wurstel</title><content type="html">Questi panini sono deliziosi,ve li propongo sia da fare come merenda per un pic nic o per uno spuntino nel pomeriggio.&lt;br /&gt;Bollite 250 gr di patate,passatele allo schiacciapatate ed unite man mano questi ingredienti:700 gr di farina,1 pezzo di lievito di birra,3 uova,50 gr di burro un pizzico di sale.&lt;br /&gt;impastate bene.Stendete col matterello una facilmente in ogni casa.&lt;br /&gt;Per 4 persone:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;fate tostare in una padella antiaderente &lt;strong&gt;4 cucchiai abbondanti di pangrattato&lt;/strong&gt;,mettete in un piatto quando è diventato dorato. Preparate &lt;strong&gt;1 aglio intero e del prezzemolo fresco.&lt;/strong&gt; Mettete nella stessa padella antiaderente che avete usato ,&lt;strong&gt;4 cucchiai di olio extra vergine d'oliva&lt;/strong&gt; e l'aglio.Toglietelo quando diventa biondo.&lt;br /&gt;Nel frattempo tritate grossolanamente il prezzemolo.&lt;br /&gt;Preparate circa &lt;strong&gt;40-50 gr di pecorino romano&lt;/strong&gt;(potete usare anche del parmigiano se preferite....ma non è lo stesso sapore!),grattugiatelo in un piatto.&lt;br /&gt;Mettete a bollire dell'acqua salata,in cui cuocerete le &lt;strong&gt;penne rigate&lt;/strong&gt; o altra pasta a voi più gradita(circa 300 gr.)&lt;br /&gt;Una volta tolto l'aglio imbiondito,versate nella padella il pangrattato tostato e mescolate su fuoco dolce per 3-4 minuti,o finché l'olio diventi un tutt'uno col pangrattato.&lt;br /&gt;Versate nelle padella il prezzemolo tritato e il pecorino grattugiato, giusto 30 secondi prima di scolare la pasta...fate in modo che qualche goccia di acqua di cottura resti. &lt;strong&gt;burro sciolto,3/4 di bicchiere di Amaretto di Saronno&lt;/strong&gt;( oppure 1 bicchierino di Grand marnier),&lt;strong&gt;1 fialetta di aroma alle&lt;/strong&gt; mandorle,1 bustina di lievito per dolci ,gli albumi e &lt;strong&gt;80 gr di mandorle tritate&lt;/strong&gt; cognac&lt;/strong&gt; e fate evaporare.&lt;br /&gt;Nel frattempo accedente il forno a 160 ° .&lt;br /&gt;Preparate gli involtini di asparagi...&lt;br /&gt;Pulite &lt;strong&gt;12 asparagi&lt;/strong&gt; di media grandezza eliminando la parte bianca,lavateli e cuoceteli 10 minuti a vapore.&lt;br /&gt;Fateli raffreddare.&lt;br /&gt;Stendete &lt;strong&gt;100 gr di fette di prosciutto cotto&lt;/strong&gt;,dividendoli per 4 involtini...su ogni porzione di prosciutto mettete delle fettine di &lt;strong&gt;scamorza,&lt;/strong&gt;tagliata sottile,ponetevi sopra gli asparagi e ripiegate ad involtino.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_GPiyQ3C-MlU/S8rENEO7A6I/AAAAAAAAAbQ/qxJn1fePnyM/s1600/IMG_9350.JPG"&gt;&lt;img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; foderate degli stampini,di qualsiasi forma e dimensione.&lt;br /&gt;Cuoceteli nel forno a 180 ° per 20 minuti e poi estraeteli e fateli raffreddare&lt;br /&gt;Toglieteli dal loro stampo....&lt;br /&gt;Nel frattempo preparate  il ripieno:qualche cucchiaio di &lt;strong&gt;nutella&lt;/strong&gt; ha un sapore molto delicato....&lt;br /&gt;Tritate &lt;strong&gt;1 scalogno&lt;/strong&gt; e fatelo appassire in &lt;strong&gt;2 cucchiai di olio&lt;/strong&gt;.Unite dopo 3 minuti &lt;strong&gt;150 gr di&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;pisellini&lt;/strong&gt; e cuocete altri 5 minuti,salate e pepate.&lt;br /&gt;Coprite con brodo e cuocete &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_1" class="blsp-spelling-corrected"&gt;finché&lt;/span&gt; di sugna&lt;/strong&gt;,&lt;strong&gt;3 uova&lt;/strong&gt; ,&lt;strong&gt;1 cucchiaino di pane degli angeli&lt;/strong&gt;.Impastare bene tutti gli ingredienti,formando un pezzo unico a pallottola.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tagliate a &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_5" class="blsp-spelling-error"&gt;dadini&lt;/span&gt; &lt;strong&gt;100 &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_6" class="blsp-spelling-error"&gt;gr&lt;/span&gt; di salame ,200 &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_7" class="blsp-spelling-error"&gt;gr&lt;/span&gt; di mozzarella.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mescolate &lt;strong&gt;150 &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_8" class="blsp-spelling-error"&gt;gr&lt;/span&gt; di ricotta&lt;/strong&gt; con&lt;strong&gt; 2 uova sbattute&lt;/strong&gt;,un &lt;strong&gt;pizzico di pepe&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dal pezzo ricavate delle porzioni piccole che stenderete molto sottile e rivestite le &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_9" class="blsp-spelling-error"&gt;formine&lt;/span&gt; grandi salatele e fatele cuocere lentamente a fuoco basso per 10 min,con &lt;strong&gt;2 cucchiai di olio extravergine.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In una padella antiaderente cuocete &lt;strong&gt;500 gr di costolette&lt;/strong&gt; a fuoco moderato per 5-6 minuti,poi unite &lt;strong&gt;1/2 bicchierino di brandy&lt;/strong&gt; e fate evaporare.Controllate di sale.Cuocete ancora 4-5 minuti e poi quando sarà cotta unitela alle cipolle a cui avrete aggiunto del &lt;strong&gt;curry q.b.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cuocete 3 minuti il tempo di far insaporire il tutto e servite....&lt;a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_GPiyQ3C-MlU/S4RLK3WHlNI/AAAAAAAAAYY/QNaPhvWgo5Q/s1600-h/IMG_8289.JPG"&gt;&lt;img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center;
