Ujusansa camp is canceled from our side, then you get your deposit back. At the reservation of the participation in any Ujusansa camp the deposit in the amount of 50€ has to be paid within 7 days after you fill out the application form.

SURFING

The rest of the payment has to be paid 14 days prior to departure. In case of the candidate's cancellation of the participation in a Surf Camp the payment will be returned in interdependence with the time of the cancellation:
1.    Up to 14 days prior to the departure the entire payment excluding the deposit will be returned
2.    Up to 7 days prior to the departure 60% of the payment will be returned
3.    Up to 3 days prior to the departure 30% of the payment will be returned
4.    Less then 3 days prior to the departure no payment will be returned

SKIING, SNOWBOARDING AND SNOW CAMPS & TRIPS

The rest of the payment has to be paid 21 days prior to departure. In case of the candidate's cancellation of the participation in a Snow Camp the payment will be returned in interdependence with the time of the cancellation:
1.    90 days prior to the departure 90% of the price of the snow camp without the lift ticket price will be returned
2.    90-22 days prior to the departure 70% of the price of the snow camp without the lift ticket price will be returned
3.    21-15 days prior to the departure 50% of the price of the snow camp without the lift ticket price will be returned
4.    14-8 days prior to the departure 20% of the price of the snow camp without the lift ticket price will be returned
5.    7-1 days prior to the departure 0% of the price of the snow camp without the lift ticket price will be returned
6.    On the day of departure or later 0% of the price of the snow camp without the lift ticket price will be returned

MISCELLANEOUS

In case of the cancellation of the participation in the Ujusansa camps all the expenses resulting the application regardless the cancellation will have to be covered. In all cases of the cancellation, when the candidate cancels the participation and finds another candidate on his own, the whole payment will be returned.

THE POSSIBILITY OF CANCELLATION MADE BY UJUSANSA

Ujusansa reserves the right to cancel the definite camp (in case of not enough applications, other unforeseeable circumstances etc.). In that case one can apply to some other Ujusansa camp or one can cancel the participation for the whole return of the payment (including deposit).

INSURANCE

The insurance of the cancellation of the participation of the Ujusansa camp is possible. The cost of 20€ needs to be paid in advance. The insurance covers the expenses risen from the cancellation of the participation, which means that the whole payment will be returned. The insurance can be put into effect only with the presentation of a health certificate.
