Spendo subito due parole per le vallette. Nonostante lo scandalo farfallina al vento di Belen, io sono molto serena, per niente sono stata turbata, questo vedo non vedo, ce l'ha o non ce l'ha la mutanda mi ha molto divertita, beata lei che se lo può permettere,&amp;nbsp; ha fatto bene, sono anche invidiosa in senso buono, ma se non mostra lei le sue grazie che ha 20 anni chi lo fa ... ecc. ecc. Sono dalla sua parte, discuto solo i suoi dubbi gusti sui vestiti, non mi piacciono, ma chissenefrega, potessi esserci io al suo posto. Difendo anche la Canalis da non so cosa, anche se è ingessata come un palo, beata lei. Al contrario questa Ivanca dal Kazakistan (?) proprio la digerisco poco. Non voglio soffermarmi e smontarla, anche se anche lei in fatto di bellezza ha un suo perchè. Facendo una sintesi di tutto ciò, questi vestiti con spacco vertiginoso sono proprio belli.&lt;/div&gt;

I cantanti ierisera hanno fatto la loro figura, ho avuto modo di apprezzarli meglio al secondo ascolto, confermo le capacità di Arisa, Noemi e Renga. Uno di sti tre qualcosa vincerà. Mi sa che la critica se la becca Noemi. In questi ultimi anni ci becco poco con i vincitori, ma ci becco parecchio con le vendite. Infatti i Marlene Kuntz venderanno a manetta.&lt;/div&gt;

Chi mi conosce bene, sa della mia passione per Sanremo. Ma perchè una come me anticonformista e sempre avanti con le idee piace questa manifestazione vecchia, di vecchio stile e lunga? Semplice, sono appassionatissima di musica, specialmente italiana ... chi non si ricorda della mia mezza voce intonata, del mio sogno da piccola di fare la cantante da grande ... e cosa che in pochi sanno, passo diverso tempo a parlare di musica con Angelo, faccio sentire e vedere vecchi filmati a Elettra (quando ha sentito R. Carrà si è esaltata e non poco), e cerco di catechizzare Zoe a questa arte con poco successo ma con grandi risultati al pianoforte. &lt;/div&gt;

Ciò detto, ierisera è iniziato il festival e posso dire che è stato un gran disastro, ma con alcune cose da salvare, la prima Rocco Papaleo.Ma non è stato male vedere tutto sto casino, però. Premetto inoltre che io non amo gli stranieri, gli ospiti stranieri e tutto ciò che non è italiano, infatti sono arrivati i rinforzi di casa nostra per salvare il salvabile.&lt;/div&gt;

Luca e Paolo, bravi ma troppo lunghi. Negli anni ho imparato che le cose che ti piacciono devono finire quando hai ancora voglia di farle o vederle, così ti rimane un buon ricordo e la cosa in sè rimane un successo. Ecco questi per un po' mi sono piaciuti, poi avevo voglia di vedere G. Morandi. Trovo comunque Morandi molto generoso, perchè per il secondo anno ha fatto iniziare il festival ad altri e non a lui che è il protagonista, Pippo Baudo col cazzo che l'avrebbe fatto. Sigla iniziale, noiosa e lunga. Scenografia, tutta decentrata e non si vedono bene le persone scendere dalle scale. Ma ci farò l'occhio.&lt;/div&gt;

Ma veniamo ai cantanti. Mentre guardavo la tv, ovviamene ero su fb con alcuni gruppi di ascolto e ho capito che la mia percezione di acustica o sonoro da casa era condivisa con tutta italia, si sentiva malissimo, la musica sopra la voce. Ma anche quando guardavo xfactor era la stessa cosa, non capisco a sto punto se sono degli idioti i tecnici audio a non capire sta cosa o se è una cosa voluta per non percepire le imperfezioni dei cantanti. Boh.&lt;/div&gt;

Docenera, vestita malissimo e finalmente ha avuto la bella idea di non esaltare il colore delle sue labbra con la bocca che si ritrova, ha cantato un po' sottotono e si lei è bravissima, ma la canzone a differenza delle ultime che ha fatto non è un granchè.&lt;/div&gt;

Renga, ecco, lui a cantare è veramente bravo a farlo, infatti sembrava di ascoltare un cd per la perfezione e la linearità. E' uno di quei cantanti che ne fa una bella una brutta ma la sua preparazione non si mette in discussione. Ha dismesso la camicia finalmente a favore di una maglietta sobria con pasmina.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

Chiara Civello mi piacerebbe sapere chi l'ha scelta, sembra una cantante da balera con pezzo da balera, mi incuriosisce la sua performance con Francesca Michelin di venerdì, ma non so se quest'ultima riuscirà a fare resuscitare sto pezzo banale e piatto. Peccato.&lt;/div&gt;

Il problema dei grissini fatti in casa è la cottura. Non essendo regolari, vengono sempre un po' sbruciacchiati oppure un po' teneri. Ma non è un problema grave, mica li devo o li dobbiamo vendere. Si potrebbero coprire dopo 5 minuti di cottura, ma chi me lo fa fare di utilizzare un quintale e mezzo di alluminio solo per farli venire bianchi e croccanti e poi, a casa mia non durano parecchio, sono una continua tentazione. Vi scrivo la ricetta, veramente semplicissima e non ha bisogno di un gran tempo di lievitazione.&lt;/div&gt;

Per prima cosa, per evitare che durante la lavorazione dell'impasto il cioccolato si sciolga, mettete in freezer le gocce di cioccolato. Accortezza personale visto che la prima volta mi sono ritrovata con l'impasto bianco variegato marrone. Quindi questa è un'operazione da fare almeno un'ora prima oppure tenetele direttamente nel congelatore che male non fa. &lt;/div&gt;

Ho impastato insieme tutti gli ingredienti, tranne il cioccolato, nell'impastatrice. Dopo una decina di minuti ho ottenuto un impasto piuttosto sodo, a quel punto ho aggiunto le gocce di cioccolato. Ho azionato nuovamente l'impastatrice fino ad amalgamare bene tutte le gocce. Non bisogna continuare ad impastare, rischio cioccolato fuso. Ho dato all'impasto la forma di un filone e l'ho messo a lievitare un'oretta. Ripreso l'impasto ho tagliato con la spatola delle fettine di mezzo cm circa, che ho tirato con le mani fino a formare dei grissini. Li ho messi nella placca da forno (con i lievitate potete tranquillamente omettere la carta da forno), ho aspettato un'altra mezz'oretta e ho infornato a 200° per 15 minuti circa. State all'occhio con la cottura. Con il mio forno gigante ne sono uscite due placche piene bombate di grissini.&lt;/div&gt;

Devo dire che la CHIFFON CAKE mi dà sempre grandi soddisfazioni. Tutti quelli che la vedono e poi l'assaggiano, mi chiedono sempre come faccio a farla così alta e vogliono la ricetta. Quando poi rispondo loro che ci sono dentro 2 hg d'acqua, oltre alla meraviglia sono tutti contenti perchè pensano che sia una torta leggera e dietetica. Certo, lo trovate anche in Italia, è della WILTON, ma con quello che spendete per comprarne uno ne acquistate più o meno 3 sul sito che vi ho segnalato nonostante sia in capo al mondo. La qualità è la stessa, infatti mi è capitato fra le mani il WILTON ed è fatto preciso identico. Per gli amanti di questo tipo di torte e se volete sorprendere gli astanti a cui è destinato il dolce, questo stampo è assolutamente da acquistare. Faccio senza dirvi che io lo tengo come l'oro.Bene, acquistato lo stampo, i trucchi sono 2: montare a neve &lt;u&gt;fermissima&lt;/u&gt; gli albumi (&lt;b&gt;freddi da frigo&lt;/b&gt;, se no non montano bene) e non imburrare la teglia. Infatti a cottura ultimata la torta va subito rovesciata a testa in giù fino a raffreddamento. Non imburrando la teglia, la torta non si stacca dallo stampo e con cade e se guardate bene ci sono tre beccucci che fuoriescono in alto appositamente per questa manovra. Come anticipato su Facebook la settimana scorsa, ecco il futuro dolce must di Casaloldo, la &lt;u&gt;Torta Alla Liquirizia&lt;/u&gt;. Da alcuni anni la liquirizia si sta insinuando piano piano in diverse preparazioni, primo fra tutti è il liquore (che oggi ho fatto anch'io, quindi la ricetta c'è). Parlando con la mia amica peruviana Raquel mi ha detto che nel suo paese la liquirizia non esiste ed è molto incuriosita da questo gusto. Le ho spiegato che la liquirizia è una radice coltivata nel sud Italia in particolarmodo in Sicilia. Ho visto non molto tempo fa un documentario che spiegava come veniva estratta la liquirizia dalle radici e come questo pastone nero tipo coppertone di camion sia privo di additivi o zuccheri. Tornando a noi, la settimana scorsa ho ricevuto per posta alcuni ricettari PANEANGELI e sfogliando ho trovato questa ricetta. Mi ha incuriosito parecchio perchè trattasi di una torta da forno o meglio in quel caso da microonde. L'ho fatta e mi è piaciuta ma oggi l'ho rifatta e modificata a mio piacere evitando la cottura al microonde perchè è difficile beccare la cottura giusta. Non ci va molta liquirizia dentro e questo fa si che l'aroma si senta benissimo durante la cottura e solamente dopo aver deglutito il boccone lasciando un buon gusto delicato in bocca. Insomma da provare.&lt;/div&gt;

La parte più difficile è tritare la liquirizia. Io la metto nel bimby e la trito alla massima velocità poi aggiungo le mandorle e trito tutto insieme finemente.&lt;/div&gt;

In una ciotola montare bene le uova con lo zucchero, aggiungere la farina di mandorle con la liquirizia, la farina, il cioccolato e mescolare bene. Infine il burro a filo e il lievito. Foderare uno stampo rotondo a cerniera da 24 cm, versare l'impasto (che risulta abbastanza sodo) e livellare per bene. Cuocere in forno statico a 160° per 45/50 minuti. Il risultato è una torta piuttosto umida visto il basso contenuto di farina ma decisamente buona.&lt;/div&gt;

tutti gli ingredienti tranne il cacao. Dividere a metà l’impasto ed a uno
aggiungere il cacao e amalgamare bene. Mettere entrambi a lievitare fino al

Mettere la pasta tirata marrone sopra a quella bianca. Arrotolare bene e

Da diverso tempo seguo con assiduità questo blog: &lt;a href="http://mentaecioccolatoblog.blogspot.com/"&gt;menta e cioccolato&lt;/a&gt;. Trovo le ricette postate fantastiche, descritte bene e di sicura riuscita. Ho provato diverse cose, dal pane della mezz'ora alla crostata morbida, dalle fossette golose al Pandoro,&amp;nbsp; ... insomma tutte riuscite bene. Poi un giorno ho provato i Canestrelli, si perchè quelli che si comprano non sono come quelli di una volta, burrosi, friabili, pastosi. Questi sono megagalattici. Li faccio, li rifaccio, li faccio assaggiare, li propongo un giorno in oratorio alle mamme giusto per passare quelle due ore ad aspettare le prove dei figli. Ecco da lì mi hanno chiesto di allestire una bancarella di Natale. Ero un po' titubante. Ho proposto quindi un po' di cose, fra le quali il VOV di cui tutti vanno pazzi al costo di litigarselo e gli zuccherini digestivi che hanno suscitato tantissima curiosità. Bene con l'aiuto di un buon numero di persone abbiamo preparato un po' di cose e neanche il tempo di chiedere dove mettere la bancarella che avevano già pensato a tutto: posizione, gazebo, luci, lucine di Natale, cartelloni ... e in 4 o 5 uomini hanno montato tutto senza chiedere dove e come perchè sapevano già tutto. Vacci, che organizzazione e disponibilità. &lt;/div&gt;

Passare al setaccio i tuorli sodi (prendere un colino e schiacciarvi
 i tuorli) e mettere in un robot da cucina, aggiungere tutti gli 
ingredienti avendo l'accortezza di spezzettare il burro.
    Azionare il mixer fino a formare un impasto omogeneo. Versare sul 
piano di lavoro, compattare il tutto e mettere in frigo almeno mezz'ora.
 Trascorso il tempo, aiutandosi con delle guide laterali
    per il mattarello dell'altezza di un cm (esempio: due manici di 
cucchio di legno)&amp;nbsp; tirare l'impasto spolverarando di farina per non far 
attaccare all'asse di legno. Con un tagliabiscotti a
    forma di canestrello (oppure un bicchiere e un tappo di bottiglia 
per fare il buco in mezzo) ricavare i biscotti. Reimpastare velocemente i
 ritagli e procedere come sopra. Infornare per 18/20
    minuti a 160° statico, i canestrelli non devono colorire. togliere 
dal forno, aspettare alcuni minuti in quanto i biscotti sono molto 
fragili. Spolverare abbondantemente di zucchero a velo e
    gustarli preferibilmente freddi.

Dicembre a casa Acerbi è un mese molto impegnativo: il compleanno di Zoe, l'albero di Natale, il presepe, Santa Lucia, un mercatino di Natale e Natale finalmente. Sabato sera con la festina di compleanno con i compagni di Zoe abbiamo aperto le danze. Stasera i nonni.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

Ho iniziato martedì con queste mini cakes, fortunatamente è un dolce a lunghissssssssima conservazione. Poi bisogna imburrarle, livellarle, ricoprirle, nascondere le magagne, decorarle e posizionarle sull'alzatina. Ecco ierisera ho finito, saltando ovviamente il pranzo e qualunque dialogo con gli astanti, ma quando l'ho sistemata in frigorifero ero molto soddisfatta, e lo sono ancora. Non ci crederete mai, l'ho fatta nel microonde. Quindi mettere la margarina e i mars ben spezzettati in una ciotola bella capiente. Azionare il micoonde e mescolare spesso, fino ad ottenere una crema densissima e super appiccicosa. Versare il riso soffiato e amalgamarlo bene con la crema ai mars. A questo punto si può dare la forma che si vuole, in una pirofila, a salame aiutandosi con la carta forno, in pirottini a cucchiaiate o a minicakes come ho fatto io sopra utilizzando un coppapasta. Ricordarsi di compattare bene il tutto aiutandosi con un cucchiaio di ferro.&lt;/div&gt;

Inizia una delle mie settimane di passione dell'anno. Infatti sabato sera festeggeremo il compleanno di Zoe (figlia numero uno). Una valanga di bambini verrà a cena pertanto bisogna arrivare preparati. Così, fra Santa Lucia da organizzare, un mercatino da preparare, la torta di compleanno unicamente nella mia testa e la casa da mandare avanti ho pensato di ubblicare questa torta presa dal Blog &lt;a href="http://trattoriadamartina.blogspot.com/2011/10/crostata-pere-e-crema-di-mandorle.html"&gt;Trattoria da martina&lt;/a&gt;. Di facile esecuzione, ma una gran rottura posizionare correttamente le pere, però di effetto e gusto assicurato. Vi dirò, a me le pere nelle torte piacciono parecchio, più che le mele.&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;b&gt;Per la frolla:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
250g di farina 00&lt;br /&gt;
100g di zucchero&lt;br /&gt;
1 uovo&lt;br /&gt;
100g di burro di ottima qualità&lt;br /&gt;
un pizzico di sale&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

vanillina&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Per la crema di mandorle:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
100g di farina di mandorle&lt;br /&gt;
55g di zucchero&lt;br /&gt;
75g di burro &lt;br /&gt;
1 uovo&lt;br /&gt;
1 albume&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;aroma di mandorle&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3 pere succose e mature ma non eccessivamente morbide&lt;br /&gt;
due cucchiai di confettura di albicocche&lt;br /&gt;
1 cucchiaio di rum&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Impastare velocemente la frolla senza lavolarla troppo e riporre in frigo per minimo 1/2 ora. Nel frattempo 
preparate la crema di mandorle versando la farina di mandorle in un 
mixer insieme al burro e allo zucchero e mixando fino ad ottenere una 
crema. A questo punto aggiungere l'uovo, l'albume e l'aroma di mandorla e
 mixate per farli amalgamare. La crema è pronta.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="color: #b45f06; font-family: &amp;quot;Courier New&amp;quot;,Courier,monospace;"&gt;
Sbucciare le pere, tagliarle a metà, togliete i semi e poi appoggiare 
la metà su un tagliere e tagliarla a fettine sottili con il coltello 
piegato in modo da tagliare le fettine in diagonale. Quando sarà il 
momento tirare fuori la frolla dal frigo, lavorarla velocemente per 
ammorbidirla un po' e stenderla con il mattarello formando un cerchio. 
Rivestire con la sfoglia uno stampo da 24 cm, bucherellare il fondo della
 frolla con una forchetta e versare la crema. Con una 
paletta per torte o una spatola prelevare ogni metà di pera tagliata e 
disporla sulla crema facendo in modo di distanziare un po' le fettine
 e formando una raggiera. Infornate per 40/45 minuti, dopodiché sfornare
 e lasciare raffreddare. Scaldare la confettura di albicocche con il rum
 e portare a ebollizione, poi spegnere e quando la crostata sarà fredda,
 spennellre la superficie con la marmellata per lucidarla.

&lt;span style="color: #783f04; font-family: &amp;quot;Courier New&amp;quot;,Courier,monospace;"&gt;Reduce la settimana scorsa da un mega raduno parentale, lunedì mattina mi vedo recapitare un bel pacchettino regalo tramite mio marito. La Società di Ciclismo delle mie bambine mi omaggia di un bel grembiule di cui sopra in foto. Infatti sempre quel fine settimana si è tenuto il pranzo della Società dove tutti sono stati invitati. Nonostante io fossi con&amp;nbsp; i parenti, a tre persone è stato riservato questo regalo (presenti 150/200 persone). Vacci che soddisfazione. Ricordo ancora la prima gara, tutti i bambini smistati in giro per il paese,&amp;nbsp; non si faceva gruppo, niente da sbeccolare, ognuno per i fatti suoi. Poi con Moreno ed Alex è stato un attimo. Abbiamo grigliato davanti al comune di Poggio Rusco, affettato salami e coppe, fatti non si sa quanti panini, tagliate tantissime torte, organizzato una cena per 50 o 60 persone, dato da mangiare anche a bambini di altre Società e poi è finita la stagione altrimenti avremmo aperto un ristorante. Ma stiamo già macinando altre idee. Di sicuro alla prima gara della prossima stagione, indosserò e onorerò quel grembiule.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Il tutto è cominciato da due righe su Facebook tra cugini a 150 Km di distanza. Ho colto la palla al balzo, conoscendo le mie capacità organizzative, in cinque minuti avevo già tutto molto chiaro in testa. E' bastato fare mille telefonate e ieri 13 novembre 2011 in quarantuno (41) parenti eravamo felicemente seduti a tavola a mangiare l'impossibile.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #783f04; font-family: 'Courier New', Courier, monospace;"&gt;Per la crema al burro da spalmare&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #783f04; font-family: 'Courier New', Courier, monospace;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #783f04; font-family: 'Courier New', Courier, monospace;"&gt;100 g burro morbido&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #783f04; font-family: 'Courier New', Courier, monospace;"&gt;100 g zucchero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #783f04; font-family: 'Courier New', Courier, monospace;"&gt;un goccio di spumadoro (aroma agli agrumi che sa molto di arancia)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #783f04; font-family: 'Courier New', Courier, monospace;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #783f04; font-family: 'Courier New', Courier, monospace;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #783f04; font-family: 'Courier New', Courier, monospace;"&gt;Impastare tutti gli ingredienti della pasta seguendo il metodo preferito. Formare una palla e lasciare lievitare almeno 3 o 4 ore affinchè il lievito di birra sfoghi bene il suo odore. Personalmente penso che più lieviti e più l'odore finale del lievito si senta meno. Se si vuole dimezzare la quantità di lievito non è un problema, basta aumentare la lievitazione. Lavorare poco prima di tirare l'impasto il burro con lo zucchero fino ad ottenere una crema spumosa.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #783f04; font-family: 'Courier New', Courier, monospace;"&gt;Stendere l'impasto senza rilavolarlo ricavando un rettangolo del formato A3 scarso, lo spessore non deve essere sottile. Stendere la crema al burro, arrotolare l'impasto dal lato lungo fino ad ottenere un bel salame. Misurare la lunghezza, dividerlo in 6 o 7 parti uguali: in questo modo si sono ottenute le rose.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #783f04; font-family: 'Courier New', Courier, monospace;"&gt;Utilizzo una pentola alta (14/15 cm), rivestita di carta da forno, diametro 24/26 cm.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #783f04; font-family: 'Courier New', Courier, monospace;"&gt;Le rose vanno posizionate nella pentola in piedi, avendo l'accortezza di chiudere la base di ognuna affinchè la rosa possa sollevarsi al centro. Mettere nuovamente a lievitare 2 o 3 ore oppure fino a che il tutto non è triplicato. La cuocio a temperatura bassa, altrimenti mi si brucerebbe e rimarrebbe cruda al centro. La mia amica Carla se ne è andata in vacanza qualche giorno e mi ha affidato le sue figlie. Giovedì sera è venuta Marta la piccolina, è rimasta a dormire, poi al mattino insieme alle mie figlie Zoe ed Elettra sono andate tutte a scuola. Alle 13 è arrivata Emma e alle 14,30 è arrivata Benedetta. Ho avuto 5 figlie per tutto il pomeriggio. Sono contenta che le più grandi siano rimaste a farci compagnia. Sottosera abbiamo teminato la torta di Halloween. Le piccole hanno schiacciato i pan di stelle per fare la terra, utilizz&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=" color: rgb(204, 153, 51);font-family:courier new;" &gt;ando, mani, gomiti e mattarello, le grandi hanno dato alcuni suggerimenti. Sono tornata con una zucca, delle mele, pane ferrarese e buonumore ovviamente dovuto all'ospitalità dei miei cugini. Le mele datemi con un po' di raccomandazioni in quanto segnate dalla stagione, si sono trasformate in poco meno di un'ora in una deliziosa torta di stagione. Il tempo di pelarle, poi mia figlia Elettra ha pesato gli ingredienti, il Kitchenaid ha impastato ed io ho adagiato le fettine sulla tortiera. Ecco fatto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style=" color: rgb(204, 153, 51);font-family:courier new;" &gt;Ho utilizzato la pentola fornetto e cotta sul gas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style=" color: rgb(204, 153, 51);font-family:courier new;" &gt;Ingredienti&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style=" color: rgb(204, 153, 51);font-family:courier new;" &gt;3 uova &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style=" color: rgb(204, 153, 51);font-family:courier new;" &gt;150 g zucchero &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style=" color: rgb(204, 153, 51);font-family:courier new;" &gt;160 g olio mais&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style=" color: rgb(204, 153, 51);font-family:courier new;" &gt;280 g farina&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style=" color: rgb(204, 153, 51);font-family:courier new;" &gt;1 cucchiaino lievito in polvere&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style=" color: rgb(204, 153, 51);font-family:courier new;" &gt;un paio di mele.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style=" color: rgb(204, 153, 51);font-family:courier new;" &gt;Ho amalgamato le uova con lo zucchero, ma senza star lì a montarle, ho aggiunto la farina, l'olio e per ultimo il lievito. Ho spennellato la pentola di margarina, messo il pangrattato .... (per non fare attaccare e non utilizzare la carta da forno). Con un po' di pazienza ho messo l'impasto, non so se mi sia venuto sodo perchè doveva essere sodo o perchè Elettra ha sbagliato a pesare la farina, ma non importa. Più o meno come un letargo invernale ma molto produttivo. Siamo stati al mare, in montagna e a casa. Bagni al lago di Garda, cene in agriturismi vari delle colline Moreniche ed una bellissima serata alla Festa Provinciale del PD a Modena. Mi soffermo su questa festa: qualsiasi cosa cercassi là c'era. Poi ho fatto torte e sperimentato nuove ricette. Purtroppo la nostra coniglietta ci ha lasciati, ma Molletta, la nostra gattina, è vispa più che mai. Zoe ed Elettra hanno imparato ad andare in bici e quasi a nuotare.
