The New Face Of The Petmate Vari Kennel

Vari Kennels have been totally redesigned.  The new Vari Kennel has given a new look and improved functions to this most popular model of the Petmate Crates. Petmate has been the leader in plastic dog crates for many years and continues to soar with new and improved models.  The new Vari Kennels offer dog owners a bundle of new features that will create a traveling experience  and benefit in crate training like no other product like it will.

The first major redesign in function with the new Vari Kennelsis the enhanced structural integrity of the product that Petmate added to these already tough crates.  They provide an overlapping belt line that enhances the overall look of the kennel while providing a sturdier design and increasing the simplicity of assembly.  A new multi-transitional design was added to better protect your pet.  Molded in handles around the new belt line make it much easier to lift and carry than the older kennels, and the Medium size has a top handle for easy transportation of your smaller pet.  Covered door posts have been added to prevent it from snagging on carpet, upholstery, and clothing.  Petmate has also added “through holes” which permit you to add “zip ties” in them to increase security and prevent slipping during transportation.

The Vari Kennel Ultra is built to meet the standards of the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and the United States D
1000
epartment of Agriculture (USDA).  It has plenty of ventilation on all four sides which permit it to be used for air travel. An optional wheel kit is also available for these crates and they come with a “quick disconnect” lever that allows them to easily be removed meeting the IATA and USDA rule that wheels are removed prior to flying.

It has a bundle of new features that aid in training your pet in your home too.  The floor has a “molded moat” in it which will divert liquids away from your pet in the occurence of a spill or accident, and the easy open squeeze levers make it easy to open the door to let your pet in or out.

All in all the new Vari Kennel is one of the best dog crates in the industry.  It was already good, and now it is even better.  The Vari Kennel is an established leader in the industry and continues to keep its lead over other similar kennels with these new and improved designs.  I strongly suggest one of these fine kennels to anyone who is looking for top quality and value in a plastic crate.

One of the biggest issues with MLM is trying to recruit new reps into your organization. This whole ordeal can be one big pain, especially if you’re new to MLM. MLM recruiting is not difficult to master if you have an action plan already set in motion before you ever call your lead.

If you can follow these simple guidelines then you will dominate the phones and be an MLM recruiting machine.

Don’t be needy. This is a common mistake new reps make when trying to recruit for their MLM. Most new reps are petrified of going out day after day trying to generate new leads, so every lead that they currently have they hound.

Know this, I man or a woman of high value are comfortable with who they are as a person and where they are at in life, they convey a sense of abundance. If you are emotionally attached to each possible MLM recruit then the recruit will pick up on it and see you as a person of low value.

If you demonstrate to each new prospect that yourself value is higher than theirs, then you will attract prospects to you, which in turn will have propects begging you to sponsor them.

In past articles I’ve shared some of the biggest secrets when it comes to generating 100’s of leads, if you’ve put those tools into play then you should already have an abundance attitude.

“He who cares least always wins”

I’m sure that you’ve all heard this statement before. I live by this statement. Let me ask you something. What role are you playing with your possible recruits? Do you care more than they do about whether or not they will join your downline?

If you have this kind of an attitude when you’re trying to recruit someone your lead will see this as a weakness. I’ll it tells your lead is that you need them in your organization. You can’t recruit anyone acting like that.

Listen folks if you truly want to become the master at MLM recruiting then you need to become a master at learning. Knowledge is power in this industry. If you can become the guy/girl that knows how to generate 100’s of new leads everyday and can master the art of attracting people to you, then who wouldn’t want to be recruited by you.

If I was in your shoes and we have all been there. If you’re having trouble recruiting or generating leads or whatever, then I would look at putting a system in place that generates, and qualifies the leads before you ever speak with them.

Make yourself a leader by having the knowledge you need to succeed in MLM. Once you have the knowledge then prospects will be begging you to recruit them into your MLM.
