You know... first impressions are everything, you know what I mean? Caroline didn't know in her interview in which she said "you know" 142 times. The New York Post also counted up the number of times Ms Kennedy said "you know" during its interview - 235 times in 41 minutes - "which works out to saying the phrase once every 10.5 seconds," it said. In her quest to enter the US Senate, she suffered a self-inflicted blow with her "you knows".

What is it with these athletes trying to reinforce what they're saying like this boxer and Michelle Wie? I know Amir was punched hundreds of times before this interview but that's no excuse to open your mouth and replace "I" in the English language for "Ya Know What I Mean." Amir, practice your interview or avoid some of those right hooks before you start sounding like Mike Tyson!

It could be the fact that Johnny Knoxville hits his head a lot during his JackAss stunts or that he's thinking about Jessica Simpson on the set of The Dukes of Hazzard. Anyway, I would hate to see his 'Umm', 'Uh' Oscar's speech, not that JackAss 3 will ever win an Oscar.

Barack Obama – the presidential aspirant stumbled his way through one “Larry King” appearance, mumbling “uh” 73 times in five minutes. Wow, to think that he, hands down, uses more filler words than the queen of post jail interviews...amazing!
Barack, let us know if you need a webcam before your next YouTube debate because your job interview happens to be the presidential election.

Lesson learned: You may have the right body language or poker face, but if you can't make it through a sentence without saying "UMM", employers won't go All In when considering you as their next hire.

In this like VW Jetta commercial, the driver gets so defensive after his friend calls him out on saying "like" every other word that he crashes his Jetta. Saying "like" can be distracting but denying you say "like" can even be more distracting. The lesson here is like don't be afraid to call your friend out for sounding like and idiot, but don't call him out while he's driving! Idiot!
