Stand beside the box. Get in the box. Be the box. OK, the box has become pretty boring and even I want to think outside the box. How about we do a circle now? A circle is better; you don't keep bumping into the same corners, everything doesn't end in a flat one-sided thingy and it's not so hard to move from point 'A' to point 'B' if necessary.

"Think outside the circle". Do more. Stand beside the circle and bounce it off anything. Get in the circle and do a little hula move (activity = action). Be the circle and get from point 'A' to point 'B', just let it roll. And when we are done with geometry...

When you draw a line there are just so many ideas in and around it. But, what if we never drew a line at all? As if anyone had the power to control actual happiness.

Although it can sometimes be an uphill battle discovering your own little gift of happiness, it's better than depending on the world to serve it up to you with a slice of peace. Why am I writing today. I'm blue. No particular reason. I just sit, work, listen to others laughing and living. Music all around. (I work at a radio station). And why is it called "blue"? Who knew colors could be so powerful.

Even my friends who are blind refer to colors. It's just a part of this planet, sight or no sight. With the overwhelming torrents of destruction with Katrina and Rita I'm sure we are all looking for something positive. My immediate reaction was that the whole human race should be wiped off the face of the earth. Why? Because I watched as humans killed, looted, oogled and profited from such a tremendous tragedy.

How could I possibly say anything that would shed some light on the existence of "the positive"? Because I believe there is an opposite and equal reaction to any situation - humans are included in that balance of nature. Unfortunately evil reared it's ugly head first but, an equal reaction from a humanity worth saving, conquers.

Humans rescued, donated, sheltered and sacrificed to alleviate the pain of the tragedy. My hope lies in the positive. Otherwise, some alien race should just come right now and put us out of our misery.

Uncommon Ground of Positives

Well, I always feel like I have to bring balance to everything.
