Como prometido, esse é o segundo acompanhamento para a Torta de Frango. Novamente, uma receita adaptada do Chef Jamie Oliver. Na verdade eu acho que vi essas três receitas (a Torta de Frango, o Purê rústico de cenoura e esse Creme de ervilha) em um único programa da série "Jamies 30 min meals". Essa receita de acompanhamento é simples e saudável. Vai muito bem com a Torta de Frango da postagem anterior. Eu adaptei, na verdade misturei duas receitas, do Chef Jamie Oliver. Essa é uma receita ótima para acompanhamento, vi essa receita (não exatamente assim, mas a ideia) no programa de natal da Nigella. Essa receita é daquelas que parece que leva horas para preparar e o frango precisa ficar horas marinando no tempero, isso é, muito complicada. Mas não. É super simples e rápida de fazer, e o frango não rpecisa marinar por nem um minuto se quer. Eu fiz essa torta no mês passado para duas visitas muito especiais: Meus pais! Estava morrendo de saudade e eles vieram me visitar! (que feliz!!)

Duas verduras coisas que eu adoro: Brócolis e espinafre. Então resolvi juntá-las em uma deliciosa sopa. Cremosa e leve, com um toque crocante e defumado, que combinou super bem. Claro que o crocante de parma (ou bacon) é opcional, você pode fazer a sopa e optar por não colocar o presunto, mas eu sugiro que experimente pelo menos uma vez (garanto que depois da primeira vez você

 Aiiii, Farofa!! Acho que todo brasileiro gosta de farofa, principalmente os nordestinos (como eu que amo!).  Farofa vai bem com quase tudo, seja uma farofa simples só com manteiga, cebola e farinha, seja uma mais "elaborada" como essa aqui.
