The medical community is starting to agree on the fact
  that chronic inflammation often starts in your gut, the biggest part

Even  though these oils are advertised as healthy and trans-fat free, turns  out &lt;u&gt;the  heavy refining which they go through destroy the healthy&lt;/u&gt; &lt;u&gt;fats and  turn them into highly inflammatory by-products.&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;5)  Pasteurized dairy.&lt;/b&gt; 75% of the world’s population is intolerant to lactose.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
That’s  because the pasteurization process destroys 
the healthy bacteria and  enzymes in raw milk, and make this popular 
beverage very hard to  digest.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
In my experience, most people feel like a million  
bucks when drinking less pasteurized milk or ditching it  altogether.&lt;br /&gt;

And I’m not talking about interval cardio, although the weight-training method I’ve been preaching has an HIIT feel to it. It burns more fat and pumps up your muscles like crazy too. Here’s the drill:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
You take a weight with which you can get 15 reps, but you only do 10; rest 30 seconds, then do it again—and so on for four sets. On the fourth set, you go to failure, and if you get 10 reps, you increase the weight on the exercise at your next workout. Notice how those sets are like intervals with short breaks between—you can even pace between sets to burn extra calories, but there’s more.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Fat-burning pathway 1: While that training style does great things for muscle growth, via myofibrillar and sarcoplasmic expansion, you also get loads of muscle burn. That lactic acid pooling has a spiking effect on your growth hormone output—and GH is a potent fat burner. Fire up muscle burning to get your GH churning. (GH also amplifies other anabolic hormones, so it effects both muscle and rippedness.)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Fat-burning pathway 2: If you do the reps correctly on every set, you’ll also get myofibrillar trauma. The myofibrils are the force-generating strands in muscle fibers. By “damaging” them with slower, controlled negative strokes, you force the need for extra energy during recovery. In other words, your body runs hotter while you’re out of the gym as it revs to repair the microtears.&lt;br /&gt;

To attain that extra fat-burning trauma, use one-second positives and three-second negatives on all 10 reps of all four sets. On a bench press that’s one second up and three seconds down. It’s the slow lowering that will produce the metabolic momentum after your workout. (That rep speed will also give you 40 seconds of tension time on every set, an ideal hypertrophic TUT.)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Fat-burning pathway 3: Now if you really want to get some blubber-busting microtrauma, try your last set of a F4X sequence in X-centric style. That’s one-second positives and six-second negatives. You may have to reduce the weight, but it will be worth it. Try for eight of those, 56 seconds of tension time, and you should feel the results the next day. Your muscles will be aching, but it’s a good indication that fat is baking.&lt;br /&gt;

It’s nearly impossible to go to the gym and NOT see someone doing an exercise or stretch incorrectly. When trying to stretch the hamstrings many people create unnecessary stress on their lumbar spine by reaching for their toes from a standing position. This obvious bend in the thoracic spine (or mid back area) puts both the pelvis and hamstrings into poor position for a proper stretch and breaks the natural curve of the back causing the lower back far too much strain.&lt;br /&gt;

One of the most popular exercises done in any gym is the Deadlift. Without getting into the many variations of the lift, let’s focus on the crucial elements of the movement itself. Whenever a person performs a lift or exercise, having a neutral spine is essential. Try to always maintain perfect spinal alignment in all phases of the lift.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
That being said, you shouldn’t be cocking your head awkwardly back to look forward when getting into position with the bar, rather look at your eyebrows with your head and neck in line with your torso.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The other huge problem with the Deadlift is the hyper extension of the body at the top of the lift. When trying to fully contract the glutes and legs, people will lean backwards and look up, again putting their body in poor alignment and leading to undo harmful stress on their lower back. The Bent-Over Barbell Row is notoriously done improperly. Many people have a difficult time with pelvic tilting (posterior and anterior) and don’t realize how to position themselves while their body is under loads. Many people, unfortunately, don’t have the capacity to “turn on” certain muscles so assuming various positions seems almost impossible to them.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The thoracic spine or mid back is absorbing all the tension and putting the lower back into a very stressful situation. Anyone who does this routinely will be in discomfort and at serious risk of back injury.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The best way to correct this poor body position is to shift the pelvic girdle and assume an athletic stance. Think of a linebacker in the ready position on the football field. Hips are bent, knees are bent and the butt is pushed back creating a long and strong spine. The weight has now shifted to the appropriate back and leg muscles for optimal lifting position.&lt;br /&gt;

Let’s now look at the proper technique for this exercise. When done with the proper mechanics, the exercise looks much less dangerous for the lower back. Notice the mid back area is now in line from head to buttocks. It is obvious that the legs and back muscles are properly engaged to handle the load and keep the back free from pain. The body is technically in an athletic position also known in sports as the “ready position.”&lt;br /&gt;

Enter the “King” of all leg movements, the Squat. Again, there are several variations of the squat and without getting into all of them, let’s focus on the basic mechanics. The starting position doesn’t illustrate the poor mechanics of the exercise like the finished position does. The only minor adjustment could be with the head position which can be easily fixed by tucking the chin in.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
In the finished position it is plain to see that the hips have dropped far too low creating a “tuck effect” of the pelvis putting your back at risk of injury. Your back may hurt just looking at this position. This also can negatively impact the knees bending them to such a high degree under load.&lt;br /&gt;

The spinal alignment has been altered enough to create unnecessary pressure and strain on the lumbar spine. What is most apparent in the correct form photos is not only the head position but also the line created by the body from the shoulders to the pelvis.&lt;br /&gt;

The knees are bent just slightly past 90 degrees and the pelvic girdle stays in a strong, supportive position avoiding the “tuck effect” and creating zero stress on the lower back. All the load bearing and tension remains in the legs, abdominals and appropriate back muscles creating a pain free environment.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I hope after thoroughly discussing the most common mistakes made in the gym that cause back pain, you feel more confident in facing your pain and not avoiding it any longer.&lt;br /&gt;

Many people find themselves in this position. They are working hard on their approach and taking care to follow their diet to the letter. But yet, something is amiss. The scale just isn’t going downward and they aren’t getting the results they were hoping for.&lt;br /&gt;

What gives?&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Often, the big problem is not their effort or motivation. The problem is that they are letting certain foods into their diet plan that are sabotaging their results. Often these foods are designed to be fat loss foods but they really aren’t. Instead, they’re holding you back from success.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
What are these foods? Let’s go over three foods that you need to cut out of your diet immediately.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Fruit Flavored Yogurts&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Fruit flavored yogurts are a favorite among many dieters but little do they know they’re digging into pint-sized sugar bombs each time they eat a small container.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Next time you’re picking out your favorite yogurt, double check the sugar content. You might just find yourself surprised to know there are 15 or more grams of sugar per serving.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Of course you can purchase the sugar-free varieties, but then you’ll be taking in a number of unwanted artificial sweeteners, which can be just as bad for you.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Instead, opt for plain Greek yogurt. Flavor it yourself by adding a handful of fresh berries.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Fat-Free Products&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Next up on the list of foods that you want to get out of your diet plan are any products that are built to be ‘fat free’. These often state that they are fat free on the label and proud of it.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
But ask yourself, if the fat is removed, what is added? Something had to be added otherwise these just wouldn’t taste good.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The answer to that is sugar. Sugar has often been added to these foods and is what is causing them to still taste appealing.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
And, if you are trying to lose body fat, sugar is just as bad — if not worse — than fat is.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Protein Bars&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Finally, the last of the foods that you need to be careful about including in your diet plan are protein bars. These may seem like a great option since they do contain protein and you’re probably trying to get more protein into your day.&lt;br /&gt;

But once again, you need to check that sugar content. Most protein bars are upwards of 15 grams of sugar or more per bar. Some measure in as high as 30 or even 40 grams of sugar depending on the calorie content.&lt;br /&gt;
