Level3 have a master ticket reference logged for this incident and are working to restore service. The extent of the issue is unknown at present and is currently non service affecting but we must engage our DC Engineer to investigate this at the times above as an emergency, giving as much notice as possible to all customers, and to avoid a prolonged outage at a later time.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We will endeavour to prevent any outage to your service, however, depending on our findings. Engineer’s findings we may need to go intrusive on our equipment. Because this is a DC issue, for health and safety reasins we must treat this with the highest priority. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The UK Grid circuit is protected however based on the fact that the above could mean their equipment has some kind of fault we are taking this notification as an AT RISK issue.
