David Beckham appears topless on July issue of Elle magazine

British association footballer David Beckham has become the first solo male to appear on the cover page of the Elle UK magazine July issue. The footballer has posed topless for the magazine with his irresistible body.

Beckham has appeared on the magazine to mark the beginning of the London 2012 Olympic Games which are all set to begin on July 27, 2012. The 37 year old footballer is seen topless on the cover as he comes out of the pool with his jeans soaked in water.

David appeared quite candid on the cover but expressed that he would be a little shy. Beckham said, “How would I sum myself up? I don’t know, I prefer other people to do that. Erm… a little bit shy.”

While talking about featuring the footballer, the Elle editor Lorraine Candy said, “David Beckham is a national hero. He is an icon and Elle is known for featuring icons on its cover.” Candy added that this is the first on them on the newsstand and that David is loved by men as well as women. The editor added, Anyway, who doesn’t want to see a picture of one of the world’s most handsome men on the front cover of a magazine? The July issue of Elle UK is all set to hit the stands on May 30, 2012.

Joshua Pascoe arrested with allegations of sexual assault

Actor Joshua Pascoe, known for playing the role of Ben Mitchell in Eastenders, has now been arrested with alleged sexual assault. Media reports claimed that the 16 year old actor was questioned by the officers in south London on May 24, 2012 and was later freed on bail.

Sources have revealed that the mother of the actor is very upset and that fact that he is just 16 years old due to which his arrest has upset the whole family. According to Met police, “A 16-year-old boy was arrested on May 24 in connection with an allegation of sexual assault. He has been bailed to return to a North London police station on July 31.”

On May 25, 2012 a spokesperson from BBC said that they were aware of all the allegations. Joshua in the year 2010, first appeared as the son of Phil Mitchell on the soap. The actor was the fourth actor to play the role of a troubled teen named Ben.

In the soap Ben was kidnapped and was abused by his father’s girlfriend and clashed with his father for being homosexual. After the separation of the actor’s parents, he has been living with his father Gary in south London.

Keira Knightly gets engaged to boyfriend James Righton

English actress and model Keira Knightly is now engaged to her boyfriend James Righton. The couple had been dating for about 15 months and the engagement was confirmed by the spokesperson of the actress, who said that she has accepted Righton’s proposal.

The 27 year old actress started dating the 28 year old keyboard player, after they were being introduced by a mutual friend Alexa Chung. Knightly’s representative said, ‘I can confirm that Keira is engaged to be married to James Righton.’

But the secrecy was maintained and the spokesperson refused to reveal further details. The couple started dating last year and have always kept their relationship under wraps and are also yet to pose together on a red carpet.

But still the couple has been spotted many times in a casual mood. They were even photographed near their East London home. The actress has earlier dated her co-star Rupert Friend for five years but called off their relationship in January 2011. Knightly also dated Irish model Jamie Dornan and split in the year 2005. After appearing in the movie ‘Bend It Like Beckham’ the actress has become a big star in Hollywood. While Righton is a keyboard player from a London based indie band Klaxons.

Una Healy shares daughter Aoife Belle’s pictures

Irish singer and song writer, who gave birth to a daughter, Aoife Belle Foden on March 13, 2012, posted the picture of her little bundle of joy. Una posted a cute picture of her ten week old daughter in a polka dot dress and a bow on her hair to match with.

The singer left her daughter with her to-be mother-in-law before she left for her hen weekend. Una wrote, “grandma Foden is in for a treat she is soooo cute today!!”

Una will soon be getting hitched to her rugby player Ben Foden in a ceremony in Tipperary in the month of June. Looking at the picture of little Aoife it seems like she too is walking on her mother’s footsteps and looks picture perfect.

With the first picture of Belle, Una added a caption, ‘Little poser!! ’. In another picture the little one is seen sitting back while she looks in to the camera to give a smile. The singer is preparing for her hen party and said that she felt guilty while leaving her daughter with her would be mother-in-law. Post delivery, the new mommy has managed to get back in shape and will have no problem to fit in her best wedding dress.

British singer and song writer Jessie J, came out at the red carpet of the Cannes Film Festival to make sure that she caught attention. The singer arrived in a striking red leopard print dress.

Jessie’s efforts paid off as she managed to turn heads at the red carpet on May 24, 2012. She was seen wearing a floor length dress with reveals slits either side along with one over her chest.

Jessie this time also ditched her usual quirky hairdos and also kept her make up minimal and simple. The singer also maintained the classic Hollywood theme with the bright red lipstick.

Jessie even performed for the guests at the Hotel de Cap in Cap D’Antibes. Despite the fact that the singer appeared for a job, Jessie seemed to have enjoyed her red carpet time as she responded to the cameras and offered plenty of opportunities for the shutterbugs to take a good picture. Jessie also seemed excited and satisfied with her outfit as she posted a picture of her outfit for her fans with the caption, ‘Red Carpet done now to sing to the most beautiful group of people I’ve ever seen. Woah!’. Jessie was also seen enjoying the stage by often baring her legs, from her daring slits.

Robbie Williams and wife Ayda to have a baby girl

English singer and song writer, Robbie Williams revealed that his wife Ayda is pregnant with a girl. The singer is super excited about being a dad for the first time.

The to-be father said that he is super excited to become a dad. While speaking at the press launch for his soccer aid vent raising money for UNICEF, the star announced, “Are you ever ready to be a daddy? Are you ever ready to be a mummy?”

Williams continued to say, “It’s coming whether we are or not but we’re really really looking forward to it” The singer arrived at Mexico to see the work the soccer aid charity event helped raise money for.

Robbie continued to say that the kids do not have any idea who he is but usually of you bring a ball and invent some sort of game then they are happy to play and laugh. William added that he loves that bit and he loves to be around the kids and that he cannot wait to play with his own kid. The singer was also asked of he would teach his little girl some football tricks he joked that he would also teach her karate and kickboxing.

British band, One Direction’s member Harry Styles, has revealed that his fellow member harry Styles and actress Emily Atack have called off their relationship. Louis revealed about the split to Daily Mirror.

Louis was asked of who enjoyed the most female company, to which he replied, “Do I even need to say who? However, the 18 year old has showed no signs of sadness when he appeared on the red carpet for ‘Men In Black 3’ in New York.

Despite carrying his new single status, Styles wore a fixed smile on his face throughout the time when he was on the red carpet. The band member was also seen joking around with his band mates as they played with the plastic water pistols.

Styles appeared in New York after they flew to the US this week to continue their tour. Harry’s emotions might be difficult to catch but it is sure that the relationship does not exist anymore. It is now clear that Harry is back in to the market and even posed with Nicole Scherzinger who stars in MIB 3. Nicole looked stunning as usual and seemed more than happy to pose with the British band.

Caroline Flack hospitalized just before filming for The X Factor

English TV presenter and the host of ‘The X Factor’ Caroline Flack was on May 22, midnight rushed to the hospital. The presenter was just a few hours before the show was rushed to the hospital when she was due to film on ‘The X Factor’ for the first auditions.

Flack fell ill when she was at her hotel in Liverpool. The presenter was reportedly feeling unwell, feverish and delirious and did not know what was going on with her.

She also had feared that she might have to miss the first show. But fortunately the presenter was treated at the hospital for a suspected allergic reaction and sent back home.

So Flack did not miss the show and appeared at the Echo Arena in Liverpool. But then Flack suffered a relapse shortly and the production had to then call for a doctor for further treatment. Despite being unwell, the presenter managed to be strong and upbeat and posted on Twitter, ‘After a VERY long night we are up and ready to roll! First auditions in Liverpool….. And a new judge!’ and, more recently, joking, ‘Great day at auditions. Good work TEAM XTRA! No near death experiences next time yeh?’ Caroline was also seen cheering and joking with the fans at the venue.

Cheryl Cole suffers wardrobe malfunction at ‘What to Expect when Your Expecting’ premiere

English pop singer Cheryl Cole on May 22, 2012 appeared to have suffered a wardrobe malfunction when she turned up at the premiere of ‘What To Expect when Your Expecting’. The singer’s stick on bra seemed to have popped out to come free out of her dress by Victoria Beckham.

The 28 year old with the movie has made her movie debut and plays the role of a judge of a celebrity dance off competition. The singer seemed obvious that her stick on bra came off free and popped out of her dress. But still the singer looked fabulous in the dress, which made her look slim.

At the premiere, the singer was joined by co-star Cameron Diaz at London’s BFI IMAX cinema. The former X Factor panellist took her Twitter account to expressed that she had a great time at the event.

Cole tweeted, ”Morning .. Was really nice to meet/see some of you yesterday @ the What to expect when your expecting premier ! Such a Good film btw. (sic)” However, the singer even warned the other viewers who were planning to watch the movie that it is quite emotional. The movie ‘What to Expect When Your Expecting’ also stars Jennifer Lopez, Matthew Morison and Chris Rock.

The X Factor kicks off in Liverpool with Geri Halliwell

The much awaited series of the singing reality show ‘The X Factor’ has started off in Liverpool. Guest judge Geri Halliwell made a grand entry at the auditions. The former spice girl star has joined the judging panel which has Louis Walsh, Gary Barlow and Tulisa at the red carpet event.

Geri was seen sitting on the top of the car to address the crowd with a mega phone. The singer was seen in a blue lace dress and later joined the rest of the judges on the press run.

The official Twitter feed of the show commented, “La Halliwell come over all Marilyn gives us all a master-class in how to make an entrance…” Reports say that the 39 year old singer has been brought as a replacement of Kelly Rowland.

Some of the reports which surfaced earlier this week suggested that the Liverpool auditions for Geri will be like her trial run for the job. Sources from the production unit said that Geri is not just a guest judge but is the judge in the waiting. The makers of the show want her to be on the job. The singer will be observed during her trial on the show.
