Evisbeats is japanese hip hop musican group from Nara Prefecture. Active on music industry since 2005, Evisbeats is other project of AMIDA, an MC who love traveling, beach and blue sky.

AMIDA is humble person, on December 21, 2005 he be guest apperance for KREVA. Beside working with KREVA, AMIDA also produce work with DJ NAPEY.

Seba Jun or people well known with his anagram name "Nujabes". Born at February 7, 1974 Nujabes actively in music industry from 1995 until 2010.

Make soulful hiphop sounds, Nujabes always make us relax when listening his artworks. Even he already active since 1995, but Nujabes made a statement to the world when his sound play as background music at Comme des Garcons fashion-show in France. After that on March 2004, Junya Watanabe asking for him to made a soundtrack for his brand new animation series "Samurai Champloo".

My favorite sounds from Nujabes is "Reflection Eternal" and "Imaginary Folklore", but actually all of his projects always make me happy enjoying my life.

Actually I have special things about Nujabes, when I aploaded his soundcloud playlist on my Facebook page, my Japanese big brother said that he is a best friend of him, OMG what a small world. (Nujabes Soundcloud: https://soundcloud.com/junseba)

But, on February 26, 2010 Nujabes just had traffic accident in Shibuya. To appriciate his artworks, every year his friends made tribute for him. Yes. We always love you dude.

I love watching runaway show. Is not because I'm fashionable enough, but because I love watching an ambient while you watching this creative industry.

I just know fashion since I was worked at Gogirl! Magazine and Aneka Yess! Magazine. From this two inspiration magazine, I learn what is fashion creative industry working. How people behind the spot working is incredible. They can create a ordinary stuff become amazing and also looks really elegant.

My really best friend who working on fashion industry said, "How you could make super cheap material transform with super expensive fashion items? Simple world is, we have designer who can make a dream to be come true. They can make it what in other people only think, they make it and sell it in high price. Yes, something about art is never cheap dear..."

From that point of view change my mind. That's why I do more like fashion and really appreciate with people's inside this industry, because they are special and working hard to make beautiful looks.

Maybe you could say that I'm geek and nerd girl. Because I know good RnB music knowledge who come from Japan since 14 years old. If you asking why, on this post I will tell you all story how I know and like Rip Slyme.

First to be honest in Indonesia internet around 2002 years really really expensive. Everyone who want to browsing through this world have to spending around $2 for 1 hour experience. If I do online think I just really happy to browsing and read a lot of information around the world and specially from Japan.

I starting to get into this world through internet when MIRC just only chat apps that concur the world. But I still curious about all the things Japanese do. So when I browsing, my screen just popping some video from local Japanese artist named Steady&Co. Oh my, who is this band? Why their artwork just running over and over again in my mind? and when I homed, television just played that video again. Oh, they must be really well-known right now in Japan.

Yes, with this song which change my mind from rock to RnBmusic. While my friends like L'Arc-en-Ciel I just having fun with Steady&Co. and starting to like Rip Slyme until now.

For me, a members of Rip Slyme is super creative. Why? Because they can bring brand new view of Japanese Pop Culture in super happy way. Even I don't know much about the meaning of their lyrics, but I always happy when heard DJ Fumia music and Ilmari, Su, Ryo-z and Pes in action. They super talented, because even they busy with Rip Slyme, they still keep on his ass work do side job band and they artwork also perfect in other way. Oh why.....?

Nowadays they age is getting old, all members age around 37 years old but they still look young. Guess have fun aura can make you look younger when you getting old.

Maybe you may think I old school cause just like this for today, but today when I go to local supermarket in my town just saw this and look so yum and cheap. So I decided to buy this chocolate stick.

It turned out Haruka Matsubara is a graphic design student at Musashino Art University. If you read this blog, yup Tokyo Camouflage is her graduation project.

The best project was Tokyo Camouflage because it gave me the opportunity to think through the concept on my own for the first time, and also, I had the luxury of spending 1 year for concept development.

Theme on Tokyo is nothing new, and various professionals in various fields have already worked on it. So much information on Tokyo is available, and even if you don’t live here, you know Tokyo. But do we truly know Tokyo?

When you visit a country for the first time, you notice things that are overlooked by locals. This is because you see things with fresh eyes. The projects reflect that sense of newness, focusing on how to best showcase Tokyo with fresh perspectives.

For those who do not know what a Kendama is, here`s the official definition:
Kendama (けん玉, also written as 剣玉 and 拳玉) is a traditional Japanese toy which consists of a ken (sword) and tama (ball) connected by a string. The ken has three cups and a spike which fits into the hole in the ball. – Wikipedia

AROUND THE WORLD “What the Dama!?"

Kendama is foremost a toy, but there is also a also more serious and competitive forms of Kendama play which is overseen by the Japan Kendama Association. This toy miraculously has started a life of its own abroad and became hugely popular in Western street culture. It has also triggered many tournaments around the globe with players getting serious about Kendama.

This is the name of a recent design competition and exhibition at USN Gallery in Tokyo which has spawned an interesting collection of funky Kendama designs.

Sakabe’s women’s clothing line is best defined as a hybrid of different archetypes for women, combining the aspects of child-like doll clothing with different aspects of the modern business woman, traditional Japanese women’s clothing and a modern, streetwear inspired flair. Examples of his hybrids include the use of a denim miniskirt with a business suit jacket and a tie or the sleek, single color clothing of a modern doll with punk rock styled cuts. Other concepts such as rubberized boots and excess details on pockets and seems draw attention to otherwise simple, withdrawn clothing.

Modern Eyes - Jump Jump Dance Dance (remix one)

First listening this sound at my favourite car, Oh Damn! Who is made this amazing robotic sounds? and when I saw the song list mentioning to this band - Jump Jump Dance Dance. I look at again and again, really some band have the odd name. But well this band is totally old school band which I just knew a couple days a go, damn!

Who they are?

It’s unusual for an up and coming band to have a pedigree as impressive as that of Los Angeles electro rock conspirators Jump Jump Dance Dance. But as it stands, the duo of Chris Carter and Simon Lewicki had amassed a wealth of experience – Carter as an in-demand DJ and vocalist who has played alongside such luminaries of the LA scene as DJ AM and Tommie Sunshine, and Simon as the mastermind behind the celebrated club acts Groove Terminator, Tonite Only and Chili Hifly – before uniting to create Jump Jump Dance Dance. But Jump Jump Dance Dance isn’t about rehashing former glories, as glorious as they may be. Instead, it’s an all-new beast with its own unique energy and style.

First coming together over a shared love of synthesizers, Australian culture and sweaty dance floors, the renowned studio wizards began to furiously write the blueprint of the Jump Jump Dance Dance sound, exploring and tweaking the happy medium between dance and rock music. Clearly, the pair were onto something special as their first batch of demos immediately hooked Australian imprint etcetc - the home of PNAU (producers of Empire Of The Sun) and Lost Valentinos (helmed by super-producer Ewan Pearson) as well as internationals Mylo, Datarock and The Knife.

Determined to once-and-for-all perfect the ultimate hybrid between these two often-disparate genres, the duo elevated themselves above the electro scene by turning Jump Jump Dance Dance into a fully-fledged, truly organic live band where instantaneous guitar riffs collide with towering synths and club energy.

Last Sunday, September 21, 2014 I go to Jakarta Japan Matsuri 2014 with my two best buddy; Koko Renhard and Adhi. Surprisingly they are Japan freak too like me.

This year Jakarta Japan Matsuri 2014 held at Parkir Timur Senayan. This place more big than used too, Monas. Really amaze with the committee who make this big event come true.

But unfortunately, at late afternoon big raining come and everybody is runaway save they self from heavy rain. I guess, if at Sunday night the rain is stop, this event will be the most successful event of Jakarta Japan Matsuri.

Long time no see my favourite band performing, finally on August 29 can saw them performing at Acreate event. Yes, White Shoes and The Couples Company is my favourite band which come from Indonesia. Why I love them? Because they are amazing!!

White Shoes & The Couples Company consists of Aprilia Apsari, Saleh, Yusmario Farabi, John Navid, Ricky Virgana, and Aprimela Prawidiyanti. Apsari and Farabi met each other while they were both studied at the fine art faculty in Institut Kesenian Jakarta (Jakarta Institute Of Arts). The two formed the band with their colleague, Saleh in 2002. In 2004, Ricky Virgana, John Navid and Aprimela Prawidiyanti (Ricky Virgana’s wife) joined. The band came up with the name due to the fad of wearing white shoes at the school where they met. The band sings the majority of its songs in Indonesian.

In 2005, the band released their self-titled album on Aksara Records. In 2007, they released an EP titled Skenario Masa Muda in 2007. Eventually, the band was signed by Minty Fresh, and re-released their self-titled album for an international release.
